Essential Duties:

As an early member of a new engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing tests that simulate extreme conditions and misuse scenarios to ensure the safety of our new product.

Responsibilities Will include:

You Will 

• Serve as the manufacturing test technical authority for powertrain systems, providing oversight and direction across inverter, Drive Unit, and battery test architectures. 
• Review and approve powertrain‑level test strategies, specifications, and major change requests from Design Engineering, ensuring consistency, manufacturability, and scalability across commodities. 
• Define common test principles for end‑of‑line (EOL) and in‑process testing, including test sequencing philosophy, limit strategies, failure‑mode handling, safety requirements, and data traceability. 
• Guide and review test system designs to ensure alignment in HV/LV safety, grounding, shielding, thermal considerations, and connectorization standards across all powertrain stations.

• Act as a key escalation point for complex production issues, supporting root‑cause analysis, yield improvement, and false‑fail reduction across powertrain test operations. 
• Collaborate with factory data and analytics teams to enable consistent test data architecture, serial‑level traceability, yield dashboards, and long‑term quality monitoring across powertrain systems. 
• Support training strategies for operations and maintenance teams, ensuring safe operation and effective troubleshooting of high‑voltage powertrain test systems. 

You Bring 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Controls Systems Engineering, Electrical and Controls Engineering, or Automation and Control Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing, launching, and supporting automated test equipment in high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience with EV powertrain systems, with direct exposure to two or more of the following areas: traction inverters, electric motors / Drive Units, or high‑voltage battery modules or packs. 
• Strong understanding of high‑voltage EV systems, including safety requirements, insulation resistance, hipot testing, functional power testing, and energy storage hazards. 
• Proven ability to define test strategies without being limited to hands‑on station ownership across all commodities simultaneously. 
• Experience guiding test hardware design using platforms such as National Instruments PXI, cDAQ, or cRIO, or equivalent industrial test architectures. 
• Strong software development or technical review experience with tools such as NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, MATLAB, Vector / CANoe, or similar manufacturing test frameworks.

• Lead design review and ensure manufacturing needs (DFM/A) for Chassis systems commodities are considered in the design phase and that proper quality expectations are defined. 
• Be responsible for driving and tracking all Tier suppliers Engineering Design Change activities. 
• Work cross functional with Design Engineering, Purchasing, New Projects Implementation, Plant level Manufacturing, Incoming Quality, Material Planning and Plant SQEs to ensure the proper development of the chassis components as well as making sure Lucid plants and final customers are protected. 
• Perform supplier assessments, audits and site inspections for sourcing; develop process improvement plans and drive implementation; monitor and maintain performance metrics. 
• Have ability to travel 25-75% on average on a short term or long-term basis to Lucid Motors and supplier sites globally on a short notice. 
• Document processes and compliance with ISO9001, VDA and AIAG/ IATF16949 industry standards. 
• Analyze data from supplier and assembly plant builds to assess capability of meeting requirements to comply with quality requirements. 

YOU BRING: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or related field.

As a Solution Architect at Paperless Parts, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers’ business needs and our product’s technical capabilities. This role supports an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization that performs routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting. Service Engineering serves as the technical escalation path for O&M, owning deep diagnostics, system-level failure analysis, and engineering-driven corrective actions.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Serve as Mechanical Engineer of Record on projects (Hazardous occupancy, clean and dry spaces, chemical process / industrial plants), responsible for mechanical / plumbing deliverables (specifications, calculations, permit / construction documents).

Staff Electrical Design Engineer, EPC

The Staff Electrical Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end electrical design of industrial, offices, and lab facilities across multiple locations. The role holds full ownership of electrical deliverables — from concept through construction — across a diverse range of project types including hazardous occupancy, recycling facilities, office and labs, warehouse environments, and 34.5 kV/24.9 kV site infrastructure. The engineer is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, serving as Electrical Engineer of Record on assigned projects while coordinating across multiple disciplines to deliver code-compliant, construction-ready packages on schedule and within budget. This position requires a licensed Professional Engineer who is not only highly skilled at performing complex engineering calculations but also motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating effectively at all levels — from field teams to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and own a wide range of electrical systems — including medium voltage (up to 34.5 kV) feeds, low voltage power distribution, lighting, raceway, grounding, and communications. 
• Serve as Electrical Engineer of Record and responsible for producing permit and construction drawings. 
• Perform power system studies including short-circuit analysis, arc flash calculations, and protective device coordination using SKM or ETAP to ensure safe and code-compliant designs.

The Role 

As an Integration & Test Engineer, you’ll be the last line of defense for all operations when the satellite is powered. Acting as a satellite controller, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of the satellite; all satellite activities go through you. Using a first principles approach, you’ll be responsible for defining test plans that simulate all modes of flight, dictating what the vehicle needs to do, when, why, and how often. Your work will span most technical disciplines at the company and will require you to build consensus from multiple teams. Initial ground and on-orbit operations will be more manual but quickly grow into fully automated activities. We are hiring V&V System Engineers to support production of a Group 5 autonomous aircraft. 

The systems engineering team is looking for V&V Systems Engineers for hardware verification and execution across the full product lifecycle - from design verification testing (DVT) through environmental qualification, production acceptance, and ground & flight test. This role is accountable for demonstrating that all hardware meets system level requirements and technical performance metrics (TPMs) before fielding, and for ensuring that verification activities are planned, executed, and documented in accordance with the program Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering or technical field
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware qualification, or test & evaluation in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries

The Launch Operations Mechanical Engineer plays a critical role in the final, high-stakes phase of mission success. The Maneuver Subdivision focuses on rapidly deployable platforms that must endure extreme environments. For example, Anduril’s Mobile Sentry, a ruggedized, mobile platform that uses artificial intelligence for highly accurate, persistent autonomous ground or air awareness through use of various sensors. This will require identifying high risk areas, creating and validating electronics designs for embedded compute and/or power systems, and testing for long term-reliability while considering manufacturability and testability in the design.

We are looking for a Senior Launch Service Mission Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the interface between the spacecraft and launch providers for all of Anduril’s spacecraft. You will be responsible for the coordination of all deliverables to the launch provider and act as the primary point of contact for all things launch to Anduril’s spacecraft customers. The Launch Integration team will work closely with related teams, such as the mechanical and structural spacecraft design, systems engineer, electrical design, program management, spacecraft mission operations, etc. to ensure requirements satisfaction across all launch platforms including commercial rideshare, national security space launch.

This role is tied to ongoing, funded programs within Anduril’s Space Business Line.
