The Role

To obtain traceability of raw ingredients, packaging materials, blends and finish goods throughout the vault and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Print production schedule to determine which work orders are needed
• Ensure every production line has printed work orders
• Print the specification of finished goods
• Produce pallet ticket for every finished good
• Produce replacement or missing pallet tickets when required and log them in the inventory journal
• Log all pallet inspection forms and follow procedure for production inspection
• Verification of product and quantity of partial pallet before it is brought back to the production line
• Coverage of co-workers during break and lunch
• Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and non – conforming materials daily.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches in order to locate misclassified inventory
• Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products
• Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
• Assist in receiving and shipping materials, finished goods.
• Assist in transfers to and from production area
• Close out work orders and perform negative issue procedure for packaging materials
• Drive the forklift to cover any departmental needs in operations
• Perform physical inventories
• Follow GMP’s and maintain a clean working environment
• Record weights of hoppers for every blended work order
• Enter the information into Syspro
• Ensure that the correct tare weight is entered
• Verify that the total weight for every blended work order is within tis 2% tolerance
• Unpack receipts to verify product accuracy. Document receipt and deliver product to department.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory and receiving system preferred
• Accuracy in matching orders to items stock picked
• Good communication, organization, time management, and mathematical skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills required
• Pallet stacker, pallet jack, and/or forklift experience preferred (no certification necessary)
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and improve each operation
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (e.g. preparing products for packaging, packaging products, and regular inventory)

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds unassisted (and up to 300 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.

The Accessioner I is responsible for the receiving and accessioning of all patient specimens, and following established policies and procedures, in a professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Learns and follows the established standard operating procedures for sample handling and record keeping.
• Receives and triages patient specimens.
• Assigns each specimen an accession number and creates a patient chart.

Position Summary:

The Application Analyst in the Core Business Systems Team is responsible for supporting Investment Applications and related processes. The Analyst will blend financial industry knowledge with technology skills to ensure the needs of each system’s business owners and IT operations group are met. The Analyst monitors and troubleshoots critical day-to-day business processes to ensure key systems are operational, partners with system’s business owner to identify enhancements, ensures continuous improvement in operations, works with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, and helps with projects.

Essential Job Functions^[1]:

• Manage and maintain the company’s Investment Applications such as OMS, IBOR, Collateral System, and Order Taking platforms.
• Analyze and resolve system problems to ensure continuous system operations.
• Document and triage issues and escalate to internal IT team and when applicable 3^rd party system provider.
• Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and define system enhancement projects.
• Assist subject matter experts with analysis, planning, design, development, and utilization of Portfolio systems.
• Perform high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution.
• Document requirements and participate in design of various application integration and automation processes.
• Assist with implementing fund changes, building reports, and testing downstream/upstream data in Middle Office systems
• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve.
• Document key processes and procedures, log critical issues and enhancement tickets in JIRA.
• Assist with project management by coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining project documentation such as issues, risk, and decision logs.
• Assist in developing automated solutions to meet daily operational needs.
• Oversee security master data, and necessary changes are made
• Monitor trade flow between OMS and IBOR
• Work with dealers and custody to improve and optimize workflows
• Build out Electra Reconciliations
• MFT file monitoring of critical files between Portfolio systems
• Facilitate cross-functional understanding of process management needs
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent job experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with OMS and IBOR systems, in-depth understanding of trade lifecycle, fund operations and front-to-middle office functions.
• Strong business analyst experience (requirements gathering, documentation, design, configuration, testing)
• Ability to prioritize and triage multiple production issues.
• Experience working with Eze OMS, Advent, Electra, and FTP processes required.
• Programming languages: Java, Jenkins, Python, SQL, VBA, C#, C++.
• Experience working with Data Warehouse, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
