As our Events and Field Marketing Manager, you'll run Fairmarkit's full external presence: industry conferences, speaking opportunities, hosted field events, Customer Advisory Boards, and virtual programs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and a real pace. We run multiple events every month, big and small, and this person keeps all of it moving. 

You'll manage logistics and budget, order swag, coordinate speaking submissions, prepare teams, and still have a point of view on what's worth doing. That point of view extends to content: you'll collaborate with the team on what gets said on stage, in invitations, and in follow-ups, and you'll have real taste for what resonates with a procurement audience. What You'll Do

• Own the annual events calendar: selection, prioritization, and budget allocation across industry conferences, regional field events, and virtual programs

Job Summary

As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support and build foundational recruiting processes, tools, and programs across the organization. 

This internship is focused on recruiting operations, candidate experience, and talent programs. About The Role

Together AI is scaling its own data center infrastructure to power the next generation of AI workloads. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Data Center Build to serve as our representative across our physical infrastructure builds. In this role, you will manage critical data center builds, coordinate infrastructure deployment, and drive projects from contract negotiation through commissioning and data center fit out. You will own the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring builds are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standards required for high-density AI compute environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Together’s representative on data center construction and expansion projects, managing data center providers, sub-contractors, and other third-party vendors from planning through fit-out.
• Oversee all phases of physical infrastructure delivery at data center sites, including site preparation, MEP installation, commissioning, facility readiness, white space fit out, and turnover to operations teams.
• Manage partner contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), schedules, and change orders; track progress against milestones and hold partners accountable to performance, cost, and timeline commitments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management or construction management, with at least 5 years focused on data center, mission-critical, or high-density infrastructure builds.
• Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors on behalf of an owner or developer, including contract administration, schedule oversight, and scope amendment.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, data hall fit out, structured cabling, and white space delivery. 
• Experience managing multi-million infrastructure budgets and tracking costs and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical construction and delivery details for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with high-density GPU compute environments, liquid cooling systems, or AI infrastructure requirements.

As our Field & Events Marketing Manager, you'll run Fairmarkit's full external presence: industry conferences, speaking opportunities, hosted field events, Customer Advisory Boards, and virtual programs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and a real pace. We run multiple events every month, big and small, and this person keeps all of it moving. 

You'll manage logistics and budget, order swag, coordinate speaking submissions, prepare teams, and still have a point of view on what's worth doing. That point of view extends to content: you'll collaborate with the team on what gets said on stage, in invitations, and in follow-ups, and you'll have real taste for what resonates with a procurement audience. What You'll Do

• Own the annual events calendar: selection, prioritization, and budget allocation across industry conferences, regional field events, and virtual programs

As the only dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement for our autonomous sourcing platform and supplier marketplace.  You will operate as a solo IC who punches well above their weight through systems thinking and AI-native execution. You'll translate advanced AI and agentic capabilities into clear, differentiated value for two distinct audiences: the procurement leaders buying smarter, and the suppliers competing to win their business. Job Summary

The Manager, Issue Resolution is a key leadership role responsible for leading a high-performing team dedicated to resolving escalated issues and closing the gap between internal, external, and vendor stakeholders. • Own the product process for growth. Specs, user stories, success criteria, experiment tracking: you keep it tight so engineering isn’t guessing at scope and leadership isn’t guessing at outcomes.
• Run experiments end-to-end. Hypothesis, spec, instrumentation, launch, results. You close the loop every time.
• Build and maintain the dashboards leadership relies on. Activation, retention, conversion, engagement: the numbers the team checks every week come from you.

The role

This is not a typical project management role. As Project Manager for People Operations Intake & Portfolio, you will own the systems, processes, and judgment layer that determines what the Partners, Operations & Insights (POI) organization works on — and in what order. You will be the connective tissue between the People team's ambitions and POI's capacity, serving as the first point of contact for all work requests flowing into POI's four core teams: People Solutions, People Data Analytics & Research (PDAR), People Partners, and Employee Relations & HR Compliance.

You will build and run Stripe's POI intake and prioritization process end-to-end — from designing the intake experience for requestors, to triaging and evaluating incoming Jira tickets, to facilitating prioritization conversations with POI and People team leaders. Minimum requirements

Overview

The Lifecycle leader (LCL) is responsible for shaping the program vision, strategic context, and lifecycle plan (LCP) across indications globally. The LCL oversees the development and execution of the LCP in line with the company strategy.  They are able to navigate complex program challenges, the commercial and development landscape and assess and prioritize development in future indications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• The LCL is responsible for shaping the program's cross-functional vision, strategic context, and lifecycle plan (LCP) for both current and future business opportunities.

We are building a brand-new AI product and are looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to lead it from concept to market. This is a greenfield opportunity: you will define what the product is, who it serves, and how it works. A core part of this vision is leveraging Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities to unify merchant customer data and power intelligent, personalized messaging experiences at scale.

What you’ll do

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• A pragmatic, enabling mindset toward AI — you understand the risks but you're not reflexively restrictive. You've thought critically about how organizations can use AI tools like LLMs, coding assistants, and automation responsibly.
• Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) — you've been through audits and know how to keep controls healthy.

Position Summary:

The Associate Director, Clinical Quality Assurance, will report to the Executive Director, Quality Assurance. The Associate Director, Clinical Quality Assurance serves as a key quality partner to clinical study teams and provides quality oversight of clinical development activities. This role contributes to strengthening a maturing Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying quality risks, supporting risk-based decision making, and ensuring quality practices are effectively implemented across clinical programs.

