Position Overview:
We're looking for a Manager of SEO & GEO who is equally comfortable building a SEO strategy in a Google Doc and shipping a structured data fix in collaboration with an engineer. You will own Care.com's organic search presence end-to-end — from identifying opportunities to seeing them through to production, and be a key voice in how AI-driven search and answer engines shape our future growth.
This is not a strategy-only role. We expect you to be hands-on keyboard, deeply analytical, and execution-focused.
What You’ll Do:
- Organic Growth: Build and execute the SEO roadmap across technical, content, and off-page. Own the numbers: traffic, rankings, conversions. No handoffs, no excuses.
- AI-Optimized Search (AIO): Define and drive Care.com's strategy for visibility in AI-generated results — Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and whatever comes next. Optimize entity coverage, content structure, and schema to ensure we're the answer, not just a result.
- Technical SEO: Run audits, triage issues, and ship fixes. Partner with engineering from requirements through QA — you write the tickets, you join the sprints, you own the outcome. SEO is built into the product lifecycle, not bolted on afterward.
- Content & On-Page: Own the full cycle from keyword brief to published page. Build scalable frameworks for programmatic SEO across Care.com's care categories. Every page should earn its index.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Be the SEO authority for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data. Align with Paid on SERP strategy. Build dashboards that make organic performance impossible to ignore.
Who You Are:
Experience
- 4+ years of SEO experience
- Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and revenue growth at scale
- Direct experience working within or alongside engineering/product teams in an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience with AI search optimization (AIO, LLM-based search, featured snippets, entity optimization)
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, or similar
- Comfortable reading and writing HTML, CSS basics, and structured data (JSON-LD/Schema.org)
- Experience with log file analysis, JavaScript SEO challenges, and large-scale site architecture
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Soft Skills & Mindset
- A bias for action — you move fast, test, learn, and iterate
- Strong communicator who can translate complex SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders and write airtight engineering tickets

What Your Days Will Be Like
This Senior Financial Analyst role sits within the FP&A team and serves as a key finance partner for revenue planning and business performance across Care.com’s business lines. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for revenue-driving functions and will work directly with business leaders to turn financial data into clear, strategic decisions.

- Lead the development and maintenance of revenue models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across Care.com’s business lines

Position Overview
The Care Specialist Team delivers an exceptional member experience by providing guidance and resources for both everyday challenges and major life decisions. This role is responsible for handling all member interactions — including phone, web, email, and chat — by conducting thorough needs assessments, offering educational support, and connecting members to relevant benefits.
Following a comprehensive training program, the Care Specialist will provide expert assistance across a variety of topics, including but not limited to:
- Emotional Wellness: Financial hardship support
- Home Care: Moving and relocation, home repairs, travel assistance
- Legal & Financial: Family law, document preparation, debt/credit support, civil and criminal matters
Care Specialists are responsible for documenting member needs, collaborating with our Research Team and third-party partners, and ensuring members receive high-quality referrals. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls with a positive, professional, and empathetic approach
- Conduct active listening and needs assessments to determine the appropriate support and resources
- Support members across email, web, and chat during call downtimes
- Verify member eligibility and record requests in our CRM system
- Educate members about their individual benefit plans and available services
- Collaborate with the Research Team to ensure members are connected with appropriate resources
- Maintain performance standards including service level agreements, call metrics, and response times

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Lead - Creator in Residence to be the creative voice and on-camera face of our brand across social. This is not a traditional production role. You will own the full lifecycle of social video—from concept to camera to final edit—while building a recognizable, high-performing on-screen presence for the Care.com brand. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the one of the primary on-camera creators for our brand
- Concept bold, platform-native social video ideas
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit in Premiere and/or CapCut
- Rapidly test and iterate creative based on performance data
- Translate business priorities into compelling social storytelling
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments
- Help shape the evolving voice and personality of the brand on social
What Success Looks Like:
- A distinct, recognizable creator presence tied to the brand
- Consistent production of high-performing, social-native video

Who You Are:
- 4+ years creating high-performing social video content
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere and CapCut
- Deep fluency in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Proven ability to concept ideas that feel native, not forced
- Strong on-camera presence—confident, relatable, engaging
- Sharp instincts for hooks, pacing, and retention

About the Role
We’re seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What Your Days Will Be Like
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Partner closely with the People Coordination team to execute and improve core People programs (onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and compliance processes)
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HRIS (Workday) updates, and process administration
- Assist with employee relations matters, ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, and compliant approach
- Partner with and support new and developing managers on performance management best practices, including coaching, feedback, and navigating employee issues
- Provide HR support to a non-exempt employee population, ensuring consistent application of policies, timekeeping, and compliance with wage & hour regulations
- Help streamline and scale HR processes, documentation, and workflows for efficiency and consistency
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve day-to-day workflows, reporting, employee communications, and process efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance People programs through data insights and emerging technologies
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee questions related to policies, payroll, and programs
- Provide occasional support to Talent Acquisition (e.g., interview coordination or candidate experience), as needed
- Contribute to building a positive and high-performing culture
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3-5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong foundation in HR operations and employee support, with experience partnering with People/HR coordination or operations teams
- Experience supporting frontline or non-exempt populations and advising managers on performance management and employee relations
- Working knowledge of wage & hour compliance and best practices for managing non-exempt employees
- Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, HR tech with AI capabilities) to improve productivity and workflows
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt new technologies to optimize HR processes and employee experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience
- 8+ years of deep experience designing and building high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems, with significant expertise in Java, Golang, or comparable backend technologies.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline
- Experience with Microservices architecture is required.
- AWS experience is required, including knowledge of serverless technologies (Lambdas, DynamoDB, EventBridge) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Istio).
- Experience leading a team (team/tech lead) and acting as a design authority or system architect for large-scale production projects.
- Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team

Role Overview
The Senior Risk Mitigation Vetting Specialist serves as an advanced subject matter expert within the Risk Mitigation team, responsible for overseeing complex vetting workflows, third-party data integrity, system audits, and regulatory monitoring across the network.
While the role includes hands-on operational responsibilities, it is fundamentally strategic in nature, continuously evaluating vetting processes, identifying systemic gaps, and developing more efficient and effective workflows. This role partners cross-functionally to improve vetting systems, influence operational enhancements, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high-risk vetting reviews, applying advanced risk-based judgment
- Apply final risk determinations for complex cases in alignment with established eligibility frameworks
- Oversee third-party license verification systems, including QA audits and discrepancy resolution
- Identify systemic data integrity issues and drive cross-functional solutions with Product and vendors
- Evaluate and optimize AI-enabled tools and automated workflows strengthen risk detection and data accuracy
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to enhance AI-driven risk and moderation tools

What Your Days Will be Like:
As a Caregiver within our CareBenefits team, you will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area! You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under your care. Our team will automatically place you in jobs based on your experience, location, and availability!
- Conduct Intro Calls with each family you're booked with
- Care for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day
- Abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents
- Perform household duties relating to the care you provide; i.e. cleaning up after meals, doing dishes, and cleaning up after activities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Monday through Friday availability required (6am-8pm each day)
- Minimum of 2 years of in-home childcare experience, including infant experience
- Minimum of 3 professional childcare references, including infant experience
- Reliable transportation to travel up to 25 miles to reach families’ homes
- Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid Required prior to start date (will provide reimbursement for certification)
- Familiarity and ability to use app-based products and electronic devices
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at one time
- Exposure to sick children
Compensation Range: $19 to $21 hourly. The base compensation range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
