Anduril’s Supply Chain team is seeking an Senior Material Flow Engineer to join us. Working with a global network of suppliers, to support a global manufacturing platform takes people who are willing to work hard and find ways to win. As an Industrial Engineer, you will have the responsibility to optimize Anduril’s supply chain's warehousing and material flow operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization, all while meeting critical customer deployment and internal development timelines. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Passionately work across multiple programs from development to full rate production to scale best-in-class solutions to align with maturity of manufacturing process
• Proactively identify imbalances and bottlenecks caused by inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other production constraints; flag constraints with the appropriate owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality and drive to resolution
• Own the metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring production line health and efficiency, such as cycle time, throughput rate, capacity, utilization, process non-conformities, and inventory accuracy.
• Time studies of current and developing processes to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
• Translate tools and reports into actionable tasks that impact the health of warehouse operations across a plethora of processes and sites.
• Produce and maintain tools to increase accuracy of work demand for new facilities and maturing processes using a data-driven approach using tools such as Value Stream Mapping/ Process Mapping/ Line Balancing techniques
• Be badass and make an impact to the warehouse team. Value incremental improvements and push them to the floor as quickly as possible. Then iterate until we reach a world-class level.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
• 5+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment, where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies are built with heavy data utilization
• Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data, understanding of a variety of hardware manufacturing processes for both electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.) and structures, mechanical components, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Columbus, OH

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with using Siemens Plant Simulation, Visual Components, or Process Simulation software to model a production line and run production scenarios
• Experience with department or factory design and set up - value stream mapping, flow lines, continuous flow, one piece flow, workstation design
• Ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish, measuring each step of the process, creating actionable tasks that culminated in a significant and sustainable business improvement
• Demonstrated ability of presenting project results to a cross functional team with clearly relating data to proposed next steps
• Prior experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for production operations or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Prior knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles which drive manufacturing productivity
• Experience in delivering successful project by being hands on with the process. Including gemba walks, operational analysis, poka yoke solutions among others to allow teams to be successful without massive CAPEX
• Experience interacting with SQL databases - storage of information and building custom queries for tracking production and inventory-related metrics

About The Role: 

