As a Tax & Structuring Professional based in the United States, you will play a key role in advising on US deal structuring and supporting EQT’s investment teams. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex transactions in a global private markets environment, working closely with colleagues across funds, investment and operations teams.
The Tax & Structuring team operates globally across EQT’s business segments and supports investment teams with tax advisory and structuring expertise throughout the investment lifecycle. The team partners closely with deal professionals, fund operations and external advisors to deliver sustainable and well-governed structuring solutions.
In the US, the team works across business lines within Private Capital and Real Assets, contributing to both domestic and cross-border transactions. The team also plays an important role in developing internal best practices and strengthening EQT’s tax governance framework.
This role focuses primarily on US deal structuring, with exposure to global projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor to investment teams, providing practical and commercially sound tax guidance across transactions and portfolio matters.

Salary Range Disclosure
The expected base salary range for this New York based position is USD 220,000–260,000 per year, determined in good faith based on role scope, experience, skills, and location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 30%.

We are hiring a Director of Employee Communications to reset and lead this function at a higher strategic and operational level. As we set out to become a $10B company in the age of AI, we must drive a high-performance culture grounded in clear strategy and operating at pace. To do this, we must raise the bar on how our internal comms operates and delivers the information employees need in order to execute successfully, while strengthening leadership alignment, employee trust and clarity during periods of change. This requires a Director-level leader who can set the strategy and operating model for the function, influence senior stakeholders, lead through others and drive into execution when needed with core partners, including executive leadership, the People team and Global Comms. It is important to base this role in the U.S. (San Francisco, NYC, or Austin) so the Director is in the time zones where leadership is primarily making decisions that directly impact employees and the internal communications function day-to-day in addition to supporting high-velocity, high-stakes communications with senior leaders in real-time. We’re looking for a Director of Employee Communications to lead our internal communications strategy and execution. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Communications, you will own the internal communications function to keep our global employees aligned with our company strategy and engaged in our customer-obsessed mission, with a focus on clarity, trust and execution across the business.
We need a strategic operator who thrives on the ‘how’ and is energized by the challenge of giving our employees the clarity they need to succeed. You will set the direction for and run the day-to-day work of the internal communications function, with a focus on connecting our teams to our brand story, strategy and business outcomes while ensuring operational excellence across channels, company moments and leadership communications: you should be as comfortable refining a sensitive announcement as you are producing a high-quality Town Hall or using feedback and channel analytics to inform our communication strategy.

The total compensation range for this role is $275,000-$350,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.

THE ROLE:
We are hiring a Vice President of Sales to build and lead our Channel Partnerships business. This team will be responsible for distributing our moments and audiences across the broader ad-tech ecosystem. You will own the number for everything we do with platforms that activate Genius products: DSPs, SSPs, CTV platforms, data and identity providers, retail media networks, and emerging distribution channels. This is a senior, externally facing leadership role, you will set the channel strategy, sign and grow the partnerships that move the most revenue, and lead a team of sellers and partner support.

The annualized base salary for this role ranges from $220,000 to $240,000 USD and includes eligibility for additional variable compensation. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
