As the AI GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing, you’ll build and scale the technical foundation behind MaintainX’s acquisition engine. Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing & Strategy, this is a hands-on, embedded role within the Growth Marketing team, where you will partner directly with marketers to design, build, and launch campaigns powered by automation and AI. You won’t operate as a separate engineering function, you’ll work side-by-side with Customer Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & GEO, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing teams to turn campaign ideas into scalable systems and live experiments. This role is critical to building an AI-native, system-driven marketing engine at MaintainX, enabling us to scale acquisition through automation, personalization, and experimentation.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Marketing to Build & Launch Campaigns
- Work directly with Growth marketers to ideate, design, and launch acquisition campaigns
- Translate campaign ideas into scalable systems, automations, and experiments
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new growth plays (landing pages, outbound, paid, lifecycle)
- Build Systems That Power Campaign Execution
- Develop tooling for programmatic landing pages, ad creative generation, and email workflows
- Enable marketers to launch campaigns faster through reusable systems and automation
- Balance speed (quick tests) with scalability (systems that can be reused)
- Embed AI into Marketing Workflows
- Partner with marketers to identify high-leverage use cases for AI in campaigns
- Build and deploy AI-driven systems for:
- Creative generation and testing
- Personalization across channels
- Outbound messaging and sequencing
- Turn one-off experiments into repeatable campaign infrastructure
- Own Experimentation with Marketing
- Co-design and implement experiments across paid, SEO, lifecycle, and web
- Build tooling to track performance, attribution, and testing outcomes
- Enable faster, data-driven iteration across campaigns
Audience, Segmentation & Personalization
- Partner with marketers to define target audiences and ICP segments
- Build systems to dynamically segment, enrich, and activate audiences across channels
- Enable real-time personalization across the funnel
- Marketing Data & Performance
- Ensure clean data flows from marketing channels into CRM and analytics systems
- Build dashboards and reporting layers for campaign performance and funnel metrics

What you’ll bring:
Technical Skills
- Strong programming ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

About you:
- 5+ years in growth engineering, marketing engineering, or technical growth roles, with experience building systems that support marketing and acquisition.
- Strong ability to partner with marketers to design and launch campaigns, and translate those into scalable systems and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript), with experience building scripts, workflows, or internal tools.
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and integrating marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment).
- Experience applying AI/LLMs to automate or scale marketing workflows (e.g., content generation, personalization, outbound).
- Solid understanding of paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation frameworks.

The Developer Productivity team supports the software development ecosystem used by thousands of engineers to develop and maintain MongoDB Server and developer tools in a complex matrix of multi-platform self-hosted products and multi-cloud hosted environments. Our tools and services, as well as our domain expertise, ensure that MongoDB developers can ship high quality products quickly, confidently, and securely.
As a senior staff engineer you’ll be responsible for helping shape the future of our developer ecosystem and ensure we take advantage of the rapidly-evolving engineering landscape. You will partner with engineering leadership across the company to identify system-wide opportunities to accelerate developer velocity and efficiency, enhancing smart data collection and integrating analytics assistants that produce actionable insights every step of the way.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the developer productivity domain in large engineering environments, including building, and operationalizing complex, reliable systems
- Strong experience supporting one or more of C++, Java, Go, Python, Rust, Node, Typescript
- Strong understanding of DevOps culture and tooling
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, common deployment models and infrastructure, and various techniques used to safely roll changes into production environments
- Hands-on experience implementing metrics and observability tools and best practices, as well as data processing pipeline technologies such as Iceberg, Trino, Kafka
- Proven track record of driving technical execution and vision for organizations with 50+ team members
- Skilled in advocating for and representing the needs of a 1000+ customer base to internal platform teams
Responsibilities
- Drive strong operational excellence standards for internal software development tools and services, helping define golden paths that optimize the efficiency and velocity of our engineering organization
- Design software development systems to ensure best practices and champion industry standards
- Advise Engineering partners on technical implications of systems design with regards to complexity, testability, and maintainability
- Lead development and project management of some of the largest projects within MongoDB to improve developer productivity and software quality, particularly around data-driven insights and optimizations
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the Developer Productivity organization, promoting best practices and fostering team growth
Bonus points if the candidate has experience with:
- Strong systems fundamentals, including testing and monitoring multi-threaded systems
- Performance profiling of complex systems
- Leveraging best of breed AI tools & technologies in the developer productivity domain along with the necessary telemetry and analytics to measure effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment

