The Technical Implementation Specialist  is responsible for bridging the gap between our core LPPA  extraction tool engine and our clients’ downstream internal systems. You are essentially the "Last Mile" problem solver. While our platform excels at turning unstructured investment documents into structured data, our clients cannot realize the full value of that data if it doesn't "talk" to their existing downstream systems (like eFront, Investran, or internal ERPs).You will be responsible for solving the "Last Mile" delivery problem—ensuring that the data we extract is not just accurate, but immediately actionable within the client's unique technical ecosystem. This involves navigating complex data mapping, managing secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures, and acting as the go-to  for delivering  bespoke integration solutions in the template the client needs under tight deadlines.

The team's core mission is to solve the "Last Mile" problem in data delivery and utilization, specifically focusing on custom integration.

Our platform excels at transforming unstructured investment documents into structured data. However, this data only achieves its full value when it seamlessly integrates with a client's existing downstream systems (such as eFront, Investran, or internal ERPs).

The Custom Integration Lead acts as the crucial bridge between our core data extraction engine and these client-specific systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the extracted data is immediately actionable within the client's unique technical environment.

This involves:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new clients requiring custom delivery solutions.
• Analyze client downstream system requirements to draft comprehensive Functional & Technical Specification files.
• Navigating complex data mapping requirements.
• Managing secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures.
• Leading a technical team to deliver bespoke integration solutions in the client-required format and under tight deadlines.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap.
• Perform Internal QA on custom templates (Excel, CSV, JSON) to ensure 100% accuracy against the signed-off specifications.
• Act as the first line of defense for production issues: perform initial triage and investigation of reported bugs.

The Team You’ll Work With

You’ll be joining our Custom Integrations Team, a specialized engineering and delivery pod within the broader R&D and Implementation/delivery teams

Our team is the critical link between our core LPPA engine and the production environments of the world’s leading Limited Partners (LPs). We are a high-impact, agile unit consisting of a Lead, a Tech Lead, and Developers, dedicated to architecting bespoke data transformation and delivery solutions. By ensuring our data integrates seamlessly into diverse downstream systems, we directly enable our clients to achieve real-time visibility into their private market investments. Our work is the final, essential step in the value chain, turning raw extracted data into a functional, automated asset for our customers.

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented lead who enjoys the challenge of turning complex data into seamless client solutions.

• Technical Liaison. You act as the primary technical point of contact for new clients, translating complex downstream system requirements into comprehensive Functional and Technical Specification files.
• Integration Architect. You are adept at navigating complex data mapping requirements and are familiar with secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures, including APIs, SFTP, SharePoint, and Cloud Storage.
• Agile Delivery Lead. You are comfortable leading a specialized technical team to deliver bespoke integration solutions in client-required formats while maintaining alignment with strict delivery roadmaps and deadlines.
• Operational Driver. You are familiar with tools like  Jira and Confluence, using them to govern the full development lifecycle, prioritize backlogs, document technical specs, and facilitate daily stand-ups to remove blockers.
• Quality : You take a hands-on approach to Internal QA, ensuring 100% accuracy against signed-off specifications before any data is delivered to a stakeholder.
• First-Line Responder. You act as the first line of defense for production issues, performing the initial triage and root-cause investigation of reported bugs before prioritizing engineering tickets.
• 3+ years of experience recommended in technical implementation, integration engineering, or technical project management.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical evolution of our Credit Card platform. This is not a traditional maintenance role. You will be the architect of a profound transformation: leveraging Generative AI to automate complex operational tasks and orchestrating the global migration from our current systems to a unified, future-proof architecture. You will be a key partner to the Engineering Leadership and a reference for the entire engineering community.

Mission
Your goal is to design and operationalize a technical strategy that uses AI to increase operational efficiency while accelerating our global migration, ensuring:

• Intelligent Maintenance: Implementing AI agents to analyze tickets and crashes, automating resolutions for the global credit card environment.
• Seamless Migration: Leading the coexistence strategy between legacy and new platforms across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, ensuring data integrity and a flawless customer experience.
• Technical Excellence: Solving deep architectural bottlenecks in high-scale distributed systems and raising the bar for software design globally.

Core Responsibilities

• Migration Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for decommissioning legacy systems, starting with the 1-year migration plan for the Colombian market.
• AI-Driven Engineering: Architect and integrate AI solutions (cloud-based agents) to automate infrastructure maintenance and data migration.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with General Managers, PMs, and Staff+ ICs to align technical decisions with business needs across different countries.
• Mentorship & Culture: Mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of pragmatism, excellence in distributed systems, and the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools.

Core Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

• Proven Track Record: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
• Migration Mastery: Proven experience leading critical system migrations and managing coexistence between old and new architectures.
• AI Fluency: A strong interest or practical experience in using GenAI/LLMs to solve engineering productivity and data analysis challenges.
• Platform Mindset: Ability to design reusable APIs and contracts that serve multiple product teams with high reliability.
• Global Communication: Fluent English is required to collaborate across our global hubs (Brazil, US, Mexico, and Colombia).

• Realizar validação de código, alinhamento técnico e revisão de arquitetura com as equipes.
• Facilitar discussões técnicas, promover troca entre times e fomentar boas práticas de engenharia.

Tecnologia & Inovação

• Atuar com arquiteturas baseadas em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP), containers e orquestração
• Avaliar e propor soluções utilizando padrões modernos: APIs REST, GraphQL, filas/eventos, microsserviços, CI/CD, observabilidade.
• Apoiar times na adoção de ferramentas de monitoração, segurança e automação.
• Participar de provas de conceito (POCs) para validar novas tecnologias.

Requisitos

• Ensino superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
• Desejável pós-graduação/MBA em Arquitetura de Software, Engenharia de Software, Segurança ou áreas afins.
• Experiência sólida em arquitetura de software, engenharia ou desenvolvimento de sistemas.
• Domínio em arquiteturas distribuídas, microsserviços, padrões de integração e modelagem de dados.
• Conhecimento em tecnologias como Cloud: AWS, Azure ou GCP.
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Integração: APIs REST, mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Webhooks.
• Desenvolvimento: Java, C#, Node.js, Python (um ou mais).
• Observabilidade: Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.
• Experiência com pipelines CI/CD, DevOps, automações e versionamento.
• Conhecimento de segurança da informação e práticas de arquitetura segura.
• Capacidade de elaboração de documentos técnicos, diagramas (C4 Model, BPMN, UML).
