The Role: 

We are looking for Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Tooling and Operations to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team. As a Manager, FP&A Tooling and Ops, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. 

In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our planning environment, specifically focused on the administration and hands-on configuration of Pigment. The approximate base salary range for this position is $111,692 - $145,649. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.

In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for the identity resolution engine that de-anonymizes web traffic, links visitors to companies and contacts, and powers products like WebSights and FormComplete.

As a Senior PM, you'll work at the intersection of platform engineering, data science, and customer value creation. What You Bring:

• Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments, with focus on data products, identity systems, or platform-level capabilities
  • Deep understanding of identity resolution, entity matching, IP-to-company mapping, visitor identification, and the evolving privacy landscape
  • Technical fluency with SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) - ability to independently analyze data, diagnose issues, and make data-driven decisions

About the Role 

Weee! Logistics Supervisor Last Mile  is responsible for the success of the daily logistics operations. They make sure enough drivers are scheduled for each day's delivery volume and ensure drivers receive all necessary support for successful and safe deliveries. Logistics Supervisor is also responsible for overall KPI's at the ground level. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily delivery operations; ensuring all the deliveries are made in a safe and timely fashion and with the best possible customer service experience
• Foster engagement, motivation, and collaboration among the driver teams while efficiently coordinating all aspects of the operations 
• Keep upper management always informed about the status of the operation.
• Identify and coach least performing drivers and help them become better.
• Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating drivers; scheduling, delegating work assignments; monitoring individual and group performance to ensure high level of productivity; and for reviewing all delivery processes and procedures in order to continuously improve efficiency
• Work closely with the HR department to keep a track of employees who are not meeting the company standards and address the issues as needed.

• Implement processes to meet all goals & objectives and KPIs

About the Role

The ICQA Specialist II will be responsible for overall inventory accuracy and managing shrinkage , including investigating customer complaint cases related to the inventory issues within the Fulfillment Centers.  The location will be in Landover, MD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work direction for ICQA Cycle Counters and Specialist I associates, including task assignment, productivity monitoring, and coaching
• Conduct advanced inventory discrepancy research and root cause analysis; develop and implement corrective action plans
• Analyze operational trends and build reporting tools using advanced Excel capabilities and tableau capabilities
• Supervise execution of cycle counts, bin audits, and quality checks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate training for warehouse associates on operational SOPs to improve inventory related metrics
• Plan physical inventory events including planning, execution, and reconciliation
• Improve inventory-related processes and collaborate with department leaders to enhance KPI performance
• Ensure safety, food-safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all times
• Communicate performance results and systemic issues to leadership with clear documentation and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse or operations experience, with at least 2 years focused in inventory management
• Demonstrated experience providing task leadership, mentorship, or people-focused supervision
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and data analytics and visualization
