Role and Team

• Reporting to the Lot Manager or designated manager, operate motor vehicles on the premises in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct auction lot area. Perform all other duties assigned by the designated manager. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed.

Responsibilities

• Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, cautious and courteous driving habits.
• Perform various duties such as moving, staging and parking various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in the designated lot area in support of daily auction activities throughout shift.  As directed from the Lead Van Driver, move vehicles from one spot on the auction lot to another to maintain an efficient flow of vehicles throughout the auction process.  Efficiently move vehicles from the finish line to the designated parking spot for the upcoming sale using alphanumeric ordering. May jump-start vehicles using a battery box.
• Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement of vehicles on the lot.
• Promptly notify designated manager of all driving related incidents and if anything occurs, which may potentially jeopardize the ability to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle. 
• Practice proper loss prevention and reaction procedures in accordance with policy. Report all incidents properly and immediately to the designated manager.
• Maintain work areas and conditions to ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers. Respond to and follow proper company policy procedures involving accidents (customer or employee), injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Role and Team

• Reporting to the Lot Manager or other designated manager, assist with the outside functions to support lot movements and general operations to support auction activities before, during, and after sale day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assuring vehicle inventory is in the proper designated areas of the lot or shops.  Apply appropriate numbering and tagging for lot and shop identification
• Locate, number and move vehicles to designated area on the Lot
• Confirm vehicle mileage, make year and VIN
• Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from vehicle check in, inspections, shops and auction sale line until vehicle is checked out
• Assist with physical inventory on a periodic basis
• Use electronic devices to scan inventory and record movement of vehicles on property
• Flag vehicles, add final stickers, mark numbers on windshield and place on spot for the sale
• Take photos of vehicles as needed
• Track missing units and assist with locating vehicles for customers
• Use PC to  look up vehicle information and update vehicle data
• May ensure arbitrated units are restocked into inventory and proper announcements are made
• May identify and add/verify vehicle announcements and reports are accurate for pre-sale
• May make basic vehicle diagnostic determinations to determine if a vehicle needs to be moved to the Mechanic Shop
• May operate gas dollies, lock out tools, or jump packs
• May coordinate a sale lane on sale day
• Any other duties assigned by the designated manager

Role and Team

The Detail Shop supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vehicle detail operations and will service our customers by meeting weekly production goals and ensuring the highest quality details to meet our customer expectations.  This position reports to the Operations Manager and leads the detail shop team.

Responsibilities

• Lead detail shop operations to optimize productivity, quality and profitability
• Monitor and maintain equipment and facility
• Implement and ensure all safety policies are followed and complete safety audits and inspections
• Manage the detail shop staff which includes training, staffing, performance engagement and labor hour management
• Communicate with other departments to prepare for production flow and meeting deadlines
• Post vehicle detail completions to customer accounts
• Run reports to monitor inventory levels
• Monitor and ensure compliance with customer contracts regarding vehicle detail completion and quality

The Lot Driver operates motor vehicles on and off the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area to support the flow of vehicles for the car auction.

Pay Range: $16.50-$17 hourly

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7am to 3:30 PM (Some Fridays stay later)

**Clean Background & Valid Drivers License w/ Clean Driving Record Required**

• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles.
• Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day. 
• Verify VIN of cars being picked up and or delivered against transportation requests.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the Lot Manager, Team Leader or designated supervisor.
• If necessary, inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank. 
• Fill the gas tank when the vehicle is out of gas.
• Assist customers such as dealers, account reps, and co-workers as needed.
• Perform walk-around each vehicle prior to moving vehicle and note damage.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions.

Role and Team

• Reporting to the Mechanical Services Manager or designated manager, the Auto Mechanic performs proper diagnosis, repairs and maintenance to vehicles as assigned. Maintain consistently high standards on quality, efficiency and safety. 