Success Measures
- In the first month, you will have understood the high level architecture of at least one of the systems within the MongoDB developer ecosystem and fixed a few bugs

- In six months, you will have taken on code and design review responsibilities for key systems within the software development ecosystem

MongoDB’s Storage Layer Services (SLS) team is re-architecting the MongoDB cloud storage layer and sits at the heart of our next-generation cloud storage architecture. This relatively new team is building performant, multi-tenant distributed storage services that both enhance today’s Atlas storage stack and enable more customer workloads to run more efficiently.
You will partner with the teams building these storage services to define SLOs, shape capacity plans, and ensure the reliability, durability, and operational safety of the storage layer that underpins Atlas. You’ll join a small, senior team of SREs as founding members of this organization, playing a crucial role in executing on a multi-year roadmap for MongoDB’s cloud storage architecture.
This role can be based out of our Toronto or Montreal office or remotely in the Canada while physically based in an Eastern or Central time zone location.
The ideal candidate should
- Have 6+ years of experience working on software development and operating distributed systems
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language
- Have operated or supported stateful storage or database systems at scale, and are comfortable with durability, consistency, and recovery trade-offs.
- Possess a customer-focused mindset
- Value efficiency in processes and operations
- Prefer automation over manual processes. We are a small team of software engineers with a strong bias towards software solutions to avoid toil
- Experience using and extending containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, to enhance application agility, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate time-to-market
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure
- Understanding of Linux operating system internals and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, routing)
Responsibilities
- Work on our multi-tenant distributed storage systems, balancing long-term strategic infrastructure goals with immediate engineering needs
- Build for reliability, making services and infrastructure available, resilient, fault-tolerant, and self-healing
- Identify and configure key metrics to detect incidents and quantify service health, availability, and performance
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve issues involving the storage infrastructure
- Become an expert in infrastructure performance, helping us optimize from the application level all the way to the kernel
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
- Leading major architectural shifts, such as moving from legacy storage stacks to new multi-tenant storage architectures, including planning and executing large-scale data and workload migrations with tight availability and durability requirements

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
- Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
- Drive accessibility efforts: integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or other relevant Windows accessibility frameworks), ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and usability for users with disabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.
- Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance. Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems — and propose robust architectural or design solutions.
Required:
- 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.

Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
- Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
- Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
- Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.
- Mentor engineers across the team, share patterns broadly, and decompose ambiguous problems into the highest-value path forward.
What we're looking for
- Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
- Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
- Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
- Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
- Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
You might also have
- Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.
- Front-end experience with TypeScript and contributions to dashboard-style surfaces. Backend is the primary lens for this role; front-end capability is a welcome bonus, not a daily expectation.
- Production experience with Kotlin, or C# exposure on the engine side.
- Gaming background — context for how developers consume diagnostics, what game performance and profiling actually mean to them.
- Habits around handling user data responsibly: thinking about trust boundaries, retention, hygienic logging (no PII, no tokens, no full payloads), and threat-modeling features before writing them.

