Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.
Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.
Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
Every large advertiser runs the same loop: strategist reviews performance data, decides what to test next, briefs a designer, waits for assets, hands them to a media buyer who builds campaigns across Meta and Google and TikTok, launches, monitors, repeats. The process is slow because creative production, campaign management, and performance analysis happen in three separate systems, and insights travel between them through decks, Slack threads, and weekly syncs.
Companies like Nike, Uber, and PepsiCo spend millions per month on digital ads and employ entire teams just to keep this loop turning. Most teams run 10 to 15 creative tests per month because every test requires manual work across multiple tools and teams. The result: most ad spend runs against stale creative, performance degrades from fatigue, and the gap between "what's working" and "what gets made next" is measured in weeks.
Advertising is uniquely high-leverage for AI agents because nearly every step in the workflow is now automatable, and the steps compound:
Today: A performance marketing team testing new concepts on Meta and TikTok spends 2 to 3 weeks per cycle.
With agents: The marketing lead describes the objective. An agent analyzes recent performance, identifies the highest-value concepts to test, generates on-brand variants across formats, builds campaigns, launches after human approval, monitors results, detects fatigue, and queues replacements. Same team, 5x to 7x the testing volume, because the human bottleneck becomes strategy and judgment, not execution.
Hightouch built the Agentic Marketing Platform: one system where AI agents own entire marketing workflows across lifecycle (email, SMS, push through Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Adobe), advertising (creative production and activation across paid channels), and product experiences (real-time web and mobile experimentation). All three surfaces share the same agent infrastructure, brand and customer context, and warehouse-native data foundation. An insight the ads agent learns about creative performance can inform what the lifecycle agent sends. That shared context across every marketing surface is the product.
Ads is already live, and demand is surging. Enterprise customers are generating ad creative today with agents that analyze performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, produce briefs grounded in competitive research and brand guidelines, and generate ready-to-ship ad concepts. Early adoption has been strong: customers who start using it quickly expand usage across campaigns and teams, and inbound interest from enterprise prospects is accelerating. The foundation works. The opportunity is building it into a platform that captures the full advertising workflow.
What Hightouch has that no competitor can replicate:
You will lead the Agentic Ads Platform. The foundation exists (customers generating ads today), and the opportunity is turning it into the platform that closes the full advertising loop. Four major areas of work:
Day to day, you will:
High-visibility role working directly with founders and executive team.

When you open Spotify, the homepage is different for every user. When you browse Nike's site, products are ranked by what Nike thinks you'll buy. When you log into Chase, offers are tailored to your spending. This is web and mobile personalization: deciding in real time what each customer sees inside your product. It directly moves conversion, retention, and revenue at the point where customers are already engaged.
Almost nobody does it well outside of companies that build it from scratch. A single experiment (testing whether high-spend users convert better seeing a loyalty upsell on the account page) requires an analyst to build the segment, a PM to write targeting rules, a designer to create variants, an engineer to instrument the test, and someone to monitor results. Most teams run 5–10 per quarter and end up with a handful of static rules covering a fraction of their users.
The tools that exist (Optimizely, Adobe Target) handle infrastructure but don't solve the coordination problem. Every experiment, audience, and piece of content still requires manual configuration. They also force companies to duplicate customer data into a proprietary store, adding months of implementation and permanent vendor lock-in.
The shift from "AI assists a step" to "AI owns a workflow" is already happening in software engineering. Personalization is ready for the same shift.
Today: A growth team testing whether high-intent visitors convert better with a comparison page spends 2–4 weeks coordinating across tools and people. They run maybe 8 experiments that quarter.
With agents: The growth lead describes the goal. An agent identifies the audience from existing customer data, generates variants informed by past performance, configures the experiment with holdout groups, launches it, monitors significance, and reallocates traffic. The human reviews before launch. Calendar time: hours. The same team runs 50+ experiments per quarter because the coordination cost drops to nearly zero.
Agents handle the full chain as one workflow: audience, content, experiment, optimization. Instead of a bunch of manual steps, agents rethink this as a continuously improving closed loop.
More than 1,000 enterprises—like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, use Hightouch to run their marketing. Earlier this year we launched the Agentic Marketing Platform with two pillars:
Advertising covers paid media. Lifecycle covers email, SMS, and push. Agentic Personalization is the third pillar: what customers experience inside the website and mobile app. Different buyer (product and growth teams), different workflow (real-time experimentation), different technical surface (browser SDKs and edge delivery). Same agent infrastructure and data foundation.
What no competitor can replicate:
Founding Product Manager for Agentic Personalization: Hightouch's third major pillar and biggest new investment. You define the product, the sequencing, and the go-to-market.
High-visibility role working directly with founders and executive team.
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $320,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.

