We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and outcomes-driven Principal Analyst to join our GTM Operations team, supporting processes and systems across our global go-to-market (GTM) organization — including Customer Success, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.

You will act as a senior thought partner to GTM leadership, owning complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, drive data-informed decision making, and scale our customer lifecycle processes globally. This role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions, navigate ambiguity, and turn strategy into measurable business impact.

As a Principal GTM Operations Analyst, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Sales, and other GTM teams to design, optimize, and scale core processes across the customer lifecycle, including customer engagement, renewals, and account management workflows
• Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of global operational processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment to GTM and company priorities across regions
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear operational and technical requirements, working closely with CRM Engineering and GTM Systems teams to deliver high-impact system and tooling improvements
• Drive material improvements in activity tracking, customer health signals, lifecycle workflows, and other key operational insights to enable better customer engagement, planning, and outcomes
• Define, instrument, and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to evaluate GTM initiatives and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution, including roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and executive updates
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating cadences, and documentation to ensure process clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement across global GTM teams
• Proactively identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, quantify impact, and propose data-driven solutions that improve GTM productivity, customer outcomes, and revenue performance
• Serve as a mentor and senior partner within the GTM Operations team, helping raise the bar on process design, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
• Bring forward new ideas, tools, and best practices that improve how we scale GTM operations globally

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of work experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end — from framing and analysis through recommendation, execution, and measurement
• Proven track record of designing and scaling GTM processes and driving measurable process and productivity improvements for a global GTM organization
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with multiple senior stakeholders, with a strong ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives and influence both business and technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tooling
• Experience in a consumption/pay-as-you-go business model is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization

Business Value Consulting (BVC) is a critical, client-facing role where the consultant will work closely with the MongoDB Sales team, playing a key role in driving the business forward. In a pre-sales perspective, BVCs engage with clients to capture and communicate the potential business value that our solutions provide. The base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

The Role
We're hiring a Systems Engineer to own the infrastructure that makes our AI platform reliable in production. That means the media pipelines, LLM routing layers, distributed data systems, and observability tooling that everything else depends on.

This isn't a role where you execute someone else's architecture. You'll be one of a small number of engineers who decides how these systems are built — and then builds them. The work ships fast, the feedback loop is short, and the impact is direct.

Fully remote, with meaningful overlap during afternoon hours in your timezone (CET/EET).

What You'll Own

Media ingestion platform — taking raw uploads all the way through validation, transcoding, staging, and lifecycle-aware storage management.
LLM infrastructure layer — routing requests across providers, normalizing outputs, applying semantic caching, and keeping things reliable under load.
Data platform — ingesting and indexing multi-modal data, powering retrieval and search, managing context assembly, and maintaining long-term data health.
Agent and platform operations layer — MCP servers, A2A dispatch, permissions infrastructure, and the observability layer that keeps everything visible and accountable.

Who You Are

You instrument and observe distributed systems end to end — not just reading dashboards, but designing for observability from the start
You've built and operated data engineering and ETL pipelines in production
You design clean, durable APIs across REST, gRPC, event-driven, and schema-based systems — comfortable with MCP, A2A, schema registries, and tool-calling normalization
You know media pipelines: transcoding, ffmpeg-like tooling, cloud storage, and large-object processing
Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and cloud storage-backed systems
Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Pulumi

Bonus Points
Experience integrating LLM/AI systems in production. You have worked with LLM APIs, provider routing, multi-provider abstraction, schema normalization across providers, structured output, semantic caching, agentic AI systems, and prompt engineering at the infrastructure layer.

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer within the Core Infrastructure team, you are a key person in managing and scaling the systems and services that power our streaming platform. Your expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies enables you to take on complex challenges independently and create scalable solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work with our delivery teams and lead projects, driving them forward to completion and ensuring that the platform processes and best practices are being followed. In collaboration with other engineers, you develop tools and systems that support services and facilitate high-quality software delivery. You will work with our delivery teams to ensure that their systems are efficient and reliable, guide them to better quality and practices including observability and troubleshooting of services & incident management. You are expected to take initiatives to improve what we do overall, introduce new technologies & processes when it is needed and share knowledge across teams.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering.

About You

You have an in-depth understanding of Software and DevOps methodologies, automation, and infrastructure as code. Your experience in designing, building, and scaling high availability systems shows your commitment to operational excellence. You excel in a collaborative environment and can work well with your teammates, providing a good example to other engineers to achieve high quality and standards in everything they do.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• 8+ years of experience working in production-level environments as a DevOps/SRE
• Proficient in AWS cloud technologies, coupled with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Pulumi and Terraform
• 3+ years of experience managing containerized infrastructure in ECS or Kubernetes
• Experience in GitOps practices and CI/CD.
• Experience managing Linux based infrastructure.
• Experience with observability and instrumentation of services so that efficient dashboards and alerts are created.
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Experience with CDN and caching technologies including AWS CloudFront. 
• Experience working with and guiding Software Engineers in production best practices, sharing knowledge across teams and teammates.
• Experience in at least two or more scripting languages including TypeScript.
• Able to accommodate periodic off-hour meetings with the international team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call and developer support rotations.

Pluses:

• Knowledge of streaming video delivery, video encoding workflows, video origin architecture, and issues of scale for video delivery.
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Familiarity with big data and payments domain.
