We’re looking for an RCM Accounts Receivable Analyst to help resolve unpaid insurance balances, analyze account discrepancies, and maintain accurate ledgers. This role focuses on ensuring timely collections, preventing revenue leakage, and supporting process improvements through strong attention to detail and collaboration with internal teams.
This is a hybrid role working on-site in Nashville a few days per month

The RCM Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating revenue cycle strategy into day-to-day execution by owning the operational performance of eligibility, billing, payment posting, insurance and patient AR, and credits and balancing. The VP, Accounting Policy serves as the firm-wide subject matter expert on technical accounting policy for complex reinsurance transactions, with accountability across U.S. GAAP, U.S. Statutory, and Bermuda statutory reporting frameworks. This role partners closely with actuarial, tax, legal, investments, and financial reporting teams to evaluate, structure, and account for new transactions, ensuring accounting outcomes are technically sound, well-documented, and defensible.

The Sr. Actuarial Analyst, ADP will be a member of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team for their first rotation. They will assist the Fortitude Re Actuarial team in performing Valuation, Financial Reporting, Modeling, Experience Studies, Assumptions, Capital Management, Inforce Management and/or Pricing activities. The VP, Accounting Policy serves as the firm-wide subject matter expert on technical accounting policy for complex reinsurance transactions, with accountability across U.S. GAAP, U.S. Statutory, and Bermuda statutory reporting frameworks. This role partners closely with actuarial, tax, legal, investments, and financial reporting teams to evaluate, structure, and account for new transactions, ensuring accounting outcomes are technically sound, well-documented, and defensible.
The role requires deep expertise in insurance and reinsurance accounting (ASC 944), understanding of how investment portfolios support insurance liabilities, and the ability to exercise professional judgment on complex and evolving issues. Location: Nashville, TN
Overview: The Tax Director is responsible for leading the company’s tax strategy, compliance, and reporting across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. This role oversees direct and indirect tax matters, ensures compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and supports the company’s growth through effective tax planning related to project development, financing, and operations. The Tax Director works closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Project Finance, Business Development and external advisors to manage tax risk and optimize tax outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
Tax Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute tax strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth initiatives
· Provide tax leadership and planning support for renewable energy projects, including structuring related to tax equity, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
· Own the federal cash forecast and report to leadership on forecast to actuals

Physical Requirements:
Compensation Range: $18 to $20 hourly. The base compensation range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