Embrace feedback and iterate quickly, sharpening work at every round.
Contribute to a culture that celebrates craft, exploration, innovation, and curiosity.
3–6 years of design experience in an agency, in-house creative studio, or consumer brand environment.
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft and conceptual thinking, including work created or shaped with advanced AI tools.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma, 3D tools, and generative pipelines.
Insight into digital, social, and modern content formats—and how AI can accelerate them.
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with high attention to detail.

The mission of The New York Times is to seek the truth and help people understand the world. That means independent journalism is at the heart of all we do as a company. It’s why we have a world-renowned newsroom that sends journalists to report on the ground from nearly 160 countries. It’s why we focus deeply on how our readers will experience our journalism, from print to audio to a world-class digital and app destination. And it’s why our business strategy centers on making journalism so good that it’s worth paying for.
Mission Overview & Responsibilities:
The Games team at the New York Times — the group behind Wordle, Connections, Spelling Bee, the Daily Crossword, and more — is looking for a Senior Product Designer to establish and evolve design foundations and systems across web and app experiences, creating shared reusable interface patterns, and find opportunities for consistency and quality, as well as executing designs of complex features.
In this role you will collaborate with multiple teams and use your skills in UX, interaction, and visual design to explore solutions that work across games and game surfaces, align with brand, and meet standards for accessibility. You'll work closely with our Games Web Platform Product Manager and Engineering partners to understand technical constraints in a legacy codebase, drive convergence on shared components and tokens, and improve the design-to-engineering handoff. You'll articulate design rationale and present your work to stakeholders across different teams and disciplines to ensure the effectiveness of the design system that brings clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
We're looking for someone who obsesses over the details, brings rigor to defining design standards and shared systems, and proactively elevates quality and accessibility across the organization. At The Times, Senior Product Designers are trusted team contributors with deepening expertise in a particular skill set. You'll design and deliver work that helps your team meet its goals. You'll use your craft and product thinking skills to bring clarity, sophistication, and playful experiences to our audience.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.
Responsibilities:
Co-own the platform-focused design systems roadmap with the Games Web & App Platform PM and engineering leads, identifying where foundational work (tokens, components, typography, layout) unlocks future product velocity.
Contribute to and maintain Figma libraries and engineering documentation that map cleanly to our implemented component libraries, ensuring designers and engineers work from the same source of truth.
Audit existing web and app experiences and component libraries to identify opportunities for consolidation, improvement, and systemization.
Define and monitor design system health and adoption, identifying areas where teams may need guidance or additional support.
Champion responsive, system-first design practices across the Games mission.
Provide guidance to designers using the system, including critiques, pairing, and improving documentation so the system remains clear and useful across different games and surfaces.
Develop information architecture for complex user journeys and create functional prototypes of proposed UX solutions.
Anticipate and solve for different entry points, exit points, system states, and user states in proposed interactions.
Produce production-ready design deliverables and partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
Be the standard-bearer for design quality across Games surfaces and system contributions.
Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
You will report to the Executive Director of Product Design for Games.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience working within cross-functional teams.
2+ years experience working directly on design systems or platform/foundations work (components, tokens, patterns, or similar).
A portfolio of work that showcases your thought process along with finished design work.
Experience collaborating with engineers to implement design systems or component libraries.
Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and applying design systems in collaboration with engineering.
Fluent in UX design best practices and usability principles that responsively scale across mobile and web platforms.
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design, especially as it applies to systems work (typography scales, contrast, motion, and semantics).
You're proficient in Figma or equivalent software.
You understand the constraints and opportunities of technologies used to build modern digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading or contributing to a design system that spans both web and native app surfaces.
Experience shaping team design practices (e.g., crits, documentation, templates) to move an organization toward more responsive, system-first work.
Experience collaborating on foundational refactors with platform or infrastructure teams (for example, typography or color system overhauls, or migrations to new component libraries).
Comfort working with engineers and understanding implementation tradeoffs – codified design intent through design tokens, component APIs, and reading through specs.
Experience documenting and delivering UI screens and specifications to engineers.
Interaction design skills that allow you to communicate your intent.
Experience facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Advanced visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, and layout.
Enthusiastic about the big picture and the smallest micro-interactions.
Enthusiasm for puzzle games and the mission of The New York Times.