Some Responsibilities

• A/C & Heater - Operate the system and recognize if the system is cooling or not, Perform basic system checks such as power to compressor, Visually inspect condenser, belt tension, etc., Identify Freon and oil leaks
• Brakes - Identify components of brake system, Visually inspect brakes, Identify irregular noises and leaks, Perform simple system tests, Measure lining, drums, rotors, cams, Road test for proper operation, Check fluid level, Adjust service and park brakes and perform repair
• Electrical Charging Systems - Visually inspect batteries, Clean connections, Check condition of belts, Test batteries, Check alternator mounting and pulley, Replace and adjust belts, Perform basic charging system check
• Clutch - Lubricate bearing, linkage, shafts and cables, Identify proper clutch operation
• Cooling Systems - Check and adjust coolant levels, antifreezes (and requirements), Visually inspect system for leaks, Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, fittings, Pressure test, Flush and refill systems
• Electrical Cranking System – Inspect/ test batteries, cables and motor, Clean battery cables, connections and starter, Check, charge and replace batteries, Repair/replace defective cables, Read wiring schematics

• Drive Axles - Inspect housings for leaks, Change oil and filter and clean breathers
• Driveline - Lubricate drive line, Inspect components for wear or damage
• Gas Engines - Check and adjust oil levels, Identify unusual noises and oil leaks
• Fuel Systems - Replace and prime fuel filter, Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc. for proper integrity and condition
• Preventive Maintenance - Proper lube techniques, Minimal tire inspection, Brake check/applied stroke, Battery check, Under vehicle check/lose components, Initial Fault code identification
• Tire and Wheel Maintenance - Perform air pressure checks, Check tread depth, Identify tires that need to be changed or repaired, Perform tire Checks, Replace tire and wheel assembles, Mount/dismount and rotate tires
• Other duties as assigned

Role and Team

• Reporting to the designated manager, the Account Admin assists in obtaining required information and helps with the completion of necessary paperwork for sale of vehicles and assists with and performs various administrative and clerical duties relating to the sale for one or more of the following departments: Consignment, Factory, Fleet/Lease or Commercial Account in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible.

Responsibilities

• Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.
• Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.
• Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries relating to vehicles and titles
• Verify that vehicle information is accurately recorded and numbered for the sale.
• Schedule sale for accounts after completion of necessary pre-sale reconditioning and required paperwork.
• Verify title, bill of sale and VIN number are accurately recorded. May assist in preparation of titles, contracts, bill of sale, pre-sale and post-sale reports and post reconditioning charges incurred.
• Communicate with the Mechanical Services Shop, Body Shop and Detail Shop for vehicle repairs and post charges to vehicle account in a timely manner.
• Enter condition reports into AMS.
• Review condition report/vehicle for repairs/problems and set work orders in V-Trace for Mechanical and Body Shop.
• Call in orders for Windshield, Dent Demon and other outside vendors.
• Verify the correct repair charges are submitted.
• Review, monitor and ensure compliance with contractual customer, contractor and supplier agreements in conjunction with the accounting department.
• Set the order of the sale and ensure accurate preparation of contracts.
• Print stickers for sale per OHA guidelines.
• Represent vehicles on the block or attend block with sales representative on sale day.
• Communicate with customer for failed post sale inspections or arbitration.
• Process paperwork and checks following the sale, provide necessary paperwork to customers.
• For vehicle pick-up’s and disposition, schedule vehicles for pick up location.
• Assist in scheduling vehicles online for review. Assist in preparation and processing of post-sale information to managers and customers.
• Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory for vehicle aging and first-in first-out process.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations pertaining to titles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Role and Team

Reporting to the Mechanic Shop Manager or designated manager, the Mechanic Shop Clerk will perform clerical duties, such as ordering parts for the mechanic shop, as assigned in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed always.

Responsibilities

• Perform various general administrative duties including data entry, data verification, preparing reports and correspondence for the supervisor/manager
• Create and maintain customer files, both digital and hardcopy
• Create estimates for the shop repairs
• Order parts according to approved estimates and repair orders scheduled for the mechanic and body shop
• Track and prepare parts received
• Must be familiar with customer account contracts and knowledgeable of pre-authorized amounts for repair transactions as described in the account contract
• Post repair and parts transactions to vehicle account in V-Trace, i.e. mechanical repairs, process customer billing, parts, PSI's, etc. and print reports
• Compile information needed for various reports and assist in coordinating project-oriented duties at the discretion of the supervisor
• Communicate with other departments to ensure repair transactions are authorized
• Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to vehicles
• Set up estimates and appointments with outside vendors/sublet services
• Process payments to vendors for parts and services for shop
• Post updates and estimates in the ADESA Inspections Portal

As an entry level mechanic in our high production mechanic shop, you will support the mechanic shop by performing light mechanical work.  This position reports to the Mechanic Shop or designated manager.

