En tant qu'Associate TCSM, vous agirez en tant que partenaire de confiance pour notre clientèle, en veillant à ce qu'elle tire une valeur mesurable de la plateforme Armis. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs objectifs, fournir des conseils sur l'adoption du produit et stimuler l'engagement afin de favoriser la fidélisation et la croissance. As an Associate TCSM, you will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value from the Armis platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, provide guidance on product adoption, and drive engagement that supports retention and growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented person who is passionate about building strong relationships.

About the role
The Technical Enablement Specialist, part of the Services Department, is a critical, multi-faceted role responsible for accelerating business growth and operational efficiency by bridging product gaps through custom technical solutions. This individual leverages deep expertise in APIs, scripting, and development to build bespoke client integrations, deploy non-productizable applications, automate internal service processes, and lead technical training initiatives across Broadsign, directly impacting customer success and internal team scalability.