About Design at Gusto
Design at Gusto is made up of over 80 creative, collaborative people who care deeply about our mission to empower small businesses and their employees. We're a cross-functional group that is always looking for opportunities to build understanding and empathy for the people who use Gusto. We don't care much about swim lanes and though we care deeply about quality and craft, we are never precious about it.
We work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to design, build, and ship experiences that make a real difference. We believe great design can make hard things possible, even delightful.
We are building an AI-native design organization — and we mean that seriously. We're looking for designers who are already working this way: using AI to prototype ideas quickly, shorten customer feedback loops, and ship quality UX directly to customers. This isn't a future aspiration — it's how we work now, and it's changing what the design role looks like at Gusto and across the industry.
About the team
Contractors play a huge role in our economy, and are becoming more prevalent every year. Contract work offers flexibility and independence for workers, and hiring contractors helps small business owners scale quickly and access specialized skills. Our Contractors team helps small and medium business owners (SMBs) hire, manage, and pay domestic and international contractors. We also help contractors manage their client engagements and build their own thriving businesses.
About the role
As a staff product designer, you’ll help bring our contractor products to maturity. You’ll be the IC design leader across this area, driving foundational shifts to our platform and customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to make major experience changes to established, business critical workflows. As part of the cross-functional leadership team, you’ll drive the entire product development process from setting the long-term vision to strategic planning; all the way to launching new features and iterating on existing ones.

Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer (Visual + Systems) to join our Growth team. The Growth team focuses on driving adoption and engagement with Garner and oversees member acquisition, onboarding, and engagement as well as oversees our app architecture and design system. In this role, you’ll develop core experiences such as engaging onboarding flows, a notifications system, and strategize on how to best engage high value users. In addition, you’ll own the Design System at Garner and work across teams to facilitate its use and drive its continual evolution.
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
The target salary range for this position is $239,000 - $270,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Founded in 2020, Coast has become the payments and expense management platform of choice for the 500,000 fleets and 40 million vehicles that keep the country moving — giving fleet owners and operators control, visibility, and trust over how their businesses spend.
Simplicity is our competitive advantage. In an industry where complexity is the norm, we're building something opinionated and focused: software that field workers and fleet managers actually want to use. Every member of our fully co-located team is a builder who cares deeply about bringing modern, well-crafted tools to the trades — an industry that's been underserved for too long. This mindset drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices.
We're looking for a Head of Design to join the team.
In this role, you will lead by making, not managing. Someone who sets direction, establishes standards, and grows a team while staying close to the work. This is a true player-coach role: you'll lead a small but talented design team while also acting as the primary designer on one of our product squads. We don't need a design politician or a gatekeeper. We need someone in builder mode — opinionated, hands-on, and excited to shape what great looks like at Coast from the inside out.
Coast is an in-person company. This role is based out of our New York City office, where our full team works together day to day. We believe great products are built by people who are in the room together — collaborating closely, moving fast, and holding each other to a high bar.
You'll have a high-impact role with real ownership and the opportunity to shape the future of Coast’s products and services
