About Dashlane
Dashlane’s mission is to deliver the credential security every business and employee needs to thrive. Millions of consumers, and over 25,000 brands worldwide, such as Michelin, Air France, and Forrester, trust Dashlane for industry-leading innovations, patented zero-knowledge security, and an unmatched user experience. Founded in Paris, Dashlane has since established offices in New York and Lisbon, and has grown to more than 300 Dashlaners globally.
We're looking for people who actively use AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and impact in their work. At Dashlane, we drive innovation and value learning, strive for excellence in everything we do, and thrive as one team. Learn more about life at Dashlane, including how we work, how we hire, and the benefits of being a Dashlaner.
About the role:
Dashlane is searching for an exceptional Director of Sales to lead our B2B Account Executive team in New York. You will build, inspire, and scale a high-performance sales team while driving significant revenue growth by focusing on primarily selling into Dashlane’s ICP of 1,000+ employee prospect and client accounts. This is not a role that requires managing through process alone; you will instill a culture of rigor, accountability, and continuous learning while fostering the innovation and teamwork that define Dashlane. You will also be integral to ensuring cross functional alignment with marketing, product, customer success, amongst other teams.
Beyond traditional sales leadership, you will pioneer how our sales organization leverages AI to research prospects and clients, compress sales cycles, improve deal quality, and accelerate team development. You will use data and intelligence to make decisions faster, coach smarter, and hire talent that accelerates our growth. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and transformational leadership.
What we're looking for:
Sales team leadership & culture
Build, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, translating company vision into individual excellence and collective momentum.
Hire exceptional talent, identifying people who combine technical acumen with adaptability, ambition with humility, and individual drive with team-first mindset. Use predictive hiring, skills assessments, and rigorous interviewing to raise talent density.
Create a culture of coaching and continuous improvement: model vulnerability, demand rigor in feedback, and celebrate growth as much as wins. Coach reps through call reviews, role plays, and real-time guidance, and participate on client meetings when required.
Guide Account Executives through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISO, CIO, procurement, legal)
Foster a 'learn from failures' environment where reps and the team experiment boldly, iterate quickly, and extract lessons that compound over time.
Hold the team accountable for pipeline build, deal efficacy, and quota attainment while maintaining psychological safety. Drive urgency and execution without burning people out.
Own net new ARR, inclusive of both expansion and new logo growth for your sales organization. Set aggressive but achievable targets, ensure consistent quarter-to-quarter progress, and drive pipeline discipline from day one.
Establish and operationalize a repeatable sales process: define handoffs, qualify rigorously, forecast with confidence, and execute with precision. Use CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Rattle) to create visibility and accountability.
Develop expertise in cybersecurity, identity, and password management landscapes — understand our buyers, competitive positioning, and market dynamics deeply.
Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to align strategy, eliminate friction, and maximize conversion at every stage of the funnel.
Work with Channel Partners to expand go-to-market and unlock new customer acquisition vectors.
Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health across segments
Actively embed AI into your sales operations: use AI to qualify leads faster, identify deal risk signals early, auto-summarize conversations for coaching, and surface patterns that improve win rates.
Challenge your team to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, industry-specific platforms, predictive analytics) to accelerate research, generate personalized outreach, and focus high-touch selling on closing, not admin.
Use data and AI insights to coach smarter: analyze Gong call recordings with AI assistance to identify coaching moments, uncover team strengths/gaps, and accelerate rep development.
Experiment ruthlessly with AI across hiring, forecasting, and customer targeting. Model this innovation mindset for your team and share learnings across the org.
Reduce sales cycle length by 15–25% in year one by embedding AI-informed strategies into prospecting, qualification, and deal acceleration.
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this role is $200,000–$225,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a variable compensation plan tied to performance targets, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $305,000–$340,000.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
Location-Specific Information:
You will be based in New York with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections, while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
What Dashlane offers you:
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Dashlane:
As a truly international company—founded in France and distributed across France, US and Portugal—Dashlane thrives off diverse perspectives. We value all aspects of diversity: gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, ethnic origin, social background, age, lifestyle, and more. We are committed to hiring a diverse community and fostering a culture where everyone is heard and belongs. See more about this here.

