Job Summary:
· Senior Associates, Business Intelligence are excellent problem solvers and play a critical role working alongside their analytics and media peers. In this role, you will help to improve marketing efficiency and support all data management and reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities
· Facilitate media performance reporting through the extraction of data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms and perform hygiene and quality control steps, either via BI tools like Power BI, Datorama or in partnership with WPP Media Data Ops. Data sources may include: media platforms (digital, search, social), web analytics tools, 1P sales data, syndicated data, research & survey tools, etc…
· Assist with implementation and management of data system architecture
· Audit and manage data taxonomy/classifications from multiple systems and partners
· Manage the extraction, loading, and transformation of multiple data sets
· Create and manage data visualizations, including dashboard, scorecard, and report deliverables
· Cleanse all data and metrics; perform override updates where necessary
· Execute all business rules according to requirements
· Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency throughout the process
· Manage and execute thorough QA process and ensure quality and accuracy of all data and reporting deliverables
· Manipulate and analyze “big” data sets synthesized from a variety of sources, including media platforms and marketing automation tools
· Generate and manage data visualizations and ensure data is presented accurately and is visually pleasing
· Assist local team in creating campaign performance reports as needed
· Help maintain a performance platform and provide insights and ongoing recommendations around media optimization
Desired Skills and Experience
· 2+ years’ experience in an analytics position working with large amounts of data
· Hands-on experience working with Power BI for data visualization
· Additional desirable skills include tag management experience, application coding experience, etc..
· Digital media experience background preferred, including knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, digital and social Media platforms and web analytics tools
· Experience with SQL.
· Excellent communication skills; especially as it pertains to working as part of an offshore team
· Experience working with on-shore teams a plus
