The Lead, Inbound Sales is responsible for driving consistent revenue performance across the inbound sales team by coaching, managing, and developing a team of Inbound Sales agents. Overview
With the growth of our Android app, being the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, we find the need for a Senior Android Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push us forward.

About the ONE Academy Project
ONE Academy is a free dynamic online learning platform designed to equip global activists and young people with the knowledge, tools, and skills to drive social change, promoting healthier lives and economic vitality in their communities. The platform is built to be accessible, interactive, and scalable, delivering high-quality educational content while fostering peer learning and community engagement, including in low-bandwidth environments.
For this project, ONE Academy will build on its existing platform to support foundational learning reform and youth-led advocacy in Kenya and Senegal to improve learning outcomes. This training module will be hosted on the ONE Academy platform and delivered in English, French, Wolof, and Swahili, with the aim of supporting real-world foundational learning system reform efforts in both countries.
Role Purpose
The Foundational Learning Lead will drive the end-to-end design and delivery of ONE Academy’s flagship learning module. As the technical authority on learning design and pedagogy, they will both create high-quality learning materials and ensure all content meets rigorous standards of instructional quality, relevance, and evidence-based practice.
They will play a critical role in translating foundational learning concepts into engaging, accessible, and action-oriented learning experiences for young people, with a strong emphasis on advocacy and real-world application. About the role
As the Impact Manager: Reporting, Data and Analytics you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technology solution for the programmatic MEL framework. That is potentially adapting existing solutions like Salesforce and Google sheets, or creating/identifying new technology solutions, to ensure that the MEL framework has a functioning and efficient technology platform, routine reporting on key data points. We're currently serving over 100,000 unique farmers across the state via our inputs on credit 'Core' program, inputs on cash 'Retail' program, and have a free tree seedling distribution 'Agroforestry' program. Seeking a detail-oriented data professional to own survey design, data quality, and analysis within One Acre Fund's MEL team, working closely with field teams to ensure accurate, timely data that informs program decisions and improves impact for farmers.

We are seeking a talented, motivated and adaptable individual to support the Managing Director and the senior leadership team as Project Director. The ideal candidate is a multifaceted individual who will work closely with the Managing Director in a job shadow capacity. As a co-strategist, implementer, and trusted advisor, the successful candidate will lead execution of strategic initiatives for the Managing Director and leadership team and will also ensure streamlined activities within the organization to improve the daily management of the organization based on the priorities of the Managing Director. This is a highly hands-on and analytical role, involving intense program management and broad technical knowledge covering financial management, supply chain and school operations management. The Project Director should have a proven track record of exceptional performance driving strategic initiatives and projects to completion.
This role reports to the Managing Director and VP Operations. You will be part of a leadership team composed of various directors. The School Inspection Manager/Director, who in turn supervises a team of field associates, will report to you.
Ensure that the programme’s termly and annual milestones are attained on schedule
Continuously improve the programme’s performance
Ensure that the School Inspection Team (our internal quality assurance team) is driving compliance to school policies and processes at the school level
Other responsibilities as determined by the Managing Director.