• Brake pad, rotor and fluid inspection
• Battery test and installation
• Electrical charging system check
• Lighting systems inspection
• Engine belt, fluid, and filter inspection and oil/filter replacement
• Tire and wheel maintenance including air pressure check .  Rotate and plug/patch.  Replace, mount/balance as needed

• Multi-point inspections
• Learn preventative maintenance

The Lot Driver operates motor vehicles on and off the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area to support the flow of vehicles for the car auction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 7:30am-3:00pm

• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles.
• Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day. 
• Verify VIN of cars being picked up and or delivered against transportation requests.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the Lot Manager, Team Leader or designated supervisor.
• If necessary, inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank. 
• Fill the gas tank when the vehicle is out of gas.
• Assist customers such as dealers, account reps, and co-workers as needed.
• Perform walk-around each vehicle prior to moving vehicle and note damage.

Description: Sale Day Drivers help move the cars through the auction lanes while the car auction is going on! 

Sale day driving and safety:

• Drive vehicles across the block following all safety guidelines including but not limited to wearing a seatbelt, placing vehicle in park or neutral when coming to a stop and following the ADESA wedge.
• Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area.
• Advise supervisor or lane captain of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately
• Drivers will be trained and must know, practice and ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed at-all-times.
• Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits
• Immediately report to manager or supervisor anything that occurs which may potentially jeopardize the ability to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Immediately report to manager or supervisor all driving related incidents to include traffic citations, warnings, accidents or mechanical problems experienced on either private or public property whether on or off the job

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions.

Role and Team

• Reporting to the designated manager, the Account Admin assists in obtaining required information and helps with the completion of necessary paperwork for sale of vehicles and assists with and performs various administrative and clerical duties relating to the sale for one or more of the following departments: Consignment, Factory, Fleet/Lease or Commercial Account in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible.

Responsibilities

• Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.
• Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.
• Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries relating to vehicles and titles
• Verify that vehicle information is accurately recorded and numbered for the sale.
• Schedule sale for accounts after completion of necessary pre-sale reconditioning and required paperwork.
• Verify title, bill of sale and VIN number are accurately recorded. May assist in preparation of titles, contracts, bill of sale, pre-sale and post-sale reports and post reconditioning charges incurred.
• Communicate with the Mechanical Services Shop, Body Shop and Detail Shop for vehicle repairs and post charges to vehicle account in a timely manner.
• Enter condition reports into AMS.
• Review condition report/vehicle for repairs/problems and set work orders in V-Trace for Mechanical and Body Shop.
• Call in orders for Windshield, Dent Demon and other outside vendors.
• Verify the correct repair charges are submitted.
• Review, monitor and ensure compliance with contractual customer, contractor and supplier agreements in conjunction with the accounting department.
• Set the order of the sale and ensure accurate preparation of contracts.
• Print stickers for sale per OHA guidelines.
• Represent vehicles on the block or attend block with sales representative on sale day.
• Communicate with customer for failed post sale inspections or arbitration.
• Process paperwork and checks following the sale, provide necessary paperwork to customers.
• For vehicle pick-up’s and disposition, schedule vehicles for pick up location.
• Assist in scheduling vehicles online for review. Assist in preparation and processing of post-sale information to managers and customers.
• Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory for vehicle aging and first-in first-out process.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations pertaining to titles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.

• If necessary, inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank.

