POSITION SUMMARY
As a Staff Engineer at EarnIn, all systems you work on are business-critical to our success. We manage systems that provide real-time and scheduled money transfers, facilitating the ability to track outcomes, reconcile discrepancies, and respond to returns, chargebacks, and other events. We seek experienced, collaborative, and resourceful Staff-level engineers to join our backend teams. As a Staff Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our backend services.
This position will be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site with two days a week required in office. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Staff/Senior Engineer
We're looking for a Staff/Senior Engineer to lead the evolution of Clara’s backend systems and help scale our platform across Latin America. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership to shape the engineering culture and systems behind Clara’s financial products.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
