The Role You’ll Play
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially minded community leader to strengthen and grow ClassPass’s partner community across Europe.
Reporting to the Regional Director, this role sits at the intersection of partner community, partner marketing, and regional brand activation, with a focus on increasing partner engagement and sentiment, and improving marketplace health.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy building programs from scratch, collaborating across teams, and turning partner insights into action.
- Build and run partner community programs and events across Europe from concept through post-event reporting
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate event opportunities (conferences, partner-led events, local community moments) where ClassPass should attend, sponsor, or activate
- Create structured partner feedback loops (surveys, roundtables, advisory groups) and translate insights into clear recommendations for Product, Operations, Sales, and Account Management
- Develop partner advocacy by spotlighting high-performing partners through case studies, testimonials, ambassador initiatives, and speaking opportunities
- Support local partner marketing and social amplification by coordinating local social plans and content opportunities that increase partner visibility
- Drive regional brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with clear goals, aligned stakeholders, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with PR to identify strong stories, partners, and moments, and coordinate thought leadership opportunities
- Deliver partner appreciation and recognition moments that strengthen sentiment and deepen relationships
Experience You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, partner marketing, business development, or related roles (ideally within a two-sided platform, tech, lifestyle, or fitness environment)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience planning and executing events, programs, or community initiatives end-to-end, including logistics and outcomes reporting
- Experience building and managing brand partnerships or co-marketing initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and tracking results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging external partners and collaborating cross-functionally
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from a blank slate
- A self-driven, highly organised working style, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the European media and partnership landscape is a plus

In this role, you will be part of the promotions team: the team that is responsible for selecting the best discounts for our customers - week after week 😊. You will be responsible for the entire process of strategically selecting the best promotions, collaborating with our category teams and communicating with our suppliers. As a coordinator in our promotions team you will work closely with category managers, supply chain managers, suppliers and our design team.
- Plan and execute promotions: Collaborate with Category Managers to select products and discounts based on KPIs and market trends, and oversee the entire promotion process from forecasting to app page configuration.
- Ensure product availability: Provide accurate sales forecasts and communicate with suppliers to maintain consistent availability.
- Coordinate technical implementation: Manage the technical setup of promotions in our online store, working closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and optimize promotions: Track ongoing campaigns to ensure availability, identify areas for improvement, and adjust where necessary to avoid waste.

Purpose of the role:
Responsible for support of clients who use Anthos Digital Platform, the day-to-day operations of Anthos Payment Support, support the APS-users and for (preparing) opening and closing accounts for clients at partner banks. The team also fills in the product owner role for both ADP and APS.
Key Responsibilities:
Support clients who use Anthos Digital Platform
- First-line support for clients
- Dispatch of support cases to specialists in the Family office
- Monitor progress of support cases
- Analyse cases, detect possible improvements and implement them where possible.
(Preparing) Opening / closing client accounts at partner banks
- Frequent communication with Client Advisors / Client Advisor Assistants
- Submitting requests to and working with partner banks
- Channelling flow of documents (PoA, customer adherence form, account form document)
- Making modifications and changes in TRAX
- Verifying that data are displayed correctly in databases and on the Anthos Digital Platform

Maintaining operational contact with:
- Colleagues within the country organisations who:
- Are involved in the support of clients who use the ADP.
- Initiate payments and / or approval through FIS and ALOS
- Partner banks
- TheMoneyer
- Development team ADP
- Kyocera/RecSolution (ALOS)
- Co-workers responsible for TRAX and SWIFT
Main point of contact for colleagues in relation to:
- ADP
- Operation of APS
- Use of APS
Controlling and monitoring ADP and day-to-day operations of APS and accounts for clients at partner banks.
- Detect issues in both the payment flow and ADP.
- Solve issues or make sure issues are solved by internal and/or external parties
- Flagging, posting and securing improvements to both ADP and the payment process (by automation, improving processes etc)
- Participating in projects that might affect ADP and/or APS
Key Requirements:
Practical/Technical knowledge:
- Less important for the junior-role but an advantage if relevant knowledge and experience (as mentioned below) is available.
- At least 3 (medior-role) or 7 (senior-role) years’ experience in financial transactions
- Experience in a digital service organisation
- Experience with applications associated with APS (ALOS, TRAX, TheMoneyer, SWIFT) is a plus
- Experience in one of the following disciplines: marketing, IT, customer/client service, client relationship management or market research
- Experience of working in an international organisation
- Affinity with a process-based approach
- Experience with LEAN is a plus
- Experience with AGILE is a plus

- For senior-role: Is able to act and communicate at all levels in the organisation – from employees to family and board members
Freedom to act:
This role is filled by an independent self-starter, not adverse to taking ownership and accountability, but also knowing when it is critical to engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of approach. This role will work with key stakeholders, such as the Head of ADP/APS and other specialists.
Scope:
Accountable for the successful day-to day operation of ADP and APS, focused on the services described in the key result areas.

- Direct impact: Satisfaction of Head of ADP/APS
- Indirect impact: Anthos Family Office department.
