About this role in the team:
We're looking for an experienced Financial Crime Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for defining how models should be evaluated, monitored and governed across their lifecycle. You will work closely with domain experts, the existing AI team, data engineering and product teams to ensure our AI systems behave consistently, accurately and responsibly.
This is not an LLM-engineering or roadmap ownership role. It is a senior position focused on methodological leadership, model quality, and governance across AI and ML systems.

The Data Analyst will help the organisation continue to build world class data driven products to solve some of the most challenging problems in the maritime industry by maintaining and improving quality across critical data sets.
This role will be responsible for providing analytical insights into our data to support RightShip’s strategy and mission. The Data Analyst is a proven self-starter who is able to communicate complex data analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner and deliver quality and best-practice reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