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Integrated Safety Analysis Engineer to support the development and implementation of the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA). You will support the identification and maintenance of Items Relied On For Safety (IROFS), as well as ensure compliance with criticality, chemical process, fire safety strategies, and detailed nuclear safety designs. This position is also responsible for maintaining the ISA Summary and all related documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Safety Basis Documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and design requirements.
• Analyze and adapt safety principles from reference plants, incorporating them into the project’s IROFS designs.
• Evaluate interfaces of systems to ensure proper integration with other safety equipment.
• Understand, document, and manage system interfaces to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Evaluate design changes against the license application to identify impacts on the ISA following 10CFR70 requirements.
• Collaborate with the Licensing team to maintain and update the ISA Summary and other safety documentation.
• Provide technical input for the Integrated Schedule and coordinate safety-related project activities.
• Support safety reviews, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Criticality Safety Analysis (CSA), Fire Hazard Analysis (FHA), and External Hazard Analysis (EHA).
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Nuclear Safety Programs, as well as other safety-related plans and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, or PhD) may substitute for up to 2-3 years of experience, depending on the degree level.
• 4+ years of experience in experience in nuclear safety, process safety, or similar high-hazard environments.
• Familiarity with safety analysis methodologies, for example:
  • Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
  • Criticality Safety Analysis (CSA)
  • Fire Hazard Analysis (FHA)
  • External Hazard Analysis (EHA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $100,000–$190,000 annually. 

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Role and Team

Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager or designated manager, resolve differences between the buyer and the seller arising from representations the seller makes on the auction block. Researches all issues and recommends final decisions regarding all post-sale issues that arise. Perform all duties assigned by the General Manager or designated manager. Role and Team

Reporting to the Mechanic Shop Manager or designated manager, the Mechanic Shop Clerk will perform clerical duties, such as ordering parts for the mechanic shop, as assigned in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed always.

Responsibilities

• Perform various general administrative duties including data entry, data verification, preparing reports and correspondence for the supervisor/manager
• Create and maintain customer files, both digital and hardcopy
• Create estimates for the shop repairs
• Order parts according to approved estimates and repair orders scheduled for the mechanic and body shop
• Track and prepare parts received
• Must be familiar with customer account contracts and knowledgeable of pre-authorized amounts for repair transactions as described in the account contract
• Post repair and parts transactions to vehicle account in V-Trace, i.e. mechanical repairs, process customer billing, parts, PSI's, etc. and print reports
• Compile information needed for various reports and assist in coordinating project-oriented duties at the discretion of the supervisor
• Communicate with other departments to ensure repair transactions are authorized
• Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to vehicles
• Set up estimates and appointments with outside vendors/sublet services
• Process payments to vendors for parts and services for shop
• Post updates and estimates in the ADESA Inspections Portal
• Meet monthly and year end deadlines for supply inventory reporting to accounting
• Conduct or assist with shop inventory
• Scan, code, and audit invoices for payment
• Provide accurate, friendly quality service to customers when processing customer transactions
• Ensure all shop area conditions are not a potential threat to employee or customer safety

Role and Team

This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles (using a 2 car rollback, wrecker, etc.) and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.  

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehicles
• Load and unload customer vehicles
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy.  Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.
• Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicle
• Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicles
• Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork
• Inspect the wrecker or rollback to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions

Qualifications

• High School or GED required
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions
• Must have Tow Endorsement
• Must have a current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and a background check
• Previous DOT driving experience
• Previous experience operating a 2 car rollback
• Effective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills

Role and Team

• Reporting to the Body Shop or designated Manager, perform body repair work in a production environment.  Maintain high standards for efficiency and observe all safety requirements.  Perform all additional duties assigned by the manager. 

Responsibilities

• Remove, repair, or replace damaged parts
• Properly fill and sand in preparation for paint process
• Use welding, soldering, and cutting torches as required
• Perform visual and feel quality inspection prior to the spraying of any product to ensure the vehicle is properly prepped for paint.
• Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and dusted prior to painting
• May mask vehicles in preparation for paint process 
• Communicate with other technicians to meet production goals and customer standards
• Clean equipment to ensure proper maintenance
• Assist with general shop cleanliness and organization
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise management of all serious complaints or incidents.
• Practice and promote teamwork at all times.  Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
• Inform the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager of all equipment breakdowns and maintenance immediately.
• Promote and follow safety policies.
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to use tools such as heat guns, propane torches, plastic scrapers, electric sanders, drills, buffers and air blowers
• High attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a high performing, production environment

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred
• 1 year of experience in paint and body
• Automotive/auction experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets requirements
• May be required to provide sufficient tools to perform the job
• Basic computer skills

Role and Team

As a Mechanic Tech in our high production mechanic shop, you will support the mechanic shop by performing assigned diagnostic repair or maintenance on customer vehicles.  This position reports to the Mechanic Shop or designated manager.

