We are looking for a Business Analyst intern to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Milan office.
Core responsibilities include:
Client and Portfolio Reporting
Portfolio Operations and Reconciliation
Coordination and Support
Outstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus
Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus
Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations acquired through academic studies
Tools specific to wealth management reporting are considered a plus
Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered a plus
Strong Excel skills
Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English and Italian
Available for a 6-month internship starting in June 2026
A paid internship in the heart of Milan lasting six enriching months, will help shape you into a well-rounded professional. You will join an international team from 10+ nationalities whom you will interact with daily and at quarterly team-building events.

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Reporting Analyst supports wealth-reporting activities by manually loading transactions and valuations, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation. The role collaborates with the Tech Team during data-integration phases with Addepar and contributes to building basic formulas and attributes.

Role Description:
As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will work with leading banking clients on Core Banking transformation and evolution initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors within complex project environments.
