What You’ll Do

As an Account Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of the underwriting process, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and seamless policy management:

• Drive accuracy and compliance by supporting policy issuance in partnership with Managing Underwriters
• Own the details—gather, analyze, and maintain critical account data across systems
• Prepare and track renewal underwriting reviews, keeping everything on schedule
• Quote, modify, and support business decisions within established underwriting guidelines
• Assist with complex transactions and out-of-guideline requests as directed
• Leverage underwriting systems to build and maintain policy information for new and renewal accounts
• Manage policy lifecycle actions—renewals, cancellations, and endorsements—with precision
• Ensure consistent workflow execution and maintain high-quality documentation
• Deliver responsive service by communicating clearly and following up with agents in a timely manner

As a Senior Credit Underwriter, you will be joining a team of lending experts with experience spanning unsecured cards to secured commercial credit. You will help shape our Working Capital loan product designed for eCommerce, software and managed services companies with a vision to extend to all small businesses. You will work directly with prospective borrowers to assess creditworthiness and structure creative lending solutions to support their growth. You will also partner with sales and product teams to innovate the go to market process, underwriting, and portfolio management needs of the rapidly scaling loan program.

As part of the journey, we would expect you to: 

• Underwrite loan application independently: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data across ecommerce, SaaS, and SMB borrowers. Structure, price, and propose loan terms that balance repayment capacity and Mercury’s risk posture.
• Own the customer-facing deal motion: Lead diligence calls with prospective borrowers, co-pilot active negotiations with AEs, provide real-time eligibility and structuring guidance, and support the sales team on complex or competitive applications from first touch through close.
• Monitor portfolio health: Support ongoing covenant monitoring, delinquency tracking, and portfolio review processes. Contribute to monthly portfolio reviews with early warning signal identification.
• Contribute to credit standards: Support drafting and refinement of underwriting guidelines, risk rating frameworks, and policy documentation.
• Work cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve the underwriting process, customer experience, and credit infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of credit or underwriting experience in Fintech, SMB, or commercial lending, with meaningful customer-facing experience
• Strong credit fundamentals: financial statement analysis, risk rating, cash flow assessment, and identification of structural mitigants across diverse business models.
• Direct deal experience: has been in the room with customers during negotiations, underwriting calls, and structuring conversations — not just behind the analysis.
• Builder mindset: comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where process, tooling, and infrastructure are still being defined. 
• Cross-functional fluency: experience working alongside Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Able to translate credit requirements into language that lands across teams.
• Exposure to regulated lending or institutional credit frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with credit file standards, lending policy documentation, and examination-ready governance practices is helpful as Mercury approaches bank charter, not a hard requirement.

• US employees located in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $142,900 - $160,700
• US employees located outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area: $128,600 - $144,600
• Canadian employees (any location): CAD $135,000 - $151,900

onX is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support the Offroad vertical, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Offroad-related geospatial content moves reliably through onX systems and into customers’ hands. You will collaborate closely with Offroad Product Managers, a Geospatial Project Manager, as well as with developers to execute geospatial work that supports the Offroad product roadmap.

• Serve as the Senior Geospatial Analyst supporting the Offroad vertical, owning the technical approach, sequencing, and delivery of geospatial work defined by the Offroad Geospatial Project Manager.
• Execute geospatial work that supports connected content initiatives by implementing datasets and workflows that enable Offroad content to be used consistently across multiple product features and experiences.
• Support content trust initiatives by executing audits, refreshes, and cleanup of high-impact Offroad datasets, applying technical judgment to ensure content is accurate, maintainable, and fit for long-term use, including identifying dataset candidates for update, replacement, or retirement.
• Leverage existing geospatial pipelines and contribute to the improvement and development of new processes as needed, ensuring reliable delivery of data from source systems into customer-facing products and services.
• Lead complex geospatial processing and analysis such as multi-source data integration, conflation, and large-scale QA/QC, applying expert judgment to resolve ambiguity and edge cases.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to generate, optimize, and automate geospatial workflows, including feature extraction, segmentation, classification, conflation, and QA.
• Proactively identify data quality risks, pipeline gaps, or platform limitations and surface recommendations to the Offroad Geospatial Project Manager.
• Analyze data, create dashboards, and monitor data health metrics to provide insights that inform business decisions and support overall product health.
• Research and evaluate geospatial data sources, making recommendations for new sources or improvements to existing ones.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure geospatial solutions are performant, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.

• Strong Python skills, including experience with GDAL, geopandas, PyQGIS, and automation frameworks.

