ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Manager, Procurement owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. As the Procurement lead, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of buyers through the use of key metrics to quantitatively evaluate supplier performance. Successful execution of this role will ensure procured material supports the rapid needs of both engineering development programs & production planning requirements in alignment with strategic sourcing initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching and mentorship to develop the skills and expertise of team members.
• Drive organizational consistency and expectations through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support engineering & manufacturing requirements and program timelines for development & production products.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects.
• Negotiate commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements (MSAs).
• Analyze supplier data and identify areas of opportunity for expanding and/or consolidating the ASL.
• Place purchase orders, manage suppliers, and resolve downstream issues with receiving, finance, and accounting.
• Maintain procurement-related master data in the ERP system and support required annual audits.
• Own procurement process cradle-to-grave.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related disciplines required.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles.
• Experience with technical procurement.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with leading ERP systems

As a Provider Success Manager, you will:

• Support Provider Recruitment Activities as Product SME: Partner with CA GTM team to execute a provider onboarding and training best practices, with a focus on devising strong in-office workflows and working closely with practices (including clinical + non-clinical staff) to drive effective adoption of the platform.
• Optimize Provider Success & Retention: Implement and oversee a structured engagement plan to ensure providers maximize their use of our platform, achieve measurable success in value-based care, and remain long-term partners.
• Lead Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze provider performance metrics and proactively identify and review trends, opportunities, and risks with partner practices. Drive interventions to improve provider outcomes and increase platform utilization.
• Influence and drive adoption of best practices: Implement CA best practice in various types of PCP practices
• Cross-Functional Player: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations, to refine Counterpart Health’s offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.

You should get in touch if:

• You have a Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to drive operational change, and to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards that help primary care physicians achieve improved clinical and financial outcomes.
• You have Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows and proven success Implementing, improving or changing clinical process workflow
• You have knowledge of EHRs - ideally in a Primary Care setting, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
• You have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• You are willing to travel up to 75% of the time to foster relationships and support provider practices.

• Understanding of value based care models, population health or quality improvement 
• Implementing value based care tools and technology products in primary care

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to own the deployment, maintenance, and support of software and tools across our manufacturing lines. This role blends traditional system administration with elements of network administration, focusing on ensuring production systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for factory operations. You’ll collaborate with engineers, operators, and cybersecurity experts to keep our manufacturing environment running smoothly at scale.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and software systems across the manufacturing line while managing their full lifecycle, including provisioning, updates, tracking, and retirement.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure—switches, VLANs, routing, wireless, and segmentation—to ensure reliable, low-latency connectivity for production environments.
• Build, harden, and maintain physical and virtual servers for manufacturing applications, ensuring performance, security, and high availability.
• Monitor system, server, and network performance across the factory floor, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact production throughput or on-time manufacturing.
• Support deployment and integration of factory stations, endpoints, and production equipment, coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
• Implement security controls, access management, and compliance standards across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues in time-sensitive manufacturing environments and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, while recommending improvements that increase scalability, reliability, and factory efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years as a Systems or Network Administrator in manufacturing, industrial, or high-throughput environments, with strong experience managing servers, endpoints, and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration, including server buildout, virtualization, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Hands-on expertise configuring and troubleshooting network components such as switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, DNS, and VPN services.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and networking issues in fast-paced, production-critical environments.
• Experience with asset tracking, configuration management, and maintaining accurate inventories of deployed hardware and systems.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in McHenry, MS.  As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision components and parts for the programmatic and commissioning efforts at Anduril Rocket Motor Systems. Your primary responsibilities will include programming CNC equipment, designing and building fixtures, job planning, providing support and guidance to machinists, ensuring the quality of finished products, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software to produce high-precision parts.
• Job plan and provide guidance to machinists.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Design, build, and install fixtures to securely hold workpieces.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist other members of the fabrication team as necessary.
• Training new and existing team members on CNC equipment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines, including but not limited to VMCs, CNC lathes, mill turns, waterjet, fiber laser, etc.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, G-code, GD&T as well as CAM software. (MasterCam preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, NA Operations is a key member of our Transportation and DC Operations team in North America. Anduril is looking for an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support the development and implementation of EHS efforts. This role will ensure the facility and employees are compliant with all applicable EHS and defense standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in all environmental permitting and testing efforts
• Coordinate with and serve as the main point of contact for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies (i.e. DEQ, EPA)
• Establish and maintain compliance with the EPA’s RMP program
• Establish and maintain adherence to waste management protocols
• Develop safety procedures, permits, and reports
• Develop, perform, and document safety inspections
• Assist with environmental and safety compliance audits and follow through with corrective actions
• Conduct training and safety performance field assessments
• Assist with hazard identification and risk assessments in operational areas
• Analyze incident trends and use risk assessment methods to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide on-site health and safety compliance support
• Perform other duties as assigned
