We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Portfolio Manager to join our team in the Los Angeles office. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will provide support to the Property Management Department and Portfolio Managers in the management of an assigned portfolio of industrial properties in the San Fernando Valley area.

The actual hourly rate and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. Any offer letters will describe the final hourly rate and total compensation.

This role owns the vision, strategy, and business outcomes for the product that sits at the center of that problem. The MediaAlpha Exchange Demand Platform is how advertisers across auto, home, life, personal finance, and Medicare find, bid on, and win their ideal customers in real-time auctions for clicks, calls, and leads. You'll set the long-term direction for how advertisers build and run campaigns, set bidding and pacing strategy, integrate via API, and measure what's actually driving conversion and LTV. You'll be fully accountable for the outcomes that strategy produces.
The core challenge: continue to expand and improve our demand-side platform that helps advertisers reduce customer-acquisition inefficiencies and grow LTV, while still providing high ROI. You'll balance advertiser sophistication (granular controls, custom bidding logic, deep reporting) with approachability for teams who don't want to become ad-tech specialists to run complex campaigns that continue to yield high ROI for our customers.
This is an individual contributor role. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and our demand sales and account management teams. You'll also mentor other product managers across the demand organization, raising the bar for strategic thinking, execution, and product craft.

Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Partnership Sales is a key revenue-generating role responsible for securing new corporate partnerships for the LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partnerships and working closely with the broader AEG Global Partnerships team, this role leads the development and execution of strategic sponsorship sales initiatives. Silvus is seeking a Contracts Coordinator who will report to the Director of Legal. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You have built complex products that take years of iterations to become great.
Proven background using data to make decisions to identify opportunities and iterate on products to achieve desired outcomes. A background in data science, analytics, or engineering a plus.
5+ years of combined experience in Product Management with academic or professional background in math, statistics, or data science.
Excellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups. Demonstrable ability to align stakeholders across different disciplines.
A sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects.
Ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs.
Ability to write detailed specifications that clearly articulate the ‘why’ behind the problem.

Our Lead Senior Staff Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who will participate in all aspects of designing, building, and delivering the foundational experiences that make The Trade Desk platform exceptional for the traders who rely on it every day.
The Desk Fundamentals team sits within the Core Workflows engineering organization and owns the platform UI framework that the rest of our buying-side engineering teams build on top of. Our mission is straightforward but demanding: deliver consistent experiences, logical navigation, and user-friendly page components at platform scale. We own the shared design patterns and frontend frameworks that empower other teams to ship features quickly and reliably. We build and evolve the Portfolio Views that give traders clarity into performance across partners and advertisers. We maintain the Programmatic Table — one of the highest-traffic surfaces on the platform — and we are the team that sets the bar for what quality looks like across The Trade Desk's core product.

Technical leadership
• Actively review designs, code, and architecture across the team's surface area, from the platform framework to the data-rich tables and panels that traders use every day.

Project level processes and execution
• Collaborate with the PM team to develop the roadmap and MVP plans, translating complex UX and platform consistency challenges into clearly scoped, executable engineering work.
• Develop execution plans including resources, milestones, and timelines for roadmap initiatives.
• Define and track the business KPIs and user-facing metrics that connect the team's engineering work to meaningful outcomes, ensuring the team understands the impact of what they ship.
• Continuously analyze and optimize team efficiency, removing blockers and ensuring the team ships with quality.
• Establish and deliver on team commitments, and communicate important developments and changes to area leadership and other stakeholders.
• Measure and maintain the quality of the team's contributions, including platform reliability, consistency, and developer experience for the teams building on top of what we own.
People management
• Manage a small team of talented engineers, serving as both their technical leader and their people manager.
• Help team members develop career growth plans and accelerate toward their next level.
• Give regular and effective feedback, and hold weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Conduct annual reviews and make compensation recommendations.

Who you are

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Accountant is involved in all aspects of the accounting and general ledger of the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with all periodic close processes by reconciling and analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support data driven decision-making. Thus, the ideal candidate is a proactive strategic thinker that is well-versed, confident, and comfortable with balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance. This person thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments with an eye for process change and operational structure improvement.
This role reports to the Accounting Manager.

At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the base compensation for this role is up to $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

Position Overview
The Associate Director Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Fibromyalgia, will directly report into the Director, Commercial Strategy and will lead executional efforts in regional and local engagement with existing and emerging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Advocacy Groups and Professional Societies to develop and implement education that helps simplify the early Fibromyalgia patient journey from diagnosis through treatment and monitoring. This will include identifying new and emerging opinion leaders and appropriately engaging KOLs to support speaker bureau activities, and assessing speaker programs for meaningfulness, effectiveness, education, and compliance with company policies.
The TLL role is a field-based role (non-sales focused) position, working closely with U.S. Key Fibromyalgia Thought Leaders (KOLs) to ensure cross-functional commercial resources are made available as appropriate. The three primary (but not exclusive) areas of focus for TLL are KOL engagement, executive encounter management, and supporting the Fibromyalgia community.
