The Opportunity
As a Medical Assistant at One Medical (internally referred to as Lab Services Specialist / Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.

What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
- Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
- Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization
- Master our technology suite including, but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, in order to interact with team members and complete daily work

What you’ll need:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
- A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
- A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks
Competitive salary: $19 - $21/hour based on a full time schedule.
This is a full time role (40 hrs/week) with 8 hr shifts generally taking place Monday - Friday between 7:30am-5:30pm based in our Hanover, NH office located adjacent to Dartmouth's campus.

About the Role
Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Intake Therapist. The Clinical Intake Therapist will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.

Responsibilities
- Looking to cover the following shifts to meet the schedules and needs of our clients:
- Mornings and Afternoons - Must be available 10:30am - 6:30pm ET or 12:30pm - 8:30pm ET
- Afternoons and Evenings - Must be available 1 - 9pm ET or 3 - 11 pm ET
- Weekends encouraged
- Will consider alternative availability on individual basis
- Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and referral sources
- Present programming information in a thorough and supportive manner to help clients gain access to care
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults with various mental health concerns
- Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria
- Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules while informing staff of new admissions
- Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams in facilitating intake
- Collaborate with referral sources: hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers upon admission
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care
Requirements
- An independent license is preferred, but we’re happy to work with associate-level clinicians who are eager to grow and work toward full licensure.
- Licenses accepted: LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MSW Degree
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $55,000 and $67,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#li-remote

As a trusted advisor, the Senior Account Manager leads proactive client engagement, including Strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), upsell and cross-sell conversations, and roadmap development. This is a revenue-influencing role that blends technical insight into client relationship management, requiring strong communication skills and a foundation in IT services. At every point, from onboarding to ongoing consultations, the Senior Account Manager ensures that the client success team collects, analyzes, and then uses data to ensure that their clients are fully engaged and getting the value they expect.
Your work as a Senior Account Manager will include several components:
- Manage Client Relationships – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients ranging from IT managers to C-suite.
- Confidence in conducting client meetings, reviewing technical data, and leading renewal or upsell conversations.

Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be on the forefront of growing and developing a new category within the cybersecurity industry. Being on the leading edge of this technical frontier provides you a rewarding experience and opportunity. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by connecting with key stakeholders in priority accounts. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to uncover and qualify high-value opportunities within our ICP accounts, and execute multi-touch outreach strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas of activity volume (50+ dials/day), pre-qualified meetings scheduled and held, new opportunities created, and newly generated pipeline and revenue
- Own outbound prospecting into your designated segment ICP accounts in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Prioritize outreach efforts based on intent data (e.g., 6sense 6QA accounts), AE-targeted lists, and tiering models.
- Conduct thorough account research to identify the right personas and tailor personalized 1:1 outreach based on their needs.
- Deliver multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) using persona-specific messaging and established frameworks.
- Qualify all accounts/contacts prior to scheduling an intro meeting with your AE. Validate qualification criteria on the meeting held with your AE.
- Follow up on high-value inbound leads (e.g., demo requests, contact forms) with urgency and qualification discipline.
- Collaborate with AEs and cross-functional teams to drive strategy, share feedback, iterate on messaging, and align on top targets.
- Track activities and outcomes in Salesforce with high attention to detail and organization.
- Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- From time to time, assist in organizing territory events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong desire to move into a closing role.
- 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience preferred, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization over phone and email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking with Director,VP, and C-level contacts.

Your Impact
- Patient Interaction: Engage with patients in a welcoming and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance and information regarding their medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

- Offer guidance on lifestyle modifications, preventive healthcare measures, and follow-up care.
- Address patient questions and concerns to ensure they have a clear understanding of their health status and treatment options.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Support clinical operations and patient care.
- Conduct preliminary evaluations to triage patients and determine the urgency of their medical needs.
- Perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, obtaining medical histories, phlebotomy, and assisting with minor medical procedures.
- Document patient information accurately, maintaining electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Medication Administration (prescription meds – NH & ME only): Administer medications under the supervision and direction of licensed healthcare providers, adhering to state regulations and guidelines for medication administration.
- Ensure accurate medication preparation and administration techniques.
- Understand medication dosages, routes of administration, and potential side effects.
- Collaboration with Clinical Team: Work closely with other members of the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with providers and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates.
- Collaborate with providers on discharge plans and may help with discharge.
- Welcome and support the training of new team clinic team members.
Required Availability
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in consecutive and or non-consecutive days:
- For full-time: Must be able to work three (3) 12-hour shifts a week with at least four (4) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday.
- For part-time: Must be able to work two (2) 12-hour shifts per week with at least two (2) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday.
- For per diem: Must be able to work four (4) 12-hour shifts per month, ideally working one (1) shift each week.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
- If needed, must be able to work at a minimum of three (3) other ConvenientMD locations within a one (1) hour travel distance from your primary clinic.
- Required to travel for training shifts which may occur outside of your primary clinic within a one (1) hour commute.
Who You Are
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Certification or demonstrated prior experience: Medical Assistant certification with at least one (1) year of experience or two (2) years of experience working as a Medical Assistant.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification. We do not accept CPR, ACLS certifications, or online only classes.
- Compassionate, authentic, and patient focused: Supports patients through kindness; demonstrating understanding for others and contributing to the creating a community of belonging.
- Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal): Foreshadows and elevates concerns as they arise, unafraid of professional directness both with colleagues and patients.
