The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with exceptional energy, passion, and initiative to oversee a team of Sales Development Managers for MongoDB, the world’s fastest-growing database.As the Manager of Sales Development, this role will emphasize developing top-tier talent, driving team performance, and advancing sales pipeline goals to support MongoDB’s continued momentum. Day to Day
- Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
- Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our sales methodology.
- Be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings
- Provide weekly team performance summary as well as timely and accurate forecast to senior management based
- Cross functional collaboration to establish scalable processes for incoming lead management and follow-up SLAs and conversions
- Develop and own KPI’s, supervise the activity of the team, track the results and drive team execution based on those metrics
- Work closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales management to drive increased performance and align pipeline production to our Sales team's needs

What You Will Bring to the Table
- 2+ years experience prospecting as an individual contributor and closing
- 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring, developing and promoting is a plus
- Complex enterprise software experience in a comparable company (technical and multi- level decision making)
- Experience in open source software sales is a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills. You must be credible with direct reports, customers, recruitment candidates, and internally across the organization at all levels including senior management
- Top performer, Results oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Experience using and implementing a sales methodology (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger…)

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the position:
The Netskope Senior Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills ranging from tech level up to senior executives. Comfortable in public speaking and presenting to both internal and external executive audiences.

The Team
Our On-Prem engineering team is responsible for the deployment of Arize in customer environments. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5 years or more experience who is skilled in data, SQL, 3rd party API integrations, and overall systems thinking. This role will be responsible for working in the Palantir development system to build out business processes and tools for internal users. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling backend systems, working with databases, and some experience making front–end applications. Additionally, experience with financial reporting or accounting data is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Palantir databases, functions, and applications.
- Manage and optimize the Palantir integrations to ensure data synchronization and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals, both within the development team and within the company.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to maintain high-quality business operations.
- Document processes and workflows to support future development and scalability.
- Work with end users to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of backend development experience.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Python
- Familiarity with database systems and data modeling (SQL, etc.).
- Experience integrating backend systems with third-party platforms (Palantir preferred).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Compensation:

Salary Range: MYR108,000 - 144,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Accounting data or software, understanding of accounting principles and terminology
- Experience generating Financial reports in an analytical capacity
- Experience with implementation of an ERP system, especially Sage Intacct
- Experience with Spark and/or Pandas python libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms (Supabase, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with frontend technologies (React).

Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Educate prospects and customers on what is possible with TiDB and share best practices for integrating into their applications
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using TiDB
- Guide the design and deployment of hybrid transactional and analytical databases that impact multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization
- Work on RFPs / customer’s technical requirements with the Sales team
- Prepare demos and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate various use cases for TiDB
- Create technical content to show customers how to integrate TiDB or implement best practices for new technologies
- During a customer's implementation, assist backend developers, database administrators, product managers, and project owners with any and all technical questions that arise
- Assist developers with debugging their database integrations, and suggesting code optimization in a variety of programming languages
- Document the architectural solutions that customers have designed and deployed
- Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Public speaking by participating in physical or online events
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, microservices architecture, API design, database systems, and security principles.
- A strong Database experience is a must. MySQL experience is most preferred.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Working understanding of code and script in Python, Shell, or Golang is a plus.
- Docker/Kubernetes knowledge is a strong plus.
- Experience in one or more public cloud environments, e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
- Typically 15-25% travel, depending on role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in technical support of databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, etc) or big data systems (Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark, etc) is a strong plus.
- Experience in operating MySQL, Cassandra, Postgres, and other transactional databases in a large-scale production environment is a strong plus.
- Experience in operating databases in Kubernetes or public cloud environments is a strong plus.