The Opportunity
Own the East. Close the biggest deals. Build the team that wins them.
This is not a purely operational role - you’ll be expected to lead from the front and win complex enterprise deals.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll scale one of our most strategic regions, build a high-performing team, and drive complex enterprise opportunities to close.
The Role
Lead and scale our East Coast enterprise business.

This role is for you if
You’re a sales leader who leads from the front and takes ownership of deals
You’ve closed large enterprise deals and can clearly speak to recent wins
You know how to build pipeline from scratch - not just manage what’s there
You hire strong talent beyond your immediate network
You’re comfortable operating in high-growth environments
You can build the team while driving immediate revenue impact
What you’ll own
The number - pipeline, forecast, and revenue
The team - hiring and developing Regional Directors

The motion - building a scalable, high-performing sales engine
What you’ll do
Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
Hire and develop Regional Directors
Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
Step into critical deals and drive them to close
Lead strategic enterprise relationships
Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth
Background
Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
Experience selling into enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
Experience in high-growth environments (building vs. operating at scale)
Background in Identity - preferred
Experience managing managers is a plus, not required - strong first-line leaders ready to step up are highly relevant
What success looks like
You take ownership of the most important deals in the region
Your team consistently builds and converts pipeline
You hire and develop strong leaders
The region consistently delivers predictable, growing revenue
Why Oasis
Category-defining problem
Real enterprise traction
Early enough to build, large enough to matter

