Job Summary:
The Integrated Fire and Security Solutions Orlando, FL branch is seeking experienced Senior Fire Alarm Project Technicians to join our team! This role focuses on the installation, configuration, programming, and commissioning of advanced fire alarm systems on new construction and large-scale retrofit projects, with additional exposure to security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection (IDS). The ideal candidate will have a strong fire alarm background, proven experience leading project installations from rough-in through final inspection, and familiarity with integrated security technologies.
Project area is primarily the Central Florida region, including Greater Orlando.

This role may require extended periods of sitting or standing, movement around the office or job site, and operation of standard equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. Some roles may require travel.

SUMMARY
Account Managers manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of all assigned Security Officers at the field level, and execute all tasks related to maintaining prescribed standards in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications Companies, manufacturing and industrial factories, Hospitals, and many others.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages 1-5 subordinates who supervise up to 100 employees of said account/posts. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites. Also, directly supervises approximately 100 hourly employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Summary:
Integrated Fire & Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our installation and operations teams by overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from planning through completion. This role plays a critical part in achieving branch goals related to growth, revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Installation Manager, Operations Manager, sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and meet quality and financial expectations. LOCATION
