How you will help
As a Rebate Analyst at HealthVerity, you will contribute your skills to support clients using our contract management platform empowering them to efficiently negotiate, execute and manage the increasing complexity of traditional rebate agreements while introducing enhanced capabilities to facilitate next generation medical rebate and value-based contract designs. Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $60,000 - 80,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations—regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at least once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. The quality control testing programs include in-process and final drug product microbial testing such as Endotoxin, Gram Stain, Mycoplasma Testing, Microbial Identifications and Sterility techniques. This work shift is from Wednesday to Saturday. Depending on your assigned shift, you may be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to ensure the testing process is completed. Applicants must have experience in Microbial Identification.

THE TEAM
The Strategy team owns our client relationships, leading communication of Kepler’s strategic guidance and ensuring that internal teams meet and exceed clients' goals. They’re home to ad operations, campaign project management, and overarching client planning.
THE ROLE
The Associate Director, Strategy ill manage a team of 5-10 digital media experts and be accountable for the success of one or more client relationships. As a client leader, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals and successful delivery of marketing/media services.
But this isn’t your typical “account” job. In addition to managing relationships, you’ll be overseeing development of sophisticated media plans, leveraging industry relationships to buy media, ensuring flawless execution of digital campaigns and driving sophisticated analysis to measure and drive results. Your team members will be strong account leaders, media strategists and technical experts.
This position demands strong quant and communication skills, a sense of personal accountability, a passion for delivering client impact, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.
