Role:  Operations Director / Project Director

Location:  Manila, Philippines 

About the role: 

In this role you will oversee a variety of client-led work as part of the OLIVER Philippines Hub team. You will work with a variety of clients with XX of our main client from Insurance & Pharma industries. As the Project Director you will define and shape all account processes and set operational best practices across the client accounts. You will wear many hats and need a versatile skill set to manage varied and dynamic projects. 

Reporting to the Business Director, the Project Director oversees this growing team currently comprising of Senior Account Manager, Designer and Copywriter. The Hub Team is a central resource, which supports and delivers creative output for key clients across the region. 

What you will be doing: 

• Scoping, planning and specification of projects. 
• Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channels 
• Team coordination: Ability to lead and coordinate diverse creative teams including designers, developers, copywriters, and marketers. 
• Conflict Resolution: Skilled in resolving creative conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment. 
• Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget. 
• Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all projects 
• Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief.

Role: GenAI Art Director

About the role: 

We’re looking for GenAI Art Director who will use the Pencil platform to deliver high quality, high performing ads to either enterprise clients or small businesses. You will likely have a team working with you and by nature of your expertise they will largely engage with you to resolve creative challenges they are coming up against and overcome the limitations of GenAI today.  

You will require deep experience with GenAI tools and what they can do for the advertising industry and for marketing clients - as well as the positivity, energy and lateral problem solving to explore and expand techniques to push beyond any perceived creative limitations.  One key measure of your success will be your ability to inspire a team with creative solutions day-to-day. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients and fame for your work, as well as make you one of the leading voices of the GenAI revolution. 

Together with your team, you will develop digital concepts, art direction and assets that demonstrate exemplary standards in craft, whilst adhering to the client’s brand guidelines. Experience in Adobe After Effects / Motion graphics required.  

 
What you will be doing:  

• Must be a leader overseeing a team of creatives for both copy and design.
