We’re hiring a Senior Python Engineer who can own both backend systems and the data layer behind them. This role sits between backend and data — you will build APIs, design pipelines, and ensure the data powering AI systems is clean and reliable.

You’ll work under a Lead Architect. You are expected to execute independently and own outcomes.

• Build and maintain production Python APIs (FastAPI or similar)

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. About the role:
As our Lead AI Test Automation Specialist, you'll develop testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, and quality metrics specifically designed for LLM-powered applications. This role requires a unique blend of QA expertise, understanding of GenAI behaviour, and automation skills to ensure our AI features are reliable, accurate, and trustworthy.

Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.

The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

About the Position

A robust and agile supply chain is a cornerstone of the America First Global Health Strategy, ensuring the availability, quality, and rapid deployment of essential health commodities such as diagnostics, vaccines, and treatments. These capabilities are critical for preventing avoidable epidemics, detecting emerging threats early, and responding swiftly to outbreaks. At the heart of this vision is the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS), which provides real-time visibility and coordination across health commodity flows. By delivering accurate, up-to-date data on stock levels, consumption patterns, and distribution, eLMIS enables informed decision-making and proactive supply chain management.

Keeping eLMIS updated and fully functional is essential. Timely system updates allow decision-makers to act quickly to prevent stockouts or overstocking—especially during outbreaks or emergencies. Reliable data supports national health planning, donor reporting, and compliance with global health standards, while also enabling the rapid deployment of critical commodities during health crises.

Moreover, eLMIS serves as an early warning mechanism, detecting unusual demand patterns or consumption spikes that may signal emerging health threats. The objective of this scope of work is to hire two (2) Computer Programmers who will support the Department of Health (DOH) in the Philippines fortify and optimize the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) as a critical enabler of global health security under the America First Global Health Strategy in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.. Responsibilities

Capacity building of the DOH staff responsible for the eLMIS

REPORTING:

The Computer Programmer will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, the Advisor will submit a weekly progress report to U.S. Embassy/Department of State (and participate in weekly calls) to include a short paragraph about main successes for that week.

Launch Operations

• Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new course launches—owning timelines, task assignments, and cross-team dependencies to drive internal alignment.
• Own launch readiness—make sure every system, workflow, and handoff is in place before a course goes live, so there are no scrambles on launch day.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to make sure nothing is blocked—flagging risks early, tracking open items, and keeping teams accountable to shared deadlines.

Post-Launch Stabilization & Ongoing Operations

• Run recurring cross-functional check-ins to align teams on what’s changing between cohorts—content updates, process fixes, bug resolution—so nothing falls through the cracks.