About the Job

We are developing a core technology that will operate in the worst conditions the world’s oceans have to offer for years at a time without human maintenance or intervention. As Senior Structural Engineer, you will spearhead the structural analysis of numerous mechanical systems and help develop innovative methods and tools to select the best designs across a design space of millions of possibilities.

You will be a key part of the team responsible for the development of algorithms, pipelines, and other software to drive efficient structural analysis and cost estimation. You will also play a critical role in developing best practices and approaches for structural analysis as well as performing detailed stress and fatigue analysis of point designs. We expect you to be especially strong in structural analysis and coding, and to gravitate toward first-principles/fundamental-physics when solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms/software that support the structural sizing of an entire design space in an automated way, allowing millions of end points to be accurately evaluated
• Work with Nastran input and output files for FEA analyses and scripts
• Generate and evaluate load spectra from test and simulation results
• Perform stress hand-calculations and fatigue/damage tolerance analyses for various designs
• Serve as the stress analyst for core technology subsystems, which could include: device primary structure, pressure- and seawater-tolerant electronics packaging, drivetrains, deployment features, lab-based testing apparatuses, piping/cable routing and layout, and ground-support equipment
• Drive the structural design of various systems to ensure an efficient end-product that is sufficiently robust and supports an optimal manufacturing process
• Utilize Femap, NX-Simcenter, and internal FEA tools to perform linear, non-linear, and dynamic analyses of large assemblies
• Use a CAD software design package (NX) and PDM tool (Teamcenter) to facilitate design changes and stress evaluation
• Lead and participate in design reviews with the internal team and interface with external fabricators and vendors

Required qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Wide-ranging experience and advanced knowledge in structural analyses techniques including classical hand analyses and computer analysis tools
• Proven experience evaluating numerous parts and assemblies that have undergone structural testing and seen service
• Working knowledge of FEA codes and pre- & post-processing (Nastran preferred)
• Solid coding abilities, with experience using Python, Julia, Mathematica, or another similar programming language for data review and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Confidence working independently to drive a project forward
• A work history encompassing at least five design, build, test, and deploy cycles for different projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starting, and demanding atmosphere

Desired qualifications:

• Advanced degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, aerospace engineering, naval architecture, or a related field, or 5 years additional experience in lieu of an advanced degree
• At least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience evaluating large, welded steel structures in dynamic environments

Compensation and Benefits

If hired for this full-time role, you will receive:

• Cash compensation of $150,000 - $250,000

Solutions Architect, Commercial

Location: United States, based in the Midwest or West Coast of the United States to support regional commercial enterprise efforts

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to partner closely with our Commercial Go-To-Market team. This is not a role focused on running standard demos. Instead, it's about helping shape deals, guiding customers through complex risk challenges, and owning the technical approach that supports successful enterprise sales. 

You'll work directly with sales leaders and customer executives to connect Exiger's capabilities to the problems they care about most, making it clear how our platform helps them reduce risk and make better decisions. 

We are looking for collaborative, team players who are passionate about our mission to make the world a safer place to do business. Exiger’s Client Solutions team is at the centre of the most important work we do at Exiger in support of that mission, and you will work with the global Client Solutions team, alongside working day-in day-out with assigned sales team members in your region. You will also interact with Exiger’s Product and Innovation teams to provide input based on client and market feedback for consideration into our future platform product roadmap.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Solution Design: Work with the Commercial Go-To-Market team to shape how Exiger's 1Exiger solution is positioned and applied to solve complex risk and compliance challenges for enterprise customers. 
• Own the Technical Win: Lead customer discussions and working sessions to understand priorities, highlight value, define what success looks like, and align Exiger's capabilities to those outcomes. 
• Be a Trusted Partner: Build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders by keeping conversations focused on risk, impact, and results. 
• Support Complex Sales: Help guide multi-stakeholder sales efforts involving Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Supply Chain teams. 
• Share Market Insight: Provide feedback to Product and Innovation teams based on what you're seeing and hearing from customers. 

What You Need: 

• Experience: 8+ years in customer facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, supporting enterprise sales efforts.
• Commercial Perspective: A strong understanding of how enterprise software is sold, with experience working alongside sales teams and engaging directly with client executives. You should be comfortable influencing deals not just presenting features.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in supply chain risk management (SCRM), third-party risk (TPRM), or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.
• Technical Understanding: Able to discuss architecture, integrations, and data concepts at a high level and explain them in plain terms. You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable talking with technical teams.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable adapting your message for senior executives as well as technical audiences.