The Role
We are supporting a capital markets client through a critical hardware refresh and modernization initiative. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end infrastructure transformation—from discovery and benchmarking through to deployment and validation. The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the constraint-solving engine behind our Scheduling Agent, one of the most strategic bets on our Planning & Scheduling roadmap. The engine is a Python service built on CP-SAT that takes work orders, technicians, and a mix of hard and soft constraints, and produces a feasible weekly schedule that enterprise maintenance teams can trust. Your focus will be evolving the solver to handle increasingly complex, real-world scheduling scenarios and exposing it as tools for GenAI agent workflows.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll have the space to shape the modeling approach, partner closely with product and design on what scheduler users actually need, and ship iteratively against feedback from real enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the Python optimization service that powers the Scheduling Agent, modeling, solving, and iterating on the constraint formulation as new use cases emerge.
- Design and implement increasingly sophisticated scheduling capabilities: trade and crew constraints, irregular capacity patterns, production downtime windows, multi-site considerations, and reactive re-scheduling.
- Build and maintain API routes and tools that expose the solver to GenAI agent workflows (tool calling, structured input/output).
- Partner with PM and design to translate messy real-world scheduling problems into solver constraints, and push back when "optimal" isn't what users actually want.
- Iterate the solver with real users via design partnerships and pilot deployments. Take feedback from human schedulers seriously and reflect it back into the model.
- Contribute to the surrounding Python service: performance, observability, testing, and reliability of the optimization runtime.
- Help shape how scheduling intelligence integrates with the broader MaintainX product over time, including learning from execution data to improve solver inputs.
About you
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time spent on optimization, constraint programming, or operations research problems shipped to real users.
- Strong fluency with CP-SAT and at least one other optimization paradigm (MILP via Gurobi/CPLEX/HiGHS, metaheuristics, or similar). You've hit the limits of one approach and made informed choices about when to use which.
- Solid Python service engineering: APIs, async, testing, profiling, observability. You can own a production service end-to-end.
- Academic grounding in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, at minimum a strong undergraduate foundation; advanced degrees are common in this space but not required.
- Track record of iterating optimization systems with real users, you've felt what happens when a human rejects the "optimal" answer and you've redesigned the model in response.
- Product mindset and delivery orientation, you ship, you measure, you iterate. You think about the user outcome, not just the objective function.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can co-design the constraint data model with the team rather than waiting for a clean spec.
- Familiarity with GenAI tooling (LLM tool calling, structured output, prompt design for constrained generation) is expected.

The Autonomous Driving Kit Component Enablement & Calibration (ADkit CE&E) team plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of perception systems across our autonomous vehicle platform.
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about thriving in a hands-on environment and ready to grow with the team and leading our way toward productization.
We develop, research and design scalable solutions to calibrate and configure the ADKit components to their peak operational possible state. We work with multi-modal sensors systems including cameras, Lidars, radars and IMU on real vehicles and Hardware-in-the-Loop systems to develop our best-in-class sensors spatial orientation. Our contribution directly supports the safety, performance, and robustness of autonomous driving capabilities.
We design adaptability into our software to support the wide range of ADkit sensor configuration needed to keep our truck generation operation on the path to productization. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer on AdKit CE&C, you will be directly involved in bringing our software solution toward its long-term implementation. To successfully accomplish this, you would need to:
- Own the design and architecture for a scalable sensor calibration pipeline in C++, leveraging available libraries (OpenCV, linear algebra libraries) for real-time and offline calibration.
- Deep expertise in linear algebra to lead the design and implementation of spatial computational system for multi-modals sensor platforms. Apply advanced mathematical rigor using Lie groups, quaternions, and 3D transformations to ensure accurate spatial calibration.
- Lead the development of specialized dedicated libraries allowing sensor-to-sensor extrinsic calibration (lidar-camera, imu-lidar, etc.) using multi-sensor targetless detections during robotics missions.
- Experience with camera intrinsic and extrinsic calibration.
- Drive the design and maintenance of simulation tools and data pipelines for sensor modeling, calibration validation, and large-scale regression testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with perception, simulation, and platform teams to define calibration requirements, set best practices, and ensure robustness across hardware configurations and software releases.

The opportunity
We're looking for a talented Production Reliability Engineer to join our PRE Build and Deploy team based in Montreal, Canada. The ideal candidate understands the different requirements that are brought upon by continuous deployment and high-availability. In this position you work directly with development teams and partner organizations, owning and evolving the CI/CD platform that enables Unity's engineering organization to ship with confidence. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer on AdKit CE&C, you will be directly involved in bringing our software solution toward its long-term implementation. To successfully accomplish this, you would need to:

This role blends solution architecture, pre‑sales support, and delivery execution, focused on designing and implementing modern data and AI platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.

As a Machine Learning Engineer II – Scene Model, you will help develop and deploy machine learning models that enable autonomous trucks to understand their surrounding environment. Our team focuses on building multi-modal perception systems in bird’s-eye-view (BEV) that fuse information from LiDAR, cameras, radar, and map inputs to produce a unified representation of the scene.
Working closely with teams across perception, prediction, planning, and platform infrastructure, you will contribute to models that detect objects, understand road structure, and generate spatial temporal representations used by downstream autonomy systems.
This role focuses on developing and improving deep learning models, training pipelines, and data workflows that power scene understanding within the autonomy stack.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and train machine learning models for scene understanding, including tasks such as object detection, road and lane prediction, semantic voxel grid classification, occupancy prediction, and map understanding in bird’s-eye-view (BEV) space.
- Implement production-quality ML code to support model training, evaluation, and inference within the perception stack.

