ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in McHenry, Mississippi. This position sits within the broader Design & Construction (D&C) team. The D&C team is responsible for bringing our various cutting-edge factories, offices, and secure spaces to life. We collaborate with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril’s mission (construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more). But, first and foremost, we deeply listen to what our Division Leaders need. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Preconstruction and Design:
• Gather (and help define) user requirements for nascent construction projects.
• Generate accurate cost estimates at all stages of a project lifecycle (concept, test fits, schematic designs, construction drawings, etc.).
• Manage relationships with consultants, regional contractors, and suppliers as needed to support individual project cost estimates.
• Perform early site due diligence to assist executive go/no-go decisions as needed.
• Assemble and lead project design teams (architects and consultants).
• Budget and Financial Oversight:
• Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects: everything from large greenfield projects to small one-day capital improvements.
• Work closely with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior executives.
• Contracting Strategy:
• Develop and implement creative contracting structures that align incentives, reduce change order disputes, and set up projects for success.
• Establish commercial terms that drive transparency, predictability, and fairness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Structure contracts to appropriately allocate risk, protect the company’s interests, and minimize potential disputes.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters.
• Advise in all phases of any given project: programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations - not just construction.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other key internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with non-constriction functions like Security, Network Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, Kitchen Operations, Manufacturing, EHS, Legal, and many others.
• External Project Management and Coordination:
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Collaborate closely with external project management teams to ensure alignment of construction activities with overall project objectives.
• Facilitate regular meetings with external project managers to discuss project updates, resource allocation, and potential challenges.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Experience with energetics and/or process gas pressure testing requirements and facilities
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup
• Extreme orderliness when it comes to document control
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team in McHenry, MS.  As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision components and parts for the programmatic and commissioning efforts at Anduril Rocket Motor Systems. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and operating conventional and CNC machining equipment, building fixtures, ensuring the quality of finished products, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Set-up and operate conventional machining equipment including, but not limited to engine lathes, knee mills, bandsaws, drill presses, surface grinders, and routers.
• Set-up, and operate CNC machining equipment using guidance from the lead machinist and programmer
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Design, build, and install fixtures to securely hold workpieces.
• Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. This role is ideal for a certified electrician with strong industrial experience and working knowledge of HVAC systems who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational uptime across both production equipment and facility systems.

About the Role

As a Response Associate, you serve as a lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies such as flat tires, lockouts, dead batteries, and mechanical failures. Because customers often reach out feeling overwhelmed or unsafe, you will manage these high-stress situations with calm, empathetic guidance and consistent reassurance. You will coordinate directly with external providers to ensure the accurate and rapid dispatch of tow trucks and service vehicles. Your ability to make quick decisions under pressure directly impacts customer safety, satisfaction, and our reputation as a trusted roadside service provider.

What You'll Do

• Handle High-Volume Calls: Gather essential details regarding location and vehicle issues to dispatch assistance quickly.
• Dispatch with Accuracy: Coordinate efficiently with service providers to ensure the right help arrives at the right time.
• De-escalate & Support: Use active listening and empathy to calm frustrated or anxious customers.
• Navigate Digital Tools: Utilize multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track service progress accurately.
• Excel in a Virtual Team: Thrive in a performance-driven remote environment, collaborating with peers and managers via Zoom and Google Chat.

Training and Schedules

• Attendance & Performance: 100% attendance is required during the training period to ensure your success. Your performance will be assessed throughout this time, and you will have ongoing opportunities for cross-training to expand your skills and advance your career.
• Mandatory Training: Each start date includes two weeks of mandatory paid training (Monday–Friday). Attendance is required and schedules cannot be modified.
• Production Schedules: After training, you will transition to your selected Production Schedule. These shifts are based on current business needs and vary by start date.
• Weekend & Holiday Availability: As we provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance, most schedules include at least one weekend day and holiday coverage. This is a Full-Time position only.
• Commitment: Production schedules are static. New hires must keep their selected schedule for 90 days and then are eligible to request changes if desired. Our associates participate in semi-annual shift bids.
• Selection Process: Schedules are chosen during the offer process on a first-come, first-served basis. Available shifts are subject to change based on business requirements.

Position Requirements

• Location: Must currently reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center. Reliable tenure, demonstrated career growth, and a background in remote work are strongly preferred. Experience in retail, fast-food, hospitality, administrative, or warehouse/production roles is highly transferable and valued.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping others with a proven track record in customer-facing support roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and skilled at navigating web-based systems to manage customer and vehicle information.
• Remote Readiness: Ability to thrive in a virtual contact center, collaborating effectively via phone, email, chat, and Zoom.
• Flexibility: Open availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays - to support our customers during peak times.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background screening.
• Home Office (BYOD): Requires a dedicated, quiet workspace. You must provide your own equipment, including a compatible personal desktop or laptop, wired high-speed internet, a webcam, a cell phone, and a USB- headset.

Origis Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding Operations and Maintenance provider in the United States.  Our solar asset portfolio continues to increase at a near exponential rate, with a mixture of Owner developed and constructed sites and third-party sites contracted, or already under management. Our goal is to provide a more inclusive service capability, driving out the large expenses that are normally passed through to the owner. 

The Solar Plant Manager provides day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight at the plant level, ensuring high standards in safety, performance, and operational culture. They lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and are accountable for creating a site culture that aligns with Origis Services’ values: Safety, Accountability, and Transparency.

The Plant Manager is responsible for aligning site operations with company goals, ensuring safe and compliant practices, building team capabilities, and delivering consistent performance across all site metrics.

Key Behaviors

As the on-site leadership presence, the Solar Plant Manager consistently demonstrates high standards in safety, integrity, communication, and team development. They are the cultural and operational role model for Origis Services’ principles of Safety, Accountability, and Transparency.

Key Deliverables

1. Operational Leadership: Own site-wide execution of safety, operational, and performance programs. Drive high performance and accountability through clear expectations and strong daily leadership.
2. Safety Culture Champion: Build and maintain a proactive safety culture by leading safety programs, audits, and training. Ensure all site activities comply with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other regulatory standards.
3. People & Performance Leadership: Lead, coach, and support site teams to perform at their best. Drive engagement, growth, and team alignment with company values and performance expectations.
4. Process Ownership: Ensure implementation of Origis Services’ operational processes, procedures, and tools. Drive consistency, accuracy, and improvement across work management, reporting, and communications.
5. Team Development: Develop and retain top talent at the site level through coaching, structured training, and performance management. Support succession planning and cross-site collaboration.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety and Accident Prevention Programs. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and briefings. Ensure all site personnel and third parties follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Serve as the site’s senior-most technical, operational, and safety leader.
• Coach, mentor, and support development of site-based technicians and contractors.
• Oversee the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance plans in accordance with standards and OEM recommendations.
• Drive daily performance and accountability to site KPIs and operational goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance, outages, parts usage, safety inspections, and other key site activities.
• Manage contractor relationships and vendor performance. Ensure work is executed safely and according to plan.
• Oversee inventory control, spare parts planning, and replenishment strategies.
• Ensure high-quality care and control of site tools, vehicles, and materials.
• Maintain site vegetation and coordinate auxiliary services as needed.
• Represent the site internal and external communications. Coordinate with Regional Managers and corporate support functions.
• Be available to support emergencies, outages, and critical events outside of normal hours. Participate in on-call rotation.

• Maintain all plant-owned tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles to company standards.
• Oversee tool calibration, equipment inspections, vehicle maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Exercise discretion and judgment when making decisions regarding local purchases, vendor use, and cost control.
• Monitor and report cost drivers at the plant level and communicate budget risks promptly.
