We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering team.
What you’ll do:
- Architect resilient software components within a distributed Python and C environment (K8s, EKS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc).
- Take full ownership for solving complex problems from inception to execution.
- Drive team and organization strategy with minimal guidance, ensuring technical decisions directly support company goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical debt or process friction, simplifying the codebase and developer experience to improve team velocity.
- Coach and mentor engineers, to build a high-performance culture. Serve as a subject matter expert who remains approachable.
- Proactively communicate, identify and mitigate technical risks, navigating trade-offs between system constraints and business impact.
- Build trust with functional leaders and stakeholders, communicating highly technical concepts into clear dialogue to gain alignment on priorities.
- Work with Python and C applications to resolve wide-ranging issues, and drive feature implementation.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience writing high-quality, production-grade Python.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build & deploy pipelines.
- Ability to lead and influence a team's technical direction.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud technologies (RDS, Aurora, Dynamo, EKS, or Lambda) and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Python Flask and/or FastAPI frameworks.
- Experience developing in C.
- Domain knowledge in Payment Systems or financial tech.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Architect responsible for high-level network planning, design, and optimization. This role involves developing strategies and direction for network systems solutions, including wireless technologies, and translating business requirements into effective network or process designs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and direction for network systems solutions using current and emerging technologies.
- Translate business requirements into network or process designs.
- Plan and recommend network hardware, systems management software, and architecture.
- Approve and modify network design and architecture to ensure compliance.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and hubs for network systems, including wireless.
- Evaluate and recommend new products while maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Monitor network performance and ensure capacity planning is performed proactively.
- Perform troubleshooting procedures and design resolution scripts.
- Lead special enterprise-wide projects as a Project Leader.
- Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments focusing on network planning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software), and optimization.
- Expertise in defining network architectures and designs for the enterprise.

The role:
The Senior Manager, Member & Account Safety is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Operations Enablement, SIPS, Crypto & Member, you will own the operational ecosystem of our Member business line and account safety initiatives. You will lead a team that ensures every product launch, process change, and member journey is built for scale, efficiency and delight.
You are the connective tissue between the Business, Product, Operations and the Frontline teams. You don’t just document processes, you architect them. You don’t just track OKRs, you diagnose what is broken and build the fix. You are the "Voice of the Member" to our business teams and the "Voice of the Frontline" to our executives. This role is for someone who gets energized by being hands on while thinking two steps ahead.
What you’ll do:
Journey Strategy & Operational Design
- Own critical Member journeys end-to-end. Define the operational requirements, design high-efficiency workflows, and lead global rollout/go-to-market governance in partnership with EPD.
- Serve as the definitive Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Member processes. Ensure all workflows are documented, compliant, and resilient to regulatory shifts.
Content Lifecycle & Frontline Enablement
- Manage the creation and maintenance of all operational content (Job Aids, Process Maps, Help Center, etc). Ensure the frontline is never operating on outdated or unclear information.
- Translate complex technical product specifications into clear, actionable guidance for frontline teams.
- Act as the primary conduit for the “Voice of the Member”. Surface member and frontline friction points and advocate for product changes that drive automation or self-service in the digital experience.
Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track the story behind the OKRs (CSAT, AHT, Contact Rate, FCR, etc) and lead data-driven investigations into OKR trends. Move beyond symptoms to fix structural issues, building business cases for the resources or digital-first changes needed to resolve them.
- Beyond tracking metrics, you serve as the primary expert on the unit economic costs within your products. You identify how specific operational inputs like process friction, contact drivers, and handling complexity impact the bottom line. You are responsible for providing the strategic recommendations necessary to optimize these drivers and improve overall business efficiency.
- Use analytics to identify trends, predict capacity needs, and recommend process improvements that balance cost efficiency with a best-in-class member experience.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Strategic Influence
- Own and prioritize the operational backlog for your product. You decide which internal tool enhancements or features will move the needle the most for the business.
- Build deep trust with Business Unit leaders, EPD, Marketing, and Risk partners. Speak with authority on trade-offs, timelines, and the operational feasibility of the Member roadmap.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual plans by forecasting how business growth and product roadmaps will impact operational complexity and capacity requirements in the long term.
People Leadership and Development
- Lead a team of individual contributors with deep product level expertise
- Mentor and grow internal talent to be strong strategy partners

The role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will support Workday on a day-to-day basis focusing on unlocking its vast reporting possibilities. This is an exciting role for someone to make a direct impact at SoFi by shaping our processes and providing reporting solutions to help drive visibility, while also playing a key role in our implementation of Workday Financials.

