Senior Engineer- C#/C++

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C#/C++ at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer on the Server Team, you will develop and enhance mission-critical server components that process large-scale enterprise backup, recovery, and cyber resilience workloads. You'll collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance software.

What you’ll do…

  • Design, develop, and maintain core server-side components.
  • Build scalable, high-performance enterprise software.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Debug complex production issues and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability.
  • Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) by incorporating security throughout the software development process.

Who you are…

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 or more years of software development experience
  • Strong experience in C++, C#, Object oriented design, Dotnet.
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Multithreading and concurrency, Data structures and algorithms, Networking concepts, Distributed systems.
  • Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile development environments.
  • Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
