The Role
We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You won't just be "launching features"; you will be the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy as we expand Seesaw’s footprint in the US, UK, Australia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America markets, or new functional areas and product categories.

Your Responsibilities:

• GTM Ownership: Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for new product functions and categories. You will define the market opportunity, naming, positioning, and pricing for Seesaw’s next generation of tools.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop campaign messaging for our core Seesaw platform as well as curriculum products such as Early Literacy, English Language Development, I Read Arabic, I Start Arabic and more.  
• The Bridge-Builder: Act as the primary liaison between Product (to influence the roadmap based on market feedback), Sales (to provide the talk tracks and collateral needed to win), and Customer Success (to ensure long-term adoption and expansion).
• Persona & Market Intelligence: Become the resident expert on Seesaw messaging for the elementary education landscape in our core global markets. Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for Seesaw to lead.
• Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact sales toolkits, including pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and ROI calculators that empower our field teams to speak confidently to District Leaders and Administrators.
• Narrative Excellence: Craft clear, emotive, and benefit-driven messaging that resonates with our diverse audience of teachers, students, and families, ensuring it aligns with our mission of "joyful and connected learning."

Your Requirements:

• The Strategist: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing (EdTech or SaaS experience is a major plus). You don't just execute; you think three steps ahead.

Your Role:

We are looking for a highly-motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses end-to-end campaign development, management, execution, and reporting on lifecycle campaigns across targeted channels, with strong emphasis on email, social, in-product, and digital ads. The perfect fit for this role is an ambitious, growth-oriented, customer-focused marketer who is data-driven and possesses strong technical skills to execute on simple and complex marketing campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities: 

• Journey Mapping & Personas: Own the Teacher and Buyer personas globally (US, UK, AU & beyond), designing high-conversion lifecycle campaigns across email, ads, and in-product.
• Lifecycle Growth: Build omnichannel "evergreen" campaigns focused on driving retention, expansion and engagement with guidance of key marketing stakeholders. 
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Align with Customer Experience teams to create consistent customer touch points for both teachers and administrators to drive retention and expansion.
• Product-Led Adoption: Partner with Product teams to build in-product touchpoints to improve product usage, education, and retention. 
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use customer journey data to pilot A/B tests and personalization tactics that increase conversion. 
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign health regularly, turning raw data into actionable insights and executive-level performance updates.

Your Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally within a SaaS or EdTech environment
• Omnichannel Messaging Mastery: Strong record of writing clear, actionable marketing copy (for email, social, product etc) that elicits action with teachers and administrators. 
• Data & A/B Testing Proficiency: Experience designing and executing rigorous split tests from subject lines to entire onboarding sequences. You should feel comfortable analyzing data to improve metrics related to retention and expansion.
• Customer Empathy: A deep interest in the K-5 education landscape. You can translate complex product features into "teacher-friendly" benefits

Your Role:

We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who is, first and foremost, an exceptional software engineer — one who has developed deep expertise in security along the way. This is not a governance-only or leadership-only role. You'll be expected to write code, review architecture, shape our SDLC, and get your hands dirty alongside our engineering team while also owning the strategic direction of our security program.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who has organically grown into security.

Your Role:

An IC4 engineer on the Core Systems team is expected to have a deep understanding of backend development and infrastructure at scale. This means expertise with the implementation of HTTP APIs, interaction of API code with data storage layers, infrastructure provisioning, and a thorough grasp on how software goes from being built by dozens of developers, tested, shipped, and run at scale with rock-solid reliability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Modify, diagnose, and change code in our Python HTTP backend, which runs on Tornado and backed by data stored in Dynamo, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Contribute to our infrastructure-as-code repo, which is responsible for provisioning resources in AWS.
• Reason about distributed systems to drive good technical decision-making.
• Own technical work from the early stages of inception, to implementation, to production monitoring and alerting.
• Export best practices around code authoring, tool usage, and observability to other engineering teams at Seesaw.

Your Role:
The Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for ensuring that Seesaw’s Go-To-Market teams operate on reliable, scalable systems and processes that support the full customer lifecycle. This role serves as the operational owner of Salesforce for the GTM organization and acts as the primary liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and the Business Technology team that manages Seesaw’s Salesforce ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, this role manages a team of three specialists embedded within the Business Technology team and is responsible for maintaining the operational health, governance, and scalability of Salesforce to ensure our revenue teams can execute efficiently and effectively.

This role is highly collaborative and requires strong operational judgment, cross-functional communication, and a deep understanding of CRM-driven workflows in a SaaS environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Salesforce Coordination & Governance

• Partner with key stakeholders on Salesforce strategy for the GTM organization, including roadmap development, prioritization of requests, and alignment across teams
• Partner with Business Technology to prioritize requests, manage backlog items, and coordinate releases 
• Establish and maintain Salesforce data governance standards, including data quality, security, access controls, and system scalability
• Manage system change processes including documentation, testing, QA validation, and deployment coordination with Business Technology

GTM Lifecycle Management

• Own the end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce
• Ensure Salesforce workflows accurately support sales pipeline management, renewals forecasting, customer lifecycle tracking, and expansion opportunities
• Partner with internal operations and data teams to maintain a cohesive GTM systems architecture between Salesforce and other GTM systems (e.g., customer success platforms, marketing automation, analytics tools)
• Support troubleshooting, user support, and operational issue resolution related to CRM workflows

