Scale AI is looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic Global Travel & Expenses Manager to join its Corporate Accounting team. This crucial role will play an integral part in building its global travel and expense operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing the strategic Travel program and expenses cycle and supporting the month-end close process. • Execute rigorous internal controls and audits, identifying leakage or non-compliant spending patterns and implementing corrective action plans.

• Pioneer process optimization by auditing existing workflows and designing automated, scalable solutions that reduce friction for the traveler while increasing back-office efficiency.
• Serve as the Functional Product Owner for travel-related technologies (e.g., Navan, Brex, etc), managing system integrations, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and leading future-state implementations.
• Synthesize T&E data into actionable insights, delivering ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting that informs budgetary decisions and policy shifts.

About the Role

Representative, MXO Menu Updates, you will be the primary architect of a Merchant’s digital storefront. You will balance technical precision in menu management with high-level hardware troubleshooting. Define the Agent-Native HR Stack

• Design the architecture for a People & Culture platform where agents are first-class citizens: capable of executing hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Define the human-in-the-loop model — which decisions require human review, through what interfaces, with what level of latency — so that oversight is meaningful rather than ceremonial.
• Identify and kill the workflows that should no longer exist at all.

Build the Data Foundation

• Architect the People data layer that will serve as the substrate for agent reasoning, predictive analytics, and LLM-powered insight generation for the next decade.
• Ensure the data model is jurisdiction-aware from day one — built to accommodate the legal, cultural, and operational variance of 40+ markets without requiring structural rework per country.
• Drive the transition from fragmented HR data silos to a unified, real-time, auditable data layer that agents and analysts can trust equally.

Build With and For Agents

• Apply agentic development practices to your own team's engineering process — using agents to write, test, review, and deploy code so that headcount does not scale linearly with product scope.
• Lead the development of real-time AI-powered employee experiences: intelligent copilots, proactive guidance systems, and autonomous support channels that resolve needs before they become tickets.
• Advance Nubank's application of large language models to unstructured People data — feedback, communications, performance narratives — turning qualitative signal into structured organisational insight.

Own the Platform Vision

• Define the comprehensive HR platform roadmap — what we build, what we integrate, and what we deliberately do not own — with a bias toward deep integration over broad coverage.
• Ensure the platform is designed for global scale from the start: multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction, multi-language, and operable across legal entities without per-country engineering investment.
• Bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution, staying close enough to the codebase and architecture to make credible decisions and earn the trust of your engineering team.

Lead the Organisation

• Build and lead a high-performing, deliberately lean team that punches well above its headcount because it builds and operates with agents.
• Develop senior technical leaders who can own domains end-to-end, reducing coordination overhead and enabling faster iteration.

About the BA Program

The BA Program is designed to identify and develop the next generation of high-potential talent at Cobre. As a Junior BA, you'll work directly on high-impact projects across Product, Data, and Engineering teams, learning analytical, strategic, and technical skills while contributing to real business outcomes from day one.

We're looking for curious, analytical, and proactive individuals who want to grow fast and take ownership.

What You'll Do

Solve problems with data: You'll investigate business questions, identify the right data to use, write SQL queries to extract insights, and support your team in making data-driven decisions—even when the data isn't perfect or complete.

Drive projects forward: You'll manage your own workstreams, communicate progress and risks clearly, deliver quality work on time, and ensure your tasks ladder up to company priorities.

Build and automate: You'll identify manual processes that can be improved, leverage AI tools for analysis and problem-solving, and work closely with technical teams to document requirements and implement solutions.

Learn and grow: You'll receive mentorship from experienced team members, gain exposure to cross-functional projects, and develop skills in analytics, business strategy, and technical execution.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• 0–2 years of experience in analytical roles (Product, Data, Consulting, Operations, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking
• Basic SQL and Excel/Sheets experience—or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Experience with AI LLMs products for research, data analysis,  ideating and writing work (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…)
• You ask yourself how to automate a task with AI before actually doing it.
• Clear and concise communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase)
• Basic knowledge of Python, statistics, or business modeling
• Experience with AI automation workflows like n8n or make.
• Previous experience in startups, fintechs, or fast-paced environments
