Who you are

What you'll do

• Drive execution of quarterly and annual operations planning cycles, translating company objectives into operational targets, milestones, and resource plans across field operations
• Build and maintain a suite of real-time dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that gives leadership an accurate, up-to-the-moment view of operational health across all markets

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology or marketplace company
• Deep analytical fluency — highly proficient in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting infrastructure in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting frameworks that inform real, high-stakes business decisions

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling & Analytics
  • Develop a deep understanding of the key operational and financial flows across our business — spanning fleet management, rental operations, vehicle remarketing, and our expansion into autonomous vehicles — to build and maintain complex financial models that forecast P&L impacts with accuracy.
  • Analyze performance trends across business lines, identifying patterns and drivers that inform strategic decisions around cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor industry conditions, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to proactively surface risks and opportunities; translate external insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Produce and present regular performance reporting with clear attribution of forecast to actual variances, emerging trends, and areas of opportunity to improve margins and reduce cost.
• Business Operations & Process Ownership
  • Own and optimize core business processes across fleet operations, vendor management, and financial operations

Built is looking for a Marketplace Operations Senior Associate to help scale the operational backbone of our inspection and services marketplace. If you're someone who gets energized by bringing order to complexity, building processes from scratch, interacting directly with customers, and using data to drive decisions, this is a rare opportunity to own something that matters.

Built's Marketplace connects lenders with a network of inspection and diligence vendors, and it's the largest single growth driver in the company. The team that runs it handles everything from vendor onboarding and supply management to order operations and billing. The processes that exist today were built for a smaller business. Your job is to run them, document them, and replace them with something that scales.

Built’s salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year. Flexdrive is at the forefront of the autonomous vehicle (AV) revolution. As the Manager, AV Technical Operations, you will be the program leader responsible for establishing and scaling our internal AV technical service operations..

In this highly visible role, you will lead the design, launch, and ongoing performance of our internal AV service and maintenance operation. The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.

• Candidates located in higher-cost labor markets, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in all other U.S. locations represent the low to middle end of the range.
• Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for a 15% target annual bonus, resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges:

• Base Salary: $135,000-145,000
• TTC: $155,250-166,750

What You'll Do

The primary location for this role is remote in mid-Tennessee but will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the greater state of Tennessee. Expected schedule requirements are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT with some weekends for conferences and/or events. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required. 

As a Provider Engagement Specialist III (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children. As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations. You will serve as an ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in your territory with the goal of enrolling eligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model. In addition, you will:  

• Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within your assigned territory or specific market and/or focus on a specialized population.
• Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions.

The Opportunity

This is Minno's first embedded analytics hire - and one of the most consequential roles we're making as we scale toward becoming the category-defining platform for Christian kids and families.

You will build the analytical backbone of the entire company from the ground up. Why Content Analytics and Children's Data Privacy Matter Here

Minno operates at the intersection of three hard problems: content, kids, and subscriptions.

We produce and distribute original children's programming across our own streaming platform, YouTube (1.1M+ subscribers), and third-party distribution partners. Understanding which content drives engagement, retention, and long-term subscriber value - not just which content is most expensive to produce - is the central analytical challenge of this business.

Content analytics is the hardest of our three analytical verticals to hire for. Marketing attribution and product analytics are learnable. Content analytics requires intuition built from experience - knowing how to evaluate the value of a piece of content, how to model the relationship between content investment and subscriber behavior, and how to advise a creative team with data they actually trust.

Because our audience is children, every analytical system you build must be designed within the constraints of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and its global equivalents. This isn't a checkbox compliance exercise. It shapes what data you can collect, how you can model behavior, how you work with third-party platforms, and how you architect everything from your data warehouse to your reporting layer. Data Strategy and Governance

• Intimately familiar with data technologies, data architecture frameworks, cloud platforms and the emerging trends in technological advancements.
• Proven experience in transforming our clients from on-prem data platforms to the cloud.
• Lead data modernization initiatives that include platform, technology and tools implementation and adoption.
• Must have experience in architecting and implementing data architecture, data engineering, reporting and analytical solutions across multiple business functions and domains.
• Conduct data management maturity assessments and identify pain points for including data quality, governance, architecture, analytics, metadata management, master data management.
• Demonstrate a rigorous and analytical problem-solving approach, leading information-gathering sessions and preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes.
• Identify data governance gaps and assess data governance maturity in a complex data environment. Should also be able to Identify the implications for data governance that arise from the technology, current processes, and skill levels in a complex data environment.

Data Architecture and Engineering

• Extensive experience or knowledge of cloud-based data platform technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Computing.
• Experience designing and building data platforms that support data lakes, data stores, data ingestion and transformations and API services for consuming data
• Ability to design and build complex data pipelines that either stream data in
• Experience and knowledge of programming and scripting languages, such as but not limited to Python, Node.JS and SQL
• Experience and knowledge of data integration tools and platforms
• Experience and knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice used in data warehousing and analytics solutions
• Ability to design and build data models using the appropriate technics to meet business objectives
• In depth knowledge of modern data technologies including Snowflake, RedShift, Azure SQL/Synaspe, Databricks or similar technologies.

Advanced Analytics and Data Visualizations

• Extensive experience or knowledge of data visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and Spotfire
• Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence and machine learning software and methods
• Experience and knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as, but not limited to, SQL, Python and R
• Experience with data modeling, data prep and machine learning tools like Alteryx, RapidMinder, RStudio and Tableau Prep
• Experience and knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice used in data warehousing and analytics solutions
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting solutions while leveraging data visualization best practices
