We are looking for a paid social specialist to continue their career as Account Director. This person will assume day-to-day responsibility for the paid social output of a busy client account (or accounts) and will also help oversee a team of more junior staff responsible for the everyday running of the account. Experience managing a team of social specialists, preferably in an agency environment, would be of benefit. This person will also be required to develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders becoming a trusted voice for all things paid social. As such the ideal candidate is someone with extensive knowledge of paid advertising across all of the key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok etc).

Team Description
The Enterprise Experience team is responsible for all aspects of the end-user interface at Anaplan. This includes planning templates, analytical grids, pixel-perfect reporting and interactive dashboards. The Role
As a Digital Analytics Director, you will play a key role in delivering TRKKN's digital analytics projects for clients. You will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics tools, leading marketing analytics projects, and collaborating with specialists to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for clients, including features Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions.
Consult with clients to understand their marketing analytics objectives, and leverage advanced capabilities in Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform to deliver value.
Communicate project status with clients on a regular basis, including presentations when required.
Build strong client relationships that create more value for clients as we better understand their business needs.
Support migrations from client-side to server-side tagging.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with other team members, including cloud engineering, ad tech specialists, data scientists and digital marketing experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital analytics trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and management, including Server-Side Tag Manager (sGTM).
Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with using Google Cloud for digital analytics, such as BigQuery for GA4 data export and Cloud Run for sGTM.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
SQL, JavaScript, and Firebase experience are strong additional skills.

A Salesforce Engineer works with the product teams to develop software products in line with the project management goals and contributes to the design and development of any work needing to be done by the team with regards to Salesforce, while ensuring that code is in line with the general ethos and approach to development of the Salesforce platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working with the Salesforce Platform in a development capacity but is looking for a role where they can grow into a Subject Matter Expert in all things SF. You will be joining an organisation who use multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Integration) in solutions aligned across multiple operational groups.
The Salesforce technical resources operate in a guild structure where platform knowledge and shared implementations are discussed across operational program boundaries. You should have a thirst for learning and an ability to communicate proposals and solutions to both Salesforce peers and technical resources not familiar with Salesforce.
