About the Role
Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager as a member of the Development team at IDC, the
Principal Software Engineer is responsible for delivering quality and performant software and design to handle the vast array of use cases that our customers have today.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
5+ plus years’ experience in product development field with hands on experience.
Strong knowledge in OOPS with .Net, C# or relevant technologies with SQL Server or any RDBMS
Hands on experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.
Good exposure to web application development using HTML 5, CSS3 ,Bootstrap, JavaScript.
Experience in development of Angular 4+, VueJS or React.
Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors
Strong in JavaScript (object oriented concepts) & JavaScript optimization
Strong logical, analytics and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work effectively across team boundaries.

Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS/Azure cloud services is essential

About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting reliable, scalable systems for Veeam's Data Cloud platform. You will own production efficiency, automation and documentation projects, contribute to reliability and observability improvements, and own or participate in the full incident lifecycle — from on-call response, through mitigation, to leading post-incident reviews and driving improvements across support and development teams.

What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability, production engineering, or senior technical support roles operating distributed systems.
Experience with log analysis and advanced troubleshooting
Basic programming experience (e.g., JS, Go, Typescript, Java, or C#).
Experience deploying and troubleshooting systems on a public cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Familiarity with observability tooling (e.g., Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry).
Understanding of distributed systems, networking, automation and CI/CD.
Preferred
Prior on-call or incident response experience.
Background in automation, performance testing, or service scalability.
Familiarity with compliance or security best practices.

About the Position
The Algorithm Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the optimization engines and ancillary calculations in our products. These form a core part of the overall company’s platform offering and require in-depth domain knowledge and mathematical programming experience. Not only does this role address the platforms content software development needs, but it also covers the technical support element to the business. This includes interaction with clients to understand the domain issues they are trying to solve, as well as the implementation of these solutions.

About the Position
The Senior Algorithm Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the optimization engines and ancillary calculations in our products. These form a core part of the overall company’s platform offering and require in-depth domain knowledge and mathematical programming experience.