The Clinical Quality Assurance organization partners with Clinical Development and cross-functional stakeholders to promote and maintain high-quality clinical research practices across the drug development lifecycle. The function provides quality oversight to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with global regulatory requirements and that the organization maintains continuous inspection readiness.

This role provides proactive Clinical Quality Assurance oversight for clinical studies and development functions. Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Risk Management, Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance (DSPV) will report to the Vice President, Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance and will be responsible for our Risk Management strategy and Benefit Risk Office at Vera which strives for excellence and the creation of a best practice framework. As a Risk Management Lead, you will be empowered to work cross-functionally with colleagues to establish and manage the processes for Risk Management, benefit risk, RMPs, additional Risk Minimization Measures and REMS programs and other Benefit Risk deliverables. • Minimum 5-10 years in PV/safety OR clinical development preferred.

Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) in the Research Alliances team will independently lead and is accountable for the planning, execution, management, and reporting of clinical projects supporting Iovance commercial activities, including Expanded Access Programs (intermediate EAP, single-patient and Ex-US Access Programs) and Phase 4 post marketing studies.  In addition, the Sr. CTM/CTM will provide operational leadership for studies within a growing portfolio of Investigator Sponsored collaborations and other non-clinical collaborative research initiatives involving lifileucel and Proleukin. The ideal candidate will have clinical operations experience within the pharma/biotech arena, be self-motivated, and able demonstrate the ability to manage complex programs independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic, agile, and evolving organization.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely activation, execution, and management of Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) that support commercial launch activities at authorized treatment centers 
• Leads the activities for the timely activation, execution, and management of Post Marketing study

• Oversee drug supplies, co-therapies, and lab supplies for clinical and non-clinical collaboration studies and EAPs.
• Reports to Iovance teams on study status, activity and site/vendor performance. Develops and maintains dashboards and trackers to communicate progress and risks.
• Ensure that Investigative sites submit monthly enrollment logs, safety listings, database transfers and quarterly reports or as required in the study agreements.
• Responsible for the writing and updating workflows, manuals, consent forms, and technical documents to support EAPs, Phase 4, ISTs/collaborations and non-clinical studies.
• Organizes and documents decisions of routine meetings with internal teams, CROs and Investigator/research teams.
• Collect and maintain essential regulatory documents.
• Contribute and lead process improvements by updating or developing SOPs and Work Instructions.  
• Performs additional job-related duties as required to support successful program execution.

The Opportunity

The new Market Research business unit will be focused on data monetization, market intelligence, and research-driven revenue. The General Manager of Mode Market Research will build this business from the ground up, own multiple revenue streams, and turn underutilized data assets into meaningful profit centers. We are looking for a founder-minded General Manager to build this business from zero to recurring, enterprise-grade revenue.

The GM of Mode Market Research will own four data monetization segments and one existing web product. The mission is to create revenue lines, structure partnerships, collaborate with the Chief Data Officer and product teams, and scale each business into an independent profit engine with dedicated staff. The first phase is hands-on execution. Hiring follows once revenue baselines are met. This role blends data strategy, partnerships, product execution, and full P&L responsibility.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Subscriber Experience to own and evolve the systems that power our direct-to-consumer subscriber experience at Grüns.

This role will serve as the primary owner of our subscription platform and the broader subscriber experience across our ecosystem. The goal is simple but ambitious: make subscribing to Grüns the most compelling way to engage with our brand — delivering a premium, membership-like experience that goes far beyond convenience or discounts.

You will lead the strategy, experimentation, and day-to-day optimization of subscription touchpoints, including cancellation flows, subscriber perks, portal experiences, and rewards.   Your Experience

  • 5-10 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 7 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, and detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables. 
  • Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Had oversight of the economics of project plans and provided actionable feedback regarding cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas

  The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Senior Program Manager, Clinical Training and Global Programming will develop the strategy for Spring Health’s global training and programming, serve as the SME for global webinars/WellSprings, coordinate the logistics for training and programming, ensure quality member experience for the global population, meet with customers to develop customized training and programming for our larger global accounts. This is a full time remote position seated in Europe, Middle East, or Africa. Travel will be required up to 30% of the time for in person trainings.

What you’ll do: 

• Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global (Non US) Clinical Training and Programming
• Serve as a SME on Global Clinical Training and Programming, including across time zones, cultures and languages
• Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy that is sustainable for continued growth
• Coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics 
• Work closely with large Jumbo customers to consult on Training and Programming planning, including partnering with internal stakeholders to consult, manage and advise customers.
• Work closely with the Global team regarding strategy and implementation
• Partner with US Program Managers to plan and coordinate training and programming
• Ensure we are measuring training and program effectiveness
• If possible, involved in some delivery and/or producing of events
• Will take a leadership role in planning for global programming related to events such as World Mental Health Day

What success looks like in this role:

• Develop and roll out a Global Training and Programming calendar, procedures and process to request and deliver clinical events globally
• Optimize efficiency for meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training
• Maintain customer satisfaction with training/programming as measured by average Kirkpatrick level 1 scores above 4.5 out of 5.0.

What you’ll bring: 

• Clinical license or equivalent in your country
• 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning
• You have complete knowledge and understanding of the unique global challenges, potential solutions, and Clinical Training and Programming
• Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. You build solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues.
• Enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter. You adapt style and messaging to varying audiences and often advise on difficult matters. 
• You have complete knowledge of Program Management and data evaluation
• You have complete knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms as needed
• You have a solid understanding of instructional design and content development, including strong working knowledge of Adult Learning Principals.
• You are knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques.
• You communicate effectively with customers and fellow Spring team members

The target base salary range for this position is 60,000 - 69,000 GBP Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
