We’re seeking a Technical Artist specializing in technical animation and character rigging to help bring expressive, performant characters to life across multiple titles and regions. You’ll collaborate with animation, character art, engineering, and studio leadership to build scalable character systems and animation tools. This role offers the chance to grow alongside experienced teams while learning new techniques and contributing to content you’re passionate about creating.
Design, build, and maintain character rigs that support high-quality animation and real-time performance
Develop and support animation tools to improve animator workflows and iteration speed
Collaborate with animators and character artists to solve deformation, skinning, and control challenges
Optimize rigs, skeletons, and animation systems for memory, runtime, and platform constraints
Support animation state machines, blend trees, and runtime animation systems in-engine
Troubleshoot and resolve animation, rigging, and deformation issues throughout production
Document rigging standards, animation workflows, and procedures for cross-team use
3–4 years of professional experience as a Technical Artist, Technical Animator, or Character Rigger
Strong understanding of character rigging principles, skinning, deformation, and animation pipelines
Experience with modern game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar)
Experience with unreal control rig and how to apply it at runtime
Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or MEL, and familiarity with engine-side scripting
Solid experience with DCC tools such as Maya or equivalent 3D software
Ability to work closely with artists and engineers, translating creative goals into technical solutions
Experience with advanced deformation systems (muscle systems, corrective shapes, pose space deformation)
Familiarity with procedural rigging tools or node-based workflows
Experience with motion capture pipelines, retargeting, and cleanup
Knowledge of physics-based animation, ragdolls, or runtime IK systems
Experience with Houdini for procedural rigging or animation tools
Interest in automation, scalability, and long-term tool and rig maintenance

Rôle Objectif
L'Associé aux opérations joue un rôle essentiel au sein de l'équipe du magasin et est chargé de favoriser la rentabilité et l'efficacité. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable des opérations et du visuel et le responsable des opérations pour initier et achever le travail et fournir un retour d'information à l'équipe afin d'obtenir des résultats optimaux dans le cadre de l'ensemble des opérations du magasin.
Principales responsabilités
· Exécuter efficacement les processus de gestion des inventaires en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation de la précision des inventaires et la réduction des pertes.
· Rechercher les causes profondes des problèmes d'exactitude des inventaires et collaborer avec le Directeur général pour faire remonter les lacunes des processus ou des systèmes.
· Soutenir l'exécution des principales fonctions opérationnelles, notamment l'expédition, la réception et le traitement, les transferts inversés, la récupération de la surface de vente, le réapprovisionnement de la surface de vente au cours de la journée, les mises à jour de la surface de vente et la gestion de l'approvisionnement.
· Maintenir et promouvoir des normes visuelles rigoureuses pour l'espace de vente.
· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services chargés des rapports, des budgets, des dépenses, du contrôle des inventaires, des fournitures, des relations avec les fournisseurs, de la technologie et des installations afin de garantir le maintien et l'optimisation de la qualité des services.

Role Objective
The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
· Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
· Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
· Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
· Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
· Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
· Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
· Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead.
· Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence

The General Manager determines availability needs and creates a schedule including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of Thanksgiving including “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and that weekend until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.

We are seeking a talented and versatile Tools Programmer to join our growing team. You will help develop and support centralized, internal development tools that slot into existing studio pipelines, with an initial focus on shaping the future of automated testing across 2K’s portfolio of games. ● Develop and maintain centralized tools, focusing on automated solutions and frameworks
● Integrate tools into various game team pipelines across multiple studios
● Proactively identify shared technical needs and build solutions to accelerate development

● Strong C++ and Unreal Engine 5 experience (core systems and blueprints)
● 2+ years in AAA video game tools development, building automation tools
● Familiarity with automated testing principles and tools, including UE Gauntlet and sessions frontend
● Experience working on large codebases across multiple projects and navigating multiple version control systems
● Excellent communication skills for a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
● Experience with DCC pipelines and editor tooling
