The Tripadvisor Experiences Engineering team is distributed across Europe and is responsible for the platform, mobile apps and all their supporting infrastructure. We run the systems that help operators build their businesses and those which enable third parties to utilise our inventory. We provide the tools which help our customer services team provide world class service to travellers and operators internationally.
About the Role
We're looking for a Principal Product Engineer who pairs deep engineering craft with strong product instincts. You'll work across the stack - mobile, web, backend - wherever the highest-leverage problem happens to live that quarter. You don't wait for a perfectly scoped ticket; you partner with product, design, and data to figure out what's worth building, then ship it end-to-end.
We expect breadth. We also expect real depth in the mobile app ecosystem - our customer-facing experiences live there. But we're not hiring a mobile only specialist. We're hiring a generalist with mobile chops who can lead an iOS architecture review on Tuesday and untangle a backend latency regression on Wednesday.
This role is open to candidates based within a commutable distance (generally up to 1.5 hours).

As an Order Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be facilitating the end-to-end order lifecycle with total precision. You will be responsible for maintaining strict service level agreements (SLAs) while documenting every step of the journey within Salesforce. You will need to work closely with internal departments such as Accounts Receivable, EFM Specialty, and Fulfillment, as well as Geotab’s various carrier and wireless partners.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized communicator who thrives under pressure and can respond quickly to fast-changing priorities. You are a team player who is comfortable in a flat organization and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong technical competence and analytical skills, specifically with the Google Suite (including X-lookups and pivot tables in Sheets) and CRM systems like Salesforce. You should possess a natural ability to identify customer needs, resolve complaints professionally, and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously to ensure timely results.

You can expect a remote-first working model with periodic in-person gatherings at your closest office for team connection, planning, or other key moments.

This is a backend focused full-stack position in which you will be working mostly on the backend with some front end projects from time to time. While you need to be hungry to learn, you don't need to be an expert at front end development right away - we can teach that part on the job and you won't be tested on it in interviews.

Working closely alongside product managers and designers, our engineers are part of the full process from software design, to code, to test, to deployment and back again. Most of our engineers release code to production every few days and we have a daily release cycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Experience Site Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of our experience site in Lisbon, which will feature unique experiences housed within the same venue. You will be the business owner and accountable for ensuring world class operational execution, exceptional customer service, and financial efficiency.
Based in Lisbon, the Experience Site Manager will sit within the local site Management Team and report directly to the Fever Originals Local team. You will be at the helm – you’ll drive daily local operational decisions and lead your team in ongoing budget and operational optimization efforts. You’ll also actively work towards building the brand within the city community through community partnerships and private events.
This position requires someone with an action-bias who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership over the site, all while understanding and abiding by the policies and procedures set out by our Corporate Team and Production Partners.

Our VR experiences invite you to take a step back in time and dive into scenes from the past, exploring unknown parts of the world or lost civilizations. Equipped with virtual reality headsets, visitors will be invited to slip away into a unique universe, both enriching and entertaining.
Guided by cutting-edge technology, you will experience realistic sensations that transport you to fascinating times and places. A virtual guide becomes your partner in this exploration, revealing historical and cultural details with precision and captivating storytelling. These immersive expeditions give you the opportunity to discover, learn and expand your knowledge in a new and original way.
Registered as groups of 4 to 6 people, you will wander freely during 45 minutes into a 500sqm room together with up to 80 other visitors, all exploring different eras of the past or parts of the world.
