The Revenue Enablement Manager – Readiness & Content, ensures commercial teams have the right assets and plays at the right moment. You own how enablement content is created, governed, distributed and optimised to support faster execution and higher quality deals, globally. 

You work closely with the Global Enablement Lead, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure the enablement strategy is activated through governed, usable and revenue impacting content.

You’ll bring a mix of frontline commercial experience, strong content sensibility, and operational rigour to drive tangible business outcomes.

• Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-impact enablement content (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, talk tracks, objection handlers).
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer ops teams to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned to buyer needs.
  • Translate complex product/solution capabilities into digestible, value-led collateral for internal and external use.
• Readiness & Best Practice Enablement
  • Own the “last mile” of readiness: ensuring commercial teams know what to use, when to use it, and how to use it to influence pipeline.
  • Run content-specific enablement sessions and office hours to drive adoption and front line readiness.
  • Support customer enablement by collaborating with CSMs and CS Ops to create assets that drive onboarding, expansion, and retention.
  • Reinforce learning and coaching programmes through practical assets and templates
• Content Governance & Operations
  • Own and optimise our content management system to ensure content is easy to find, up to date, and used effectively.
  • Establish a process for content lifecycle management, working with stakeholders to audit and sunset outdated assets.
  • Track content performance and usage to continuously improve effectiveness and inform new asset creation.
  • Feed real execution needs back into enablement and GTM planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a tactical bridge between Enablement and all commercial functions eg. Sales, Product, Legal, Pricing etc to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Influence go-to-market motions by aligning enablement content to product launches, campaign initiatives, and market shifts with clear, ready to use materials

What excites us  

Experience

• Essential: 3+ years in a revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations role – ideally with experience managing a content system and/or proficient in owning systems.
• Essential: Track record of creating and driving adoption of impactful enablement materials that move the needle on commercial outcomes.
• Bonus: 2+ years in a commercial role (AE, CSM/AM, SDR, Partnerships, Marketing) with a proven understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, preferably in SaaS or FinTech

Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.  Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£32,800 - £41,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

Role Description 

For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.

The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. The Biddable Senior Executive will use both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects. In addition to assisting with the account and client management, the Biddable Senior Executive will also be involved in managing and training the off-shore team we work closely with.

Biddable Expertise

• Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve biddable results

Campaign Management

• Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks, ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
• Work with your Account Manager/Account Director to ensure that:
  • campaigns/projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
  • campaigns are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to brief and Search/Social best practice
  • campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
  • creating reports accurately and developing presentations to the highest level of quality and integrity

• Help in preparing client-facing performance review presentations as well as deliver parts of these in client meetings
• Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
• Update budget sheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Under the guidance of your manager, develop and distribute accurate contact reports from meetings and conversations within 24 hours
• Coordinate and distribute regular status reports
• Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
• Have input in developing short and long term Search & Social strategies for the client

• Contribute to the improvement of reporting, including testing and developing features and functionality in Excel and other related software
• Assist in the development and streamlining of processes involved in data capture, automated reporting and quality assurance

Role Description 

You will be responsible for supporting the senior team members on the delivery of meaningful insights and strategic direction across the agency’s full range of digital marketing disciplines (including SEO, Biddable Media, Content and Social), in addition to primary research and audience insights. 

Your day-to-day role will involve providing insights to senior team members across our Research & Insights and Solutions departments to use when shaping their digital marketing strategies or compiling consultancy projects. Role Description 

Editorial Account Manager: Responsible for producing content for some of our larger key accounts and getting involved in the planning and review of content against our agreed strategy.

Key Responsibilities 

Account Management:

• Leading delivery of content across one or two smaller client accounts.
• Working closely with other operational teams, encouraging communication & collaboration.
• Occasionally attending client meetings where relevant and supporting on prep where necessary.
• Being accountable for fulfilling personal workload and completing documentation, alongside ensuring timely delivery of work across assigned client accounts.

Team Management:

• Set up and maintain project plans and reporting
• Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building
• Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights
• Collaborate with your colleagues across Technical, Social and Design craft streams to ensure cohesion

The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.

In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.

You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, team budget management, defining roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across a complex hybrid (predominantly on-prem and some cloud) estate.

The Team You Will Lead 

You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within the wider Technical Operations department. Your engineers are responsible for building the environment, delivering projects as requested by Engineering and Product, and ensuring we remain available, scalable, and secure. They are not responsible for the BAU function of the platforms that is managed by another team within Technical Operations. The Infrastructure Solutions team takes a concept or idea and makes that into a reality within the boundaries and constraints of our platforms. 

You will be managing a team of engineers who individually possess experience in:

• On-Premise Linux systems, Container solutions, Debian packaging, Ansible, data streaming and queuing technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Advanced database management knowledge (MySQL, Postgres) in replicated environments.
• Physical Network management, with an on-prem estate that is Juniper focused. 
• Cloud environments: GCP and AWS
• Platform engineer focused on building, maintaining and supporting an Internal Developer Platform (CI/CD)

Hands-on expertise in every area is not required, but the ability to hold and facilitate discussions, know when to push or hold back and when to ask poignant questions will help you effectively mentor the team and guide architectural decisions. 

For reference from above these areas are: on-prem and AWS/GCP solutions; system design from network to application level; resilient database availability strategies; automation and configuration management via Ansible, Docker and CI/CD; programming awareness in Python; Linux administration.
