Buscamos un Frontend Software Engineer Mid (21035) con experiencia en React, enfocado en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web, asegurando calidad de código, integración con servicios y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones frontend utilizando React.
• Implementar landings y componentes web integrados con servicios backend.
• Corregir vulnerabilidades identificadas por el equipo de seguridad.
• Brindar soporte al equipo de QA en la resolución de issues.
• Generar builds para entornos de desarrollo y producción.
• Gestionar versionamiento de código mediante Git.
• Documentar soluciones y evidencias de corrección.
• Participar en reuniones de coordinación con equipos técnicos.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• +3 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend.
• Experiencia sólida en React.
• Conocimiento en Angular (deseable).
• Conocimiento en Node.js.
• Manejo de JavaScript, CSS y SCSS.
• Experiencia en consumo e integración de APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Manejo de herramientas como Postman y Swagger.
• Conocimiento en control de versiones (Git).
• Conocimiento en buenas prácticas de seguridad web (XSS, CSRF, etc.).
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
• Conocimiento en SEO (deseable).

Medier is looking for a strong, hands-on Country Manager for Romania to lead our growth and performance in the local market.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll be fully responsible for market development, performance, and compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Own the P&L for Romania and define a clear roadmap for growth.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to shape the go-to-market strategy.

• Localize global campaigns in cooperation with CRM, Content, and Product teams.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities.

• Lead local projects, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure consistent brand visibility across channels.

• Develop and execute local promotional and retention strategies for casino and sports.

• Monitor key KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and take action where needed.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of iGaming experience (casino or betting), ideally on the operator side.

• At least 1 year in a senior local leadership role – Country Manager or Head of Marketing level within gambling.

• Deep understanding of Romanian customer behavior, cultural specifics, and regulatory framework.

• Strong commercial and operational mindset, with leadership experience and data-driven thinking.

• Native Romanian speaker, fluent in English.

• Based in Romania or open to relocate. 

• Language Mastery:  Arabic writer with excellent Modern Standard Arabic (MSA); familiarity with GCC dialects is a major plus.
• Experience: 4–7+ years of professional writing experience; iGaming, casino, or sports betting experience is required.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong expertise in conversion copywriting, including the creation of compelling offers, CTAs, and "hooks."
• SEO Knowledge: Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, including keyword usage, content structure, internal linking, and user intent.
• Work Ethic: Comfortable managing high output and meeting strict daily deadlines.
• English Proficiency: Good English comprehension for understanding briefs and coordinating with international teams.

• Platform Ownership: Own day-to-day content and growth for X and Telegram (including channels and groups).
• Content Strategy: Build and execute weekly/monthly content calendars covering both Sports and Casino verticals.
• Creative Execution: Produce high-performing formats including threads, match day posts, odds highlights, polls, memes, short clips, and promotional posts.
• Telegram Operations: Manage pinned posts, welcome flows, moderation rules, and anti-scam messaging.
• Growth Tactics: Execute cross-promotions, shoutouts, micro-influencer deals, community swaps, and partner coordination.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with VIP, CRM, and Support teams to route leads and inquiries properly.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (joins, reach, engagement, clicks, registrations) and optimize strategies based on data.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent brand tone and ensure all content complies with internal guidelines.

• Experience: 2–4 years in social media or community management roles (iGaming experience is a significant plus).
• Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Telegram growth mechanics and X engagement strategies.
• Subject Knowledge: Comfortable with iGaming content (sports betting + casino) and capable of working within fast daily cycles.
• Communication: Excellent copywriting skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic design or video editing ability (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe basics) is a plus.
• Mindset: KPI-driven, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