- Participate in bi-annual Workday release regression testing and uptake of new features.
- Stay updated on the Workday roadmap and propose changes and solutions in areas of focus.
- Act as a technical expert and support the broader finance team in Workday reporting
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with the Finance, Engineering, People orgs and across the company, with a specific focus on our Workday integrations

What You Bring To The Table:
- Registered Architect with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
- 1-5 years of design experience post licensure is preferred

Overview
The Contact Platform Engineer is a strategic technical lead focused on the evolution of SoFi’s omni-channel interaction stack. This role serves as the primary architect and data researcher for the member journey and may perform system configuration as needed.
The successful candidate will mine historical IVR and chat data to identify customer friction points and translate those insights into high-level blueprints. You will act as the bridge between Operations and Engineering, designing the "what" and "why" so that technical teams can execute the "how".
Expertise Breakdown
- Data Mining & Friction Analysis (40%): Identifying trends in IVR/Chat performance and agent-handled friction.
- Solutions Architecture & Blueprinting (40%): Designing the technical workflows and cross-functional requirements.
- Strategic Collaboration (20%): Partnering with Engineering and Ops to drive the roadmap.
Core Responsibilities
Insight Engineering & Data Mining (40%)
- Analyze historical IVR, chatbot, and transcript data to identify why members are failing to self-serve.
- Go beyond platform metrics to identify "friction-heavy" call/chat types that require high agent effort.
- Quantify the business impact of proposed enhancements using data-driven projections.
- Monitor post-launch performance to validate that designed blueprints achieved intended friction reduction.
Solutions Architecture & Blueprinting (40%)
- Translate identified operational gaps into comprehensive technical blueprints and interaction flows.
- Define the "Definition of Ready" for Engineering partners, including detailed requirements and logic maps.
- Conduct design sessions to ensure proposed solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Front-end configuration on contact platforms, as needed.
Strategic Collaboration (20%)
- Lead cross-functional meetings with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on project scope and needs.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during the development lifecycle demonstrating product expertise to clarify architectural intent and product and member benefits.
- Maintain the long-term roadmap for contact platform enhancements based on emerging member needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, business intelligence, or operations technology.
- Expert-level Analytical Skills: Proficiency in mining data from telephony or CCaaS platforms to find the "story" behind the metrics.
- Demonstrated Blueprinting Experience: Ability to create professional system diagrams and workflow logic for Engineering hand-offs.
- Strong Communication: Ability to "translate" between high-level business problems and deep technical requirements.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with modern CCaaS/Chatbot capabilities is required to design effectively, though hands-on configuration is not part of this role.

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading field operations on Interiors Division projects. This position is a working supervisor position with responsibilities split between supervising and self-performing carpentry. The Project Coordinator is a hands-on leader who coordinates subcontractors, supports self-perform crews, enforces safety and quality standards, and maintains clear communication with the project team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and is committed to operational excellence and team development.
Position Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for projects ranging from $500K to $1M. Ensure safe, high-quality, on-schedule, and on-budget project execution.
- Drive AWC safety culture with jobsite orientations, ongoing enforcement and monitoring, and immediate incident response
- Set clear productivity expectations and mentor carpenters to achieve labor savings and strong performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and site logistics to maintain workflow and cleanliness
- Review and manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and ensure quality installations that meet design intent
- Maintain and track project schedules using short-term planning and weekly coordination meetings
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Field Operations Manager to forecast manpower and resource needs
- Lead daily reporting, cost tracking, and ensure accurate timekeeping for all onsite personnel
- Represent AWC in Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain strong trade partner relationships
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, workmanship, and accountability across the project site
- When needed/appropriate, utilize tools to self-perform work on the jobsite.
Position Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
- 2+ years’ experience as a foreman leading crews on a commercial jobsite
- Strong carpentry skills with hands-on experience in self-perform work and task planning
- High proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Typical schedule is M-F 7-3:30, with flexibility to work OT as needed for the project (could involve nights and weekends)
