As Senior Manager of Contracts, you’ll design scalable processes, negotiate complex SaaS and IT contracts, and partner across the organization to balance legal risk with business velocity. Working closely with the Director of Financial Operations and Executive Leadership Team, you’ll establish a procurement operation that supports our growth while protecting the company’s interests and provide customer contract guidance and support.

What You'll Do:

Contract Review & Analysis

The Opportunity

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will provide top-tier service and support primarily to users of our software via email, in-app chat, and phone channels. The Scaled Implementation Team within Customer Experience plays an integral role at Lucid Software by setting up each of our customers for long-term success. Each Senior Implementation Specialist (“IS”) impacts the business by providing the foundation our customers need to use and adopt our suite of products most effectively.

• Provide a highly-efficient, best-in-class onboarding experience for a high-volume segment of new Lucid customers, setting foundational success and priming for future growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Support to lead and grow our Technical Support Specialists and Tier I and Tier II support teams. As a growing organization, we need someone with experience in scaling customer support operations in a dynamic software environment. • Guide our new customers through their initial account configurations and ensure proper setup of their Canopy accounts.
• Provide world-class onboarding and training experiences in the form of feature-specific training calls, screen shares, and email communications that help customers achieve value from our software right out of the gate.

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will provide top-tier service and support primarily to users of our software via email, in-app chat, and phone channels.

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Deal Desk Manager, to build and scale our deal desk operations from the ground up. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll be a key player in driving efficient deal execution while ensuring strong financial outcomes. Your Team: 

Seesaw is expanding our engineering organization in Jordan and hiring a Frontend Engineer to join our new International Growth team. This team plays a key role in preparing Seesaw for international expansion, especially across the MENA region. You will work on high-impact backend systems that improve Arabic support across AI features, enhance text/assessment pipelines, and support future SIS/LMS integrations for government partnerships.

Solving impactful problems on Seesaw’s Engineering team feels different from any other place. Your Role:

This is a role for an engineer who enjoys crafting polished, accessible user experiences, solving deep UI and state-management problems, and working in a complex, internationalized product — with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for schools, teachers, and students in Arabic and other languages.

One of your upcoming projects will involve an AI-powered activity generation flow, but most of your work will be on core Seesaw features (Arabic/RTL, reading experiences, and classroom tools).

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build Arabic-enabled, RTL-aware frontend experiences for features such as resource conversion, Reading Fluency (Arabic), and Read With Me (Arabic).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, performant UI flows with high-quality Arabic input/output and correct RTL behavior.
• Develop modern frontend architectures (components, state management, routing) and integrate with backend APIs and asynchronous workflows that support Seesaw’s international expansion and bilingual classroom needs.
• Support rostering or integration issues that surface in the UI, partnering with Support to maintain reliability for schools without taking on routine tickets.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, technical roadmap planning, and engineering best practices to help establish a strong frontend culture in the new Jordan team.

Your Requirements:

• 3+ years of frontend-focused engineering experience, ideally building SPAs with React or a similar framework.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, whether gained through a CS degree or equivalent experience (bootcamps + non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
• Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications at scale — the best candidates can speak to component design, state management, performance, and production constraints.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frontend ecosystems, including at least one SPA framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), REST/GraphQL APIs, and build tooling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, self-documenting code and to design simple, elegant frontend solutions for complex product requirements.
• Familiarity with SAML/OIDC-based authentication flows, SIS/LMS integrations, or data interoperability standards (OneRoster, CSV/XLSX/XML) from a UI perspective.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong frontend intuition and a desire to build performant, robust, and thoughtful user experiences inside a complex international platform.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, design systems/component libraries, and modern styling approaches (CSS modules, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
• Experience adapting products for different languages and regions
• Comfort debugging tricky layout and text issues, including encoding, RTL rendering bugs, and Unicode/bi-directional text handling in the browser.
• A strong product sense and empathy for users, especially teachers and students in bilingual or Arabic-medium classrooms.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and frontend observability/performance tooling (logging, metrics, error tracking) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Enable significant analytic and operational outcomes across the SOF Enterprise through user proficiency with technology tools
• Provide desk-side support to strategic, operational and tactical command staffs
• Develop and design user-specific custom workflows
• Lead conceptualization, design, development, delivery and fulfillment of requests for feature enhancements, customized ontologies and other data modeling services
• Provide engineering support to improve functionality such as entity extraction, crawlers, helpers, plug-ins, and other custom applications
• Integrate with approved Programs of Record including technical requirements, SOF enterprise architecture, and emerging government cloud solutions
• Develop of mission-specific customizations that enhance interoperability between enterprise platforms and emerging technologies, tools and data
• Identify product feature requests and enhancements
• Identify new data sets for mission-critical needs, training and exercises
• Perform data cleaning and data maintenance
• Mentor SOF operators and analysts to create power users and proficiency with new advance ed analytic tools
• Provide system-level support addressing issues identified through monitoring or by end users, to include ensuring a consistent and comprehensive approach to maintenance support requirements spanning routine system diagnostics and health checks, system upgrades, new server setup, and error identification and correction related to Java, data source integration, server architecture, memory, firewalls, or other causal issues

Qualifications:

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
• Minimum 3 years of Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Palantir as an intelligence platform
• In addition to Palantir, experience with one or more of the following operational and intelligence platforms: Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS)-SOF, Fusion Analysis and Development Effort/Multi-Intelligence Spatial-Temporal (FADE/MIST), EIA, Analyst Notebook, Esri
• Experience supporting SOF highly desired