Process Design & Operational Enablement

• Lead process mapping initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure clear and scalable workflows
• Identify operational bottlenecks across the revenue lifecycle and propose system or process improvements
• Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements and partner with Business Technology to implement solutions
• Ensure consistent communication between GTM stakeholders and technical teams regarding system changes and operational updates

Reporting & Revenue Data Alignment

• Establish reporting standards and data structures that support consistent revenue reporting and operational visibility
• Partner closely with Finance to ensure alignment between Salesforce data structures and revenue reporting logic
• Ensure Salesforce data is reliable and structured appropriately for pipeline reporting, forecasting, renewals tracking, and performance measurement

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop a team of three responsible for Salesforce administration and GTM operational support
• Prioritize operational requests against team workload to ensure timely resolution of system and process needs from GTM teams
• Establish clear operational standards for documentation, system QA, and process consistency across the team
• Provide coaching and development to grow the team’s expertise in revenue operations and CRM management

Your Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology organization with a proven track record of driving operational excellence
• 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members
• Demonstrated experience owning CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations processes, ideally within K-12 or other education-focused verticals
• Strong hands-on experience and understanding of Salesforce’s full capabilities including reports, dashboards, and process automation
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational initiatives and cross-functional requests simultaneously
• Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, GTM leaders, and Finance partners
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and operational reliability
• Experience in both U.S. and international markets strongly preferred, with the ability to manage complex, multi-market operations

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience

You will lead Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers (and occasionally administrators) of varying sizes in a virtual or onsite setting to drive success with Seesaw products.

• Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw.
• Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked. 
• Communicate via email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled. 
• Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.

As Seesaw continues to grow, security has become a core operational dependency rather than a support function. The Security Engineer will help scale our security foundations by embedding security practices directly into our infrastructure and development workflows.This role bridges Engineering and Security: focusing on automation, enablement, and building the technical guardrails that let teams move quickly and safely. You’ll work closely with Engineering and IT teams to design and implement secure and observable systems in AWS, and our corporate tooling. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who enjoys making complex security processes simple and reliable through automation.

Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

• • Build and maintain automated security controls across AWS, CI/CD, and application infrastructure.
  • Develop custom security tooling to automate manual processes.
  • Work closely with Engineering and external bug bounty participants to mitigate vulnerabilities in the Seesaw Learning platform.
  • Make improvements to the Seesaw Learning platform codebase to support secure-by-default development.
  • Improve our infrastructure by aiding in the development of our Infrastructure-As-Code configurations.

Seesaw is expanding our engineering organization in Jordan and hiring a Frontend Engineer to join our new International Growth team. This team plays a key role in preparing Seesaw for international expansion, especially across the MENA region. You will work on high-impact backend systems that improve Arabic support across AI features, enhance text/assessment pipelines, and support future SIS/LMS integrations for government partnerships.

Solving impactful problems on Seesaw’s Engineering team feels different from any other place. First, we are given ownership over the product roadmap early on, collaborating on how and when things will be built from the start. Second, we have a strong connection to the user, listening to teacher feedback and observing how students and families interact with the platform in real life to iterate over our releases. Your Role:

This is a role for an engineer who enjoys crafting polished, accessible user experiences, solving deep UI and state-management problems, and working in a complex, internationalized product — with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for schools, teachers, and students in Arabic and other languages.

One of your upcoming projects will involve an AI-powered activity generation flow, but most of your work will be on core Seesaw features (Arabic/RTL, reading experiences, and classroom tools).

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build Arabic-enabled, RTL-aware frontend experiences for features such as resource conversion, Reading Fluency (Arabic), and Read With Me (Arabic).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, performant UI flows with high-quality Arabic input/output and correct RTL behavior.
• Develop modern frontend architectures (components, state management, routing) and integrate with backend APIs and asynchronous workflows that support Seesaw’s international expansion and bilingual classroom needs.
• Support rostering or integration issues that surface in the UI, partnering with Support to maintain reliability for schools without taking on routine tickets.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, technical roadmap planning, and engineering best practices to help establish a strong frontend culture in the new Jordan team.

Your Requirements:

• 3+ years of frontend-focused engineering experience, ideally building SPAs with React or a similar framework.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, whether gained through a CS degree or equivalent experience (bootcamps + non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
• Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications at scale — the best candidates can speak to component design, state management, performance, and production constraints.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frontend ecosystems, including at least one SPA framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), REST/GraphQL APIs, and build tooling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, self-documenting code and to design simple, elegant frontend solutions for complex product requirements.
• Familiarity with SAML/OIDC-based authentication flows, SIS/LMS integrations, or data interoperability standards (OneRoster, CSV/XLSX/XML) from a UI perspective.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong frontend intuition and a desire to build performant, robust, and thoughtful user experiences inside a complex international platform.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, design systems/component libraries, and modern styling approaches (CSS modules, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
• Experience adapting products for different languages and regions
• Comfort debugging tricky layout and text issues, including encoding, RTL rendering bugs, and Unicode/bi-directional text handling in the browser.
• A strong product sense and empathy for users, especially teachers and students in bilingual or Arabic-medium classrooms.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and frontend observability/performance tooling (logging, metrics, error tracking) is a plus.