Responsibilities

• A/C & Heater - Operate the system and recognize if the system is cooling or not, perform basic system checks such as power to compressor, visually inspect condenser, belt tension, etc., Identify Freon and oil leaks.
• Brakes - Identify components of brake system, visually inspect brakes, identify irregular noises and leaks, perform simple system tests, Measure lining, drums, rotors, cams. Road test for proper operation, Check fluid level, adjust service and park brakes and perform repair.
• Electrical Charging Systems - Visually inspect batteries, clean connections, Check condition of belts, Test batteries, Check alternator mounting and pulley, Replace and adjust belts, Perform basic charging system check.
• Clutch - Lubricate bearing, linkage, shafts, and cables, Identify proper clutch operation.
• Cooling Systems - Check and adjust coolant levels, antifreezes (and requirements), Visually inspect system for leaks, Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, fittings, Pressure test, Flush and refill systems.
• Starting/Cranking System – Inspect/ test batteries, cables and motor, clean battery cables, connections and starter. Check, charge and replace batteries, Repair/replace defective cables, Read wiring schematics.
• Lighting System and Electrical Accessories - Repair minor wiring problems, replace bulbs, lenses and simple light assemblies.  Adjust/replace sealed beams, Install/replace accessories (heated mirrors, fans, spotlights, etc.).
• Drive Axles - Inspect housings for leaks, change oil and filter and clean breathers.
• Driveline - Lubricate drive line, Inspect components for wear or damage.
• Gas Engines - Check and adjust oil levels, identify unusual noises, and oil leaks.
• Fuel Systems - Replace and prime fuel filter, Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc. for proper integrity and condition.
• Preventive Maintenance - Proper lube techniques, Minimal tire inspection, Brake check/applied stroke, Battery check, under vehicle check/lose components, Initial Fault code identification.
• Tire and Wheel Maintenance - Perform air pressure checks, Check tread depth, identify tires that need to be changed or repaired, perform tire Checks, replace tire and wheel assemblies, Mount/dismount and rotate tires.
• Track and record vehicle information following department processes.
• Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking and staging, etc.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment.

Role and Team

As a Mechanic Tech in our high production mechanic shop, you will support the mechanic shop by performing assigned diagnostic repair or maintenance on customer vehicles.  This position reports to the Mechanic Shop or designated manager.

Responsibilities

• A/C, Heater & Refrigeration - Flush system contaminants, evacuate system, add oil and charge with freon.  Run OEM performance tests and verify performance, utilize electrical schematics, identify, and correct related problems. Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems.
• Brakes - Diagnose brake problems, replace cylinders and calipers, perform failure analysis of components, Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems, including set up and use of on car brake lathe.
• Electrical Charging Systems - Perform full diagnostic, including in-depth analysis and corrections.
• Clutch - Perform failure analysis for premature or abuse. Diagnose and repair all systems and related problems.
• Cooling Systems - Check and adjust coolant levels, antifreezes (and requirements), Visually inspect system for leaks, Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, fittings, Pressure test, Flush and refill systems.
• Starting/Cranking System - Analyze to identify root cause. Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems.
• Lighting system and Electrical Accessories - Evaluate lighting system configuration and application. Diagnose, isolate, and repair difficult lighting system problems, such as shorted and open circuits. Replace entire lighting harness, lamp assembly and/or control modules on power units.
• Drive Axles - Inspect housing for leaks, perform diagnostics and major repairs as required.
• Transmission and Driveline - Lubricate, perform diagnostics, fluid and filter changes and major repairs or replacement as required on manual and automatic transmissions, differentials, transfer cases and 4x4 or AWD systems.
• All Engines – Check and adjust oil level, identify unusual noises and oil leaks. Diagnose and perform major repairs or services as required including engine replacement.
• Fuel Systems - Diagnose all fuel system malfunctions, adjust fuel system components. Repair and replace fuel system components including injectors.
• Electrical Systems - Perform diagnostics of electrical systems utilizing wiring diagrams and schematics to trace and repair electrical concerns.  Use continuity testing, voltage drop, amp draw, short circuit and parasitic draw tests to trace and repair harness issues or identify module failures.
• Preventative Maintenance – Full fault code identification and service interval reset.
• Steering and Alignment – Diagnose and repair steering.  Disassemble, diagnose and repair/replace steering gear boxes and steering racks.
• Suspension-Chassis and Cab - Diagnose suspension noises and alignment concerns. Maintain, repair, and replace all chassis components, perform failure analysis and substantiate premature failure.
• Tire and wheel maintenance - Repair and replace tires, wheels and TPMS components including sensor programming.  Properly diagnose and repair the cause of improper wear conditions.
• Track and record vehicle information following department processes.

• Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking and staging, etc. 
• Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment.

This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles and  reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.  

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehicles
• Load and unload customer vehicles
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy.  Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.
• Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicle
• Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicles

• Perform safety inspections as required by DOT, and maintain a DOT Driver log

Role and Team

• ADESA is looking for a Custodian to join our Team! Reporting to the Facilities Manager or designated manager, the Custodian will perform regular cleaning and light maintenance activities for all auction buildings. Must know, practice and ensure that all company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service:  

• Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.   
• Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition by greeting others.  
• Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise management of all serious complaints or incidences. 

Perform cleaning duties:

• Dust, sweep and mop all common areas of the auction buildings.  Dust all equipment, countertops, furniture and fixtures.  
• Vacuum office areas a minimum of every other day.  
• Remove all trash and debris from the various areas within each auction building.  Dispose of trash and debris in the central collection area.  
• Clean restrooms daily and replenish all soap and personal items as necessary.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas daily.  Counters within these areas should be wiped down and floors swept/mopped.  
• Clean auction block areas weekly to include removing trash, dusting and vacuuming.  Monitors should be wiped down with dry cloth to remove dust and other debris.
• Wash windows in all common areas as needed.
• Ensure entrance and areas outside of sales arena are free and clear of debris prior to sale.
• Perform any other cleaning and custodial duties as directed by the Facilities Manager or designated manager.

Other responsibilities:

• Replenish supplies for assigned areas. 
• Monitor inventory of janitorial supplies and advise Facility Manager of items needed.
• Inform Facility Manager of all equipment breakdowns and any necessary maintenance.  
• During each sale, monitor restrooms and kitchen area to ensure areas are fully stocked.  
• Practice and promote company Core Values. 

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Previous Custodian or Janitorial experience.
• Must have experience with cleaning equipment. 
• Must have experience and knowledgeable in PPE, Chemical, and SDS
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.

• As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected.   At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates.  You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed.  You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology.  You will support vehicle location research when necessary.  This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. Responsibilities

• Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency. 
• Verify only authorized individuals enter the property.  Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters. 
• Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.
• Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.
• Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• When difficult situations arise, de-escalate situations to ensure we win with partners and collaborate on the forefront.
• Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
• Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper’s Bill of Lading.
• Watch and report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and doors left unsecured.

Role and Team

• As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected.   At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates.  You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed.  You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology.  You will support vehicle location research when necessary.  This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. This position may work various shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency. 
• Verify only authorized individuals enter the property.  Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters. 
• Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.
• Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.
• Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• When difficult situations arise, de-escalate situations to ensure we win with partners and collaborate on the forefront.
• Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
• Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper’s Bill of Lading.
• Watch and report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and doors left unsecured.
• Account for and identify all keys, codes or other safety and security information
• Maintain a current list of emergency and management telephone numbers

• Advise supervisor or lane captain of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately
• Drivers will be trained and must know, practice and ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed at-all-times.
• Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits
• Immediately report to manager or supervisor anything that occurs which may potentially jeopardize the ability to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Immediately report to manager or supervisor all driving related incidents to include traffic citations, warnings, accidents or mechanical problems experienced on either private or public property whether on or off the job

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