The CSV Engineer I is responsible for ensuring that GxP computerized systems at Forge Biologics are validated in compliance with regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5). This role directly supports gene therapy manufacturing operations by leading validation activities for key systems including Veeva QMS, BMRAM, analytical lab instruments, and the Metasys BMS. By maintaining data integrity and system compliance, the CSV Engineer plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, patient safety, and regulatory inspection readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Author, review, and execute validation deliverables for GxP computerized systems, including Validation Plans, Requirements Specifications (URS/FS/DS), IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, Trace Matrices, and Validation Summary Reports.
• Supports computer system validation efforts for Veeva Vault QMS, BMRAM (laboratory information management), analytical lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, UHPLC, PCR instruments, plate readers etc), ERP System (NetSuite).
• Perform risk assessments to determine validation approach and ensure appropriate testing of system functionality, data integrity, and audit trail review.
• Manage system change control, deviations, and CAPAs related to validated systems, ensuring compliance with Forge’s quality system.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, Lab Operations, and Facilities teams to support system upgrades, patches, and periodic reviews while maintaining validated state.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivelant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) within a GxP regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device).
• Working knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
• Experience validating at least one of the following: Veeva Vault QMS, BMRAM, laboratory instrumentation (e.g., Waters, Agilent, Chromeleon, Softmax or similar), or a building management system (BMS) like Metasys.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to execute protocols with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work onsite (in Columbus, Ohio) 3-4 days/week on average.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Veeva Vault platform (QMS or QualityDocs) and BMRAM configuration or validation.
• Hands-on validation of laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV-Vis,)including software like Empower or Chromeleon.
• Familiarity with Metasys BMS or similar environmental monitoring systems in a GxP facility.
• Experience with electronic execution systems such as Veeva Vault Manager or similar.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA) and responding to CSV-related observations.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support flight line operations in Victorville, CA before relocating to Arsenal-1 in Q1 2027. This role is on the Quality Engineering team and will focus on quality assurance and process integrity for aircraft operations, integration, and testing directly on the flight line. Your expertise will bridge development engineering, production, and field operations to ensure aircraft functionality and performance under real-world conditions. You will have direct involvement with diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise in the field, providing critical support to the aircraft’s final integration, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role as a Senior Quality Engineer, the ideal candidate would support operations at our Victorville, CA facility before joining our rapidly growing team in Ashville, OH. This is a dynamic and hands-on position with opportunities in managing flight-line quality assurance activities and driving improvements in the aircraft integration process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-stakes environment, loves to implement innovative solutions, and takes ownership of ensuring precision and quality during critical phases of aircraft ground and flight operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Personify quality oversight and support during aircraft maintenance, ground testing, and flight testing. Monitor flight line activities to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards, safety protocols, and detailed technical procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight checks and audits to verify the readiness of systems, structures, and components. Develop and execute inspection systems tailored to flight line and operational support requirements.
• Lead RCCA initiatives specifically targeting issues arising during test and maintenance, and sustainment. Address in-field non-conformance issues and resolve immediate defects impacting operational readiness.
• Partner closely with manufacturing engineers, test engineers, field operations teams, and pilots to resolve technical and quality issues. Evaluate system & process performance directly within operational environments.
• Provide real-time technical and quality support during flight testing, ensuring data is accurately captured, defects are analyzed, and adjustments are rapidly implemented in subsequent iterations.
• Drive continuous improvement of flight line processes, testing protocols, and operator procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support quality documentation efforts specific to flight-line activities, including inspection logs, NCR metrics, pre-flight investigation reports, and detailed performance summaries.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, flight test, sustainment, or Engineering roles with direct involvement in aircraft testing activities
• Strong working knowledge of aviation systems, subsystems integration, and mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with flight-line processes, operational readiness requirements, and troubleshooting under time constraints
• Experience working directly with DCMA and military customers from enlisted to senior officers.
• Knowledge of government regulations affecting aviation systems, defense contracts, and flight certification
• Experience with quality management of complex systems such as propulsion , flight controls, avionics, mission systems, fuel, hydraulics, and structural components

You will own the entire manufacturing value-chain for Roadrunner, from current rate to high-volume deployment. ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril's Manufacturing Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Engineering department develops and implements robust manufacturing processes and tooling solutions to ensure Anduril's defense products are produced efficiently, reliably, and at scale at Anduril.

As a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, you will support continuous operations and enable world class manufacturing of cutting edge defense products. As a Sustaining Equipment Engineer, you will drive Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by continuously enhancing critical systems, including PLC/HMI logic, robotics, mechanical/electrical subsystems, and conveyance infrastructure. You will also play a key role in cross-functional teams, developing, introducing, and ensuring the long-term sustainment of new models, products, and materials. The right person for the role has a proven track record of significantly improving Overall Equipment Efficiency through sophisticated automation enhancements and successful collaboration on new product development.. ABOUT THE JOB

As a Software Engineer in the Manufacturing Test organization, you will join a software development team tasked to ensure that we build quality products - in land, sea, and air. You will develop test executive software that can systematically and thoroughly test our products and create analytics to improve our development cycle. You will champion automation, and work to reduce operator time and instruction complexity through the use of parallel execution, data acquisition, automated deployment tools. You will be presented complex, multiplatform problems with heavy reliance on cloud data systems. In this role you’ll need to think creatively and continuously improve our methods of automation, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.

This role will be based temporarily at Santa Ana, CA for a 3 month training period before transitioning to Asheville, OH.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop applications for Windows and Linux desktop environments
• Integrate cloud data and deployment features while maintaining user authentication and security
• Generate automation scripts (python) for debug and prototype development
• Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next-steps
• Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in desktop application development with WPF and C#.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, RESTful services with C# in AWS/Azure infrastructure.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that we are testing our systems to stringent standards ensuring that we are consistently shipping the highest quality products to our customers. Additionally you will ensure that we are able to meet the required throughput requirements of production. In this role you’ll need to think creatively and come up with solutions to solve difficult testing problems and push to continuously improve our methods of automation, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.

