Objective
The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Operations Associate Schedule
Part-Time associates are expected to work up to 29 hours per week; Full-Time associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week with 100% of their work week in operations and floor support. All employees' availability must suit the needs of the business, which are subject to change. The General Manager determines availability needs and creates a schedule including morning, evening, and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including “Black Friday” until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.

Role Purpose
We are looking for an Open Banking Product Manager who will own and develop the bank’s Open Banking capabilities (AIS & PIS), ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance and reliable operational performance. You will be responsible for Driving the evolution of Open Banking from compliance-led delivery to customer and commercial value, improving implementation quality, technical understanding and customer outcomes.
This is a hands one role where you are responsible for platform capabilities (APIs, consent, authentication and integrations), operational performance (availability, incidents, reliability), regulatory reporting and controls, and vendor/partner management. Overseeing customer-facing Open Banking use cases (e.g. payments, deposits) and identify opportunities to enhance the proposition.
This is also a collaborative role where you will work closely work closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver scalable, customer-ready solutions. As part of a small, high ownership team, flexibility and support across other product areas is expected.

About the role:
You will be the EMEA execution lead for CX Support Operations — owning day-to-day operational delivery and running a ‘Find It | Fix It’ rapid action cadence to spot smoke, remove friction, and protect the post purchase consumer experience.
This is a hands-on operator role: you will run daily controls and tasking, translate Cx insights into clear defect hypotheses, and drive fast cross-functional fixes with Logistics, DTC/eCommerce, Finance, Fraud, Technology/IT and CX Delivery partners.

Role Description
For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.
The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. The Biddable Senior Executive will use both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects.