This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month.
The ACLU’s Information Security Department works to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the ACLU’s digital systems, data, and communications. We collaborate across departments and affiliates to defend against cybersecurity threats, implement cutting-edge security technologies, and foster a culture of security awareness. Our mission is to ensure that the ACLU can continue its critical work safeguarding rights and liberties, without compromise, in an increasingly complex and hostile digital landscape.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Director, Cyber Security Operations will be responsible to lead and evolve the ACLU's operational security capabilities. This role is responsible not just for running day-to-day security operations, but for building a mature, intelligence-driven detection and response program grounded in adversary tradecraft and real-world attack paths.
You will lead a small, high-impact team and own SOC operations, detection engineering, threat hunting, digital forensics, and incident response. This role is expected to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level — shaping detection strategy, guiding investigations, and ensuring the organization can rapidly detect, respond to, and recover from sophisticated threats.
For over 100 years, the ACLU has worked to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States. Whether it’s ending mass incarceration, achieving full equality for the LGBTQ+ community, establishing new privacy protections for our digital age, or preserving the right to vote or the right to have an abortion, the ACLU takes up the toughest civil liberties cases and issues to defend all people.
We know that great people make a great organization. We value our people and know that what we offer is essential not just their work, but to their overall well-being.
At the ACLU, we offer a broad range of benefits, which include:
Accessibility, equity, diversity and inclusion are core values of the ACLU and central to our work to advance liberty, equality, and justice for all. For us diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion are not just check-the-box activities, but a chance for us to make long-term meaningful change. We are a community committed to learning and growth, humility and grace, transparency and accountability. We believe in a collective responsibility to create a culture of belonging for all people within our organization – one that respects and embraces difference; treats everyone equitably; and empowers our colleagues to do the best work possible. We are as committed to anti-oppression, anti-ableism, and anti-racism internally as we are externally. Because whether we’re in the courts or in the office, we believe ‘We the People’ means all of us.
With this commitment in mind, we strongly encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, citizenship, disability, veteran status and record of arrest or conviction, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience. If you are selected for an interview, please feel welcome to speak to a recruiter about our compensation philosophy and other available benefits. Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a Technical Program Manager for Security, Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD), you will build and lead the programs that govern how Anthropic responsibly discloses software vulnerabilities discovered by our AI-powered tools, including Claude, Patchy, and Claude Code. These tools have already found real zero-days in Firefox, the Linux kernel, and other critical software. The challenge is no longer just finding vulnerabilities; it is managing the consequences of finding them at unprecedented scale and speed.
Traditional coordinated disclosure frameworks were designed for a world where a researcher might find one serious vulnerability every few weeks. AI-powered discovery has changed that equation entirely; Claude can surface hundreds of findings in a single codebase in a single day. This role exists to ensure that every finding reaches the right maintainer, at the right pace, with the right context, and that Anthropic meets its Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP) commitments in the process.
You will own the end-to-end CVD lifecycle: from internal triage and human validation of AI-generated findings, through tiered disclosure timelines, to external coordination with vendors, open-source maintainers, and organizations. This role requires deep collaboration across Security Engineering, Legal, Communications, Product, and Frontier Red Team to ensure Anthropic operates as a responsible steward of the vulnerabilities its tools discover.
Deadline to Apply: None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. We're scaling rapidly and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that demand exceptional talent across disciplines. Our mission is to bring on individuals, from creative producers to technical experts to entrepreneurial leaders, who can help us realize this next chapter of growth.
We are a company of doers. Leaders roll up their sleeves, teams work flat, and everyone contributes to what ships. Titles don't insulate us from feedback or basics. We invite critique, learn quickly, and keep raising the bar. The best ideas win here, no matter where they come from, because clients trust us to deliver the strongest outcomes every time.
Our clients' missions, products, and bottom lines are sacred. We immerse ourselves in their world, becoming stewards of their goals and partners in solving big problems. Every product, strategy, or asset we create must be both beautiful and functional; practical, usable, and designed for real-world impact.
Humans are our most valuable resource, and we only grow by hiring people who push us forward. Across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations, we seek out teammates who raise the bar and make us better. Always hire up, never down.
We partner with organizations of all sizes to explore, design, and implement AI strategies that are secure, scalable, and human-centered. We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it, and we build with that conviction in every engagement. From advisory and tooling to implementation and education, we meet clients where they are and help them integrate AI in ways that align with their mission and values. Our goal is to empower teams to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new possibilities through thoughtful, responsible innovation.
And through it all, we lead with purpose, love, and adventure. We do meaningful work with people we care about, and we make the ride an adventure worth taking. Because at Human Agency, who we are and how we work are one and the same.
This is not a traditional enterprise CISO role where you inherit a legacy infrastructure, manage a large team, and maintain the status quo. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial builder role. You are joining at the frontier of AI security — designing systems that don't yet exist, solving problems the industry is only beginning to name, and treating security not as a cost center but as a strategic and commercial advantage.
We're deploying AI agents at scale across client environments, building our own AI-powered tools, and advising organizations on how to safely integrate autonomous systems into mission-critical workflows. That creates a unique security mandate: you must secure our internal operations, embed security directly into the AI products we build, and help clients deploy agents safely in regulated, high-stakes environments. You are architect, operator, and evangelist all at once.
You'll have the rare opportunity to shape how an entire category of technology gets secured. We're not asking you to retrofit old playbooks onto new problems — we're asking you to write the playbook. If you've been looking for a role where security is core to the product, where you can build things that matter, and where your work influences the broader conversation around AI safety and governance, this is it.
Define and execute our security strategy from the ground up. You'll architect our internal security posture across infrastructure, data, and AI systems, establish governance models for how we deploy agents safely, and ensure we're prepared for compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO, and potentially FedRAMP as we scale into enterprise and government clients.
Build security into AI agent systems as a first-class product feature. You'll design guardrails, monitoring, and policy enforcement for autonomous agents — ensuring they operate within defined boundaries, audit their own actions, and surface anomalies in real time. This isn't theoretical; you'll implement these systems in production environments where they directly impact client outcomes.
Develop and potentially commercialize security products. The security tooling you build internally may become standalone offerings. You'll have the latitude to identify what's missing in the market, prototype solutions, and work with our product and engineering teams to turn internal infrastructure into revenue-generating products.
Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing. You'll build and run red team exercises against our AI systems, model attack vectors that don't yet have names, and develop response frameworks for risks unique to agentic AI — things like prompt injection at scale, model extraction, or adversarial manipulation of agent behavior.
Serve as the public face of AI security for Human Agency. You'll represent us in client conversations, partner discussions, and industry forums. You'll publish, speak, and help shape the broader conversation around AI risk, alignment, and governance. If the industry doesn't yet have consensus on how to secure a given AI capability, you'll be one of the people defining it.
Deploy and operate security infrastructure hands-on. You'll implement zero-trust architectures, secure multi-agent systems, deploy monitoring and detection tools, and build secure data pipelines. This is not a role where you delegate all technical work — you write code, you configure systems, you debug in production when necessary.
Human Agency is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams where everyone can do their best work.

1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that.
But we're going further. Over 70,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens.
We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, GV, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.
