What You Will Do
- Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
- Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
- Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
- Support Operations and Training – Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.

What We're Looking For
- Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
- Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
- Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
- Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
- Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
- Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Position Summary
The Site Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of the Jacksonville manufacturing site, including the monthly close process, account reconciliation and analysis, inventory accuracy and production variance analysis, reporting monthly financial results, cash forecasting, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, monthly financial statements, and annual audits.
- Serve as a partner to site leadership providing financial insights in decision making.
- Own the monthly close process for the site including all accruals, intercompany accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Complete analysis of monthly results including P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.
- Manage all fixed asset and operating/finance lease accounting processes and procedures.
- Provide cash forecasting information to Corporate team.
- Interact with Tax to supply required documentation to ensure timely completion of income tax returns.
- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data to enhance the company’s value.
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
Supervision of Personnel
- This role will be responsible for supervision/management of the Staff Accountant(s).
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, preferably within large-scale manufacturing or complex, multi-entity environments, including increasing responsibility for financial reporting, controls, and operational support.
- Demonstrated high level of ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential financial and operational information
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, and core accounting principles within a manufacturing or site-based environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and site leadership to support business decision-making
- Solid financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting at the site or business unit level
- Experience supporting performance management through KPI tracking, financial analysis, and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including influencing site leaders, mentoring junior staff, and driving accountability across finance processes
- High level of personal effectiveness with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Strong professional credibility with the ability to serve as a trusted financial partner to plant/site leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to present financial results, risks, and recommendations confidently to cross-functional and senior leadership teams
Preferred
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- CPA certification.
Location
- The position is an onsite position at our Jacksonville, Florida facility and may require up to 10% travel to IEM facilities, supplier sites, compliance audits or conferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure adherence to laws relating to leasing, including but not limited to Departments of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Remains compliant and knowledgeable in all aspects of the HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
- Develops responses to regulatory agencies in coordination with the Compliance Department.
- Implements intervention strategies with Regional Managers and Compliance Department for tenants who are non-compliant with lease/compliance requirements.
- Prepares all site REAC reviews, EHS violations cleared, Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR), Investor Site Reviews, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Reviews, and performs annual and interim recertification reviews.
- Assisting tenants with requests, questions, problems, and complaints.
- Monitors tenant and complex-wide arrears and litigation cases.
- Document lease violations and coordinate evictions.
- Direct collection of monthly rents and late fees, process applications, and pursue delinquencies through legal action and eviction. Monitor bad-debt write-offs.
- Alerting staff of move-ins, move-outs, and any emergencies.
- Supervise, direct, and monitor the preventive and emergency maintenance/repairs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Coordinate vendor bids and contractor quotes.
- Conduct and document unit inspections.
- Conduct bi-annual walk-throughs with the Building Superintendent.
- Create reports for review to ensure all buildings under the PM’s responsibility are properly maintained and building needs are appropriately noted, planned for, and addressed.
- Provide and obtain updates on various ongoing construction projects/unit renovations.
- Work with the construction team on avoiding violations, inspections, and necessary access.
- Attend monthly financial catch-up meetings and monitor budgets.

The Role:

What You'll Do:
Payroll Operations & Compliance
- Oversee End-to-End Processing: Manage day-to-day payroll activities for the US and Canada, ensuring accurate payments, tax withholdings, and reporting.
- Regulatory Subject Matter Expert: Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, local, and provincial wage and hour laws (FLSA, etc.), and manage quarterly/annual tax filings including W-2 and T-4 preparation.

WTLV TV, the TEGNA-owned affiliate in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Production Coordinator to ensure the seamless, high-quality execution of our visual storytelling across streaming and broadcast platforms. At WTLV-TV, you'll be a key, hands-on operator, working closely with the Production Lead to maintain efficient and high-quality daily productions for news, marketing, and sales content. Responsibilities:
- Execute the technical requirements for all live and recorded broadcasts, ensuring clean and professional output.
- Operate complex production systems, including switching software (e.g., vMix), audio mixing boards, and teleprompter systems.
- Setup, position, and operate robotic studio cameras and adjust studio lighting based on direction from the Production Lead or supervisors.
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical issues related to production equipment during broadcasts.
- Assist the Production Lead in organizing and preparing technical elements for special events and breaking news coverage.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures to maintain workflow efficiency and broadcast quality.
- Maintain effective technical communication with the newsroom and engineering departments to ensure systems are operational.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on studio and control room equipment, reporting complex issues to engineering.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in broadcasting, media production, or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will guide our team of content creators in story discovery and presentation across all platforms. The person in this position will help manage the story development process throughout the day, having experience with the best practices of running an assignment desk and training others to excel at developing local contacts and responding to breaking news. They’ll also be part of a leadership team that oversees the station’s coverage of breaking news, developing stories and enterprise reporting for streaming, online, app, social media and linear television platforms, while maintaining a focus on stories that matter to our community.
The ideal candidate is an experienced journalist with a knack for building a team of people who work smarter, not harder, and are as adept at seeking information as they are in presenting those stories in modern and creative ways. WTLV WJXX-TV Jacksonville, the TEGNA-owned ABC/NBC affiliate in Jacksonville is seeking an innovative Producer to shape our daily newscasts. At WTLV WJXX-TV Jacksonville, we build creative shows that engage, educate and inform our audiences. We prioritize original storytelling and investigative journalism as key components of our newscasts to set our product apart in the Jacksonville market. Responsibilities:
- Use your natural curiosity to pitch compelling stories.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in journalism, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5 years of news content experience.
- Top-notch communication skills are an absolute must.
- Solid journalistic judgement and a news philosophy that emphasizes accurate, fair and unique local content, along with community engagement.
- Understanding of the tenets of professional journalism.
- Skills in producing engaging, content-driven newscasts and digital content.
- Strong social media skills, including an active news hound presence on your preferred social platforms.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure deadlines.
- Ability to calmly handle live, breaking news situations and changing events.
- ENPS and Edius system experience preferred.

The Account Manager supports Account Executives’ sales efforts by taking ownership of fulfillment in such a way that the AE can play their role of being client-facing, creating opportunities and closing revenue. The AM manages the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions. The Account Manager influences and drives sales by providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital campaigns, aiming at retaining clients and growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to assigned Account Executives and advertiser list for post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
- TV Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, WOT Order Entry, Pre-Empts/Make Goods, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Assist with Traffic Instruction submission, Assist with Production Requests, WOMS Post Delivery Reporting.
- Digital Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, Materials collection from client, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Order Entry to Fulfillment Team for campaign implementation, Digital Creative Production submission, Avail Requests for Premion and AMP, Google Analytics and Attribution Reporting, recap requests and customization as needed
- Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation of special projects and promotions.
- Works in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
- Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.
- Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results.
- Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collection and overall customer service.
- Regular tracking of client audience delivery using Comscore ratings, impressions, and campaign fulfillment.
- Communicate campaign delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
- Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
- Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.
- Knowledge of media ecosystem, broadcast, and digital advertising solutions.
- Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
- Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities.
- Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills.
