The Role - Senior Software Engineer (Broadcast Augmentation)
You’ll work at the intersection of real-time broadcast augmentation and video distribution, building systems that enhance how live sports are experienced and delivered. In this role, you’ll develop real-time augmentation and video processing pipelines used in sports broadcast workflows. You’ll help shape low-latency, curated viewing experiences powered by intelligent content selection and rich data derived from optical and on-field sensor tracking.

The Role - Software Engineer (Video Player)
You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and hardening our video player, with a strong focus on playback performance, rendering, integrations, and overall viewer experience.
You’ll also contribute to broadcast augmentation features and the development tools used by our content team. Over time, there will be opportunities to expand your impact into our video processing pipeline and our content and augmentation engines.

You should expect to work in JavaScript and Rust almost every day, with some tasks needing other languages. The balance shifts by task (browser and player code, transcoder and augmentation-related tooling, API). You will predominantly work around video and augmentation

THE ROLE:

Proven ability to analyze malware, ransomware, and suspicious behavior alerts, distinguish true vs. false positives, manage endpoint isolation and recovery, resolve policy or firewall conflicts, and validate ransomware rollback and recovery outcomes.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Finance Manager – Americas. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reporting requirements, strengthening the capability of the Americas team and forging a finance function that drives the business to success. The role will build and expand upon our professional and quality technical support service provided to end customers of varying technical backgrounds and ensure clients' satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer Service Level Agreement expectations. Kaseya is looking for an experienced, trilingual Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing Medellín hub. In this role, you will be a technical leader supporting the Sales team across both the LATAM and North American (NAM) markets. You will focus on delivering compelling technical demonstrations and guiding prospective customers through the value of the Kaseya "IT Complete" technology stack.
As a key member of the pre-sales organization, you will partner closely with Account Executives to understand complex customer challenges and position Kaseya’s solutions through technical discovery, solution design, and deep-dive demonstrations. While this role supports the broader platform, experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) solutions is highly beneficial.
Most customer engagement occurs through virtual platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, though there are opportunities for travel within the LATAM and NAM regions for industry events and key customer meetings.

Kaseya is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Support Organization, supporting Datto EDR and Antivirus (AV) solutions. This role is responsible for delivering world-class technical assistance to partners and customers by troubleshooting endpoint detection, threat actioning, and antivirus-related issues in dynamic IT environments
We are looking for a professional who has hands-on experience supporting EDR solutions (preferably Datto EDR), including agent deployment and lifecycle management, health and communication troubleshooting, and alert investigation. Strong understanding of AV, AM, EDR, and MDR concepts, and how Datto EDR differs from traditional antivirus. Proven ability to analyze malware, ransomware, and suspicious behavior alerts, distinguish true vs. false positives, manage endpoint isolation and recovery, resolve policy or firewall conflicts, and validate ransomware rollback and recovery outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong endpoint security knowledge with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
