THE ROLE:
As a Senior Media Buying Executive, you will work as part of a highly motivated and knowledgeable team of traders and ad ops solutions engineers you will be instrumental in the design, set-up and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns. We require an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Analyst to work with our Programmatic Trading team located in Medellin. You will liaise with the Business Development and Account Management teams in London, US and Latin America to establish campaign objectives and recommend strategies and KPIs for new campaigns. You will then implement appropriate campaign set-up and continually monitor the resulting campaign performance – making adjustments for optimal results. You will create detailed, insightful reports for clients on the performance achieved and share strategic optimizations that highlight our unique products to manage larger budgets

What we are Looking for:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
A Kaseya Help Desk Analyst should have strong and proven customer service experience. The role will build and expand upon our professional and quality technical support service provided to end customers of varying technical backgrounds and ensure clients' satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer Service Level Agreement expectations. A successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude while supporting customers.
You will be handling technical support requests from end users and IT professionals alike, adapting your responses to the technical ability of your audience. You will rely on your skills and professional knowledge to respond to, and diagnoses incidents through discussions with users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform incident triage and escalate or resolve based upon incident scope.
· Build ongoing relationships with customers.
· Answer incoming support inquiries via various channels (chat, phone, email, etc.)
· Continuously maintain ticket backlog, recording support activities in our Help Desk ticketing system and follow up within customer Service Level Agreement targets.
· Assist in interdepartmental projects to ensure target deliverables are met.
· Develop a strong understanding of Internal and customer requirements and processes.
· Improve, evolve, maintain, and follow documented runbooks.
· Work with leadership to improve skill sets and career development opportunities.
· Keep up to date with knowledge base articles and other technical-related documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
· Associates degree in Information Technology preferred or equivalent experience. May be substituted by 2 or more years of experience in a Help Desk/Call Center environment.
· 2 to 3 years of experience supporting End Users in office environments as a Service/Help Desk, Desktop Support Engineer or Support Center Agent preferred.
· Driven by learning new things and the ability to thrive in an environment filled with technology. opportunity.

Role Summary
Senior Analyst role is expected to support the broader analytics team in measuring and validating the effectiveness of paid media for channels including but not limited to, Linear TV, OTT, Social Activation, and Programmatic Activation, Audio, and OOH The Senior Analyst is expected to demonstrate the following skills/experience: strong grasp of experimental design, specifically covering A/B testing for Brand Impact (brand lift studies) and performance (conversion lift studies). Hands-on skills in data management and data visualization, quantitative data analysis, problem solving, statistical modeling, and the ability to develop/analyze business cases. Strong ability to design, customize, and maintain platforms for contract management, business intelligence, and user access. Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus and the ability to support and enable teamwork, self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-focused area such as Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics; a related field or equivalent professional work experience is
required.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics.
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, building charts and graphs, etc.
• An understanding of Python and/or SQL (especially BigQuery/GCP) is helpful but not required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a niceto-have.
• A background in statistical modeling (e.g., linear regression) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of media ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager or Meta CAPI would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP) and quantitative business measures.