This role will be based temporarily at Santa Ana, CA for a 3 month training period before transitioning to Asheville, OH.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow. Provide hands-on troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream - from system level checkouts and acceptance testing to key component level in process validation.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
• Generate test work instructions that can be easily followed by technician team in MES. Train technicians on equipment use as required.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guide/diagrams for fast issue resolution.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions (RCCA).
• Work with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support customer returns and failure analysis.
• Contribute feedback to early-stage test design for test processes supporting early-stage products (NPI).
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed reports to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements based on test outcomes.

This role is about much more than just processes; it's about orchestrating the industrialization of a vital product. You will own the entire manufacturing value-chain for Roadrunner, from current rate to high-volume deployment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Hardware Technician, you own the geometric truth of every cell that leaves our floor. After Controls Bring-Up is complete, you set up a FARO Vantage laser tracker, level the rail, align positioners, and run the RoboDK robot calibration that tells the welder where it actually is within fractions of a millimeter. You'll capture the data, validate it against our tolerances, package it per the cell type, and hand it off to our Logical Bring-Up team. Without your work, the welder is guessing.
This is a precision role for someone who is at home with a laser tracker, comfortable around large industrial robots in teach mode, and gets satisfaction from clean data.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate a FARO Vantage laser tracker: tripod, extension, level, warm-up, and stable lock on SMRs.
• Survey and shim the robot transfer unit (RTU) rail to level within tolerance; re-survey for confirmation.
• Align positioner headstocks and tailstocks (single-side, dual-side, dynamic, static, indexable variants) and capture before/after data.
• Establish robot base coordinate systems in Polyworks Inspector via macro — verify Z-up, X-down-track.
• Run RoboDK robot calibration on welder and (where applicable) global scanner robots — base setup, geometric calibration measurement set, and validation poses.
• Capture RTU and positioner / rail-axis data using our Polyworks macros.
• Generate, clean, and export Polyworks coordinate-system and reference-point reports at six-digit decimal precision; export tables to CSV.
• Run our Python script in RoboDK to compute robot calibration error; verify against RoboDK-reported norms and flag any deviation.
• Assemble the per-cell data package (CSV, TXT, PDF) per our File Naming Convention table for the cell variant; upload to the cell's calibration-results folder.

• Maintain our tracker's calibration certificate, SMRs, cabling, and bring-up laptop image; flag re-cal needs proactively.

• Build the team's robot-learning stack from the ground up. This is a founding role; you are designing the training infrastructure, data pipelines, simulation environments, model architectures, and deployment workflows — not inheriting them. Multi-modal perception, scene understanding, and learned action generation work in tight coordination on the stack you help create.

This role sits at the intersection of generative modeling, robotics, and applied physics. It is research-heavy by design, while still grounded in production reality.

• Build a learned world model of the welding process that predicts future system behavior under robot actions.

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Tech Lead) for this new team. You write code, set the technical direction, make the architectural decisions the team builds on, mentor junior and intermediate engineers, and help shape how the team works.

What You’ll Do

• Set the ML technical direction for the team, architectural choices on perception, reasoning, and action generation; training methodology; data strategy; the path from research bet to deployed capability. As one of the first senior hires, you are designing the approach, not extending it.
• Own the architectural workstreams that define the team's research and engineering bets — multiple core build streams across action-policy learning, world-model-based supervision, and policy-orchestration interfaces.
• Design hybrid physics-ML architectures for the integrated loco-manipulation stack. Manipulation, locomotion, and the whole-body control coupling between them are not separable on legged platforms; sub-millimetre continuous-trajectory precision at the tool requires the whole-body controller to compensate for base motion in real time. This role will support the Dimensional Engineering projects by performing variation simulation analysis (VSA), planning, tracking and meeting project objectives.