About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Software Development to join our EVV (Electronic Visit Verification), VV (Visit Verification) as well as IVR (Telephony) team; he group ensures we can reliably prove care was delivered, enabling our customers to receive payment. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will lead a cross‑functional team of engineers; how visits are captured and verified (mobile, web, IVR), how verified visits are transformed into compliant EVV data for states and payers and the reliability and performance of these flows at scale.
You’ll be accountable for team health, technical direction, and delivery: keeping critical customer workflows stable while evolving the architecture toward more scalable, event‑driven systems.
What You’ll Do
People & Coaching
- Coach, and develop a team of backend and full‑stack engineers working on EVV, Visit Verification, and IVR.
- Participate in the recruiting process to grow the team.

- Exercer un jugement technique solide pour équilibrer justesse, performance et échéanciers de livraison.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les développeur(se)s Android, les équipes backend, les gestionnaires de produit et l’assurance qualité afin d’assurer un comportement cohérent du SDK et des intégrations sécuritaires.

Ce que nous recherchons
- Posséder plus de 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement iOS.
- Démontrer une forte maîtrise de Swift.
- Expérience en développement de SDK iOS.
- Avoir de l’expérience avec des SDK publicitaires, des plateformes de monétisation ou d’autres systèmes mobiles sensibles à la performance.
- Connaître l’alignement de SDK multiplateformes et les contrats partagés entre iOS et Android.
- Avoir de l’expérience avec l’observabilité, le diagnostic et les processus de build and release d’un SDK.

What we're looking for

Senior AI Data Engineer– Agentic Healthcare Platform

The Role
This is a full-ownership data engineering role at the center of Medeloop's AI platform. You won't be maintaining pipelines someone else built, you'll be architecting the data backbone that powers AI agents doing real operations at scale. You'll work directly with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to turn raw, complex healthcare data into the clean, structured, semantically-rich foundation our AI scientists depend on. Your work shows up in customer products and research outcomes, not internal dashboards that no one reads.Candidates who currently perform these tasks exclusively through manual processes are unlikely to be suitable for this role. We require an individual who has already adopted and integrated AI techniques to enhance operational velocity, rather than one who is contemplating future experimentation.If you want to build something that genuinely changes how medical research gets done, this is the role.
What You'll Own
- The healthcare data lake: curating, extending, and evolving it through new concepts, derived variables, and data models that directly inform our AI engines and customer products
- AI-native data workflows: designing and operating AI-powered pipelines (using tools like Claude Code and agent frameworks) to automate harmonization, cleaning, quality checks, and summarization at scale
- NLP and semantic infrastructure: building pipelines for entity extraction, concept normalization, embedding-based retrieval, and semantic search that power the AI Scientist platform
- Novel data extraction approaches: experimenting with and building new methodologies for working with unstructured clinical data, not just applying existing playbooks
- Research-grade data products: delivering analytical samples, cohorts, and final datasets that withstand scientific scrutiny and are actively used by researchers and customers
- Data governance and observability protocols: including access controls, PHI/PII handling, data classification, compliance, monitoring, alerting, data freshness, and comprehensive documentation to enable self-service capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant data engineering or data management within an analytics-driven organization, with end-to-end ownership from raw ingestion to final data product
- Deep hands-on experience with healthcare CDMs (OMOP, FHIR, PCORnet) — designing or extending them, not just querying
- Knowledge of medical ontologies: UMLS, SNOMED CT, RxNorm
- Experience with big data, data pipelines and tooling that support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector integrations, embedding workflows, and other AI/ML workloads. Experience in big data tooling such as Spark, Iceberg, EMR
- Fluent in Python and SQL; comfortable across structured and unstructured data
- Proven NLP experience: semantic search, entity recognition, concept normalization, embedding pipelines
- Strong grasp of inferential statistics and cohort methodology to be a real partner to data scientists and customers (as part of onboarding)
- Experience contributing to an AI/ML product, especially in automated research or scientific discovery
- Experience mentoring other engineers and providing technical leadership
