What will you do?

Our teams own and develop core gameplay systems that define the player’s experience in battle, including hero abilities, agent creation, combat mechanics, and game modes. We build the systems that make moment-to-moment gameplay engaging, responsive, and strategically deep. A team consists of game mode and hero designers, UX designers, C++ and UI developers, and QAs, working together to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences. The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth in Southern Europe, working remotely. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of strategic account plans targeting deployments of our MetaDefender and MetaAccess Security platforms. You will build the right relationships inside a target account, know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest, and negotiate and close new business. Job Overview

The Product Marketing Manager for World of Tanks will serve as the key interface between the product team and the global marketing function, ensuring that product goals, player insights, and strategic directions are effectively translated into marketing actions.

This role focuses on owning the product’s marketing vision, providing clear context and direction to the marketing organization, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with product priorities, lifecycle stages, and audience needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in marketing strategy for video games, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and can navigate complex organizational structures without friction—driving alignment, clarity, and measurable impact.

What will you do?

• Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and company's  Marketing centre of expertise, ensuring smooth coordination and shared understanding of product goals, messaging priorities, and upcoming milestones.
• Translate product objectives into clear marketing goals and deliverables, managing communication flow and ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and results.
• Partner with Marketing team to co-develop data-driven marketing and acquisition strategies that best support the product vision.
• Own the product marketing roadmap, defining key priorities and ensuring coherent execution across all marketing channels.
• Oversee and optimize the product marketing budget, aligning investments with key business outcomes such as brand awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.
• Analyze and present campaign and performance KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both product and marketing teams.
• Build a strong partnership with internal departments and functions e.g. community, legal, art, performance, advertisement and influencer outreach teams.
• Act as the brand steward for World of Tanks, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect the product positioning and long-term brand goals.

• Passion for PC and online games.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

About the Role:

Wrike is looking for an energetic, passionate, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Account Development Manager to help teams across the world be more successful with our product. You’ll be working with our customer base of knowledge workers to get them onboarded, help them be more productive with Wrike, and answer their questions. It’ll be your job to understand your customers' goals, offer tailored advice on best practices, and deliver Wrike value. You will be proactively reaching out to the customers and sharing the expertise on how to use the product in the most efficient way.

Your Impact:

• Understand customer use cases and work processes to provide the best guidance on how to optimize Wrike usage
• Proactively reach out to customers to help them use Wrike in the most efficient way and share best practices via email and phone calls (team members spend about 80% of their work time on calls with customers)
• Maximize customer lifetime by helping them unlock the most product value
• Drive the adoption across the customers’ teams
• Drive Net Retention via upsell and cross sell

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ years of work experience in a customer ­facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support,  etc)
• Fluent English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
• Keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points 
• Passionate about teaching/instilling knowledge in others
• Willing to dive into technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly
• Ready to cover the sales side of the customer interaction (delivering sales demos, negotiating price, managing the pipeline, processing and closing the deals)
• Prepare to work evening shift (16:30 - 01:00)
• Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathetic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, the high degree of patience

Job Overview

As the Lead Core Gameplay Designer, you will own the end-to-end player experience. You are responsible for the systems that define how the player interacts with the world—combat, traversal, and core loops. You will lead a team of designers to create deep, engaging mechanics that remain satisfying from the first hour to the hundredth.

What will you do?

• Work with Creative and Gameplay director to define for core gameplay systems and their development (e.g., the flow of combat, the weight of movement, or the depth of a progression system).
• Design complex, interlocking systems that allow for emergent gameplay and player expression.
• Write and maintain clear, concise Design Documents (GDDs) that serve as a source of truth for the engineering and art teams.
• Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure mechanics are intuitive and accessible.
• Lead and grow a team of designers, conducting design reviews and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and constructive critique.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years in game design and lead positions, with a focus on systems or gameplay, including a lead role on at least one shipped high-profile title.
• Working within game engines (Unreal Engine 5, Unity, etc.) to prototype and balance mechanics directly. While games uses it's own engine it is quite similar to Unity.
• Ability to deconstruct successful games and translate those observations into actionable design principles.
• Ability to pitch ideas and explain "the why" behind design decisions to both stakeholders and technical teams.
• A strong grasp of UX principles and a passion for accessibility in core gameplay.
