Role Overview

The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for designing and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs that deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue within a defined set of strategic and high-potential accounts.

Partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and cross-functional Marketing teams, this role builds tailored, insight-led programs that reach buying groups across target accounts—spanning developers, technical stakeholders, and executive decision makers.

You are a data-guided, customer-obsessed marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution. You’re comfortable working directly with sales leaders, translating account insights into integrated plays, and measuring performance at both the account and program levels.

Key Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Planning

• Develop and own the ABM strategy for a prioritized list of accounts, aligned to regional and global go-to-market goals
• Segment accounts into 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions based on potential, buying stage, and strategic importance
• Partner with Sales leadership and account teams to understand account plans, key initiatives, and decision makers and translate these into ABM plans
• Build annual and quarterly ABM roadmaps, including campaigns, experiences, and executive engagement moments

Campaign & Program Execution

• Plan and execute integrated ABM programs across channels (email, digital, direct mail, events, executive briefings, field experiences, partners, etc.) that are tailored to account needs and buying stages.
• Create or adapt messaging and content by persona and industry, leveraging global assets where possible and developing custom assets where needed.
• Orchestrate multi-touch plays (e.g., outbound sequences, event invitations, executive briefings, workshops) in partnership with Sales, BDRs, and Marketing Operations.
• Coordinate program logistics end-to-end, including audience lists, landing pages, invitations, reminders, follow-up, and handoff to Sales.

Sales Alignment & Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales for target accounts, joining regular account reviews and QBRs to align on goals, coverage, and gaps
• Provide Sales with ABM playbooks, one-page program briefs, talk tracks, and follow-up templates to support consistent execution
• Help Sales prioritize next-best actions within accounts (meetings, workshops, briefings, executive programs) based on engagement and intent signals
• Capture and share win stories, best practices, and learnings from ABM programs across regions and sales teams

Data, Insights & Reporting

• Define and track ABM performance metrics, such as engagement across buying groups, opportunity creation, deal acceleration, influenced and sourced pipeline, and revenue
• Partner with Analytics, RevOps, and Marketing Operations to pull and analyze account-level reports from CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools
• Build closed-loop reporting to show impact of ABM programs at the account, segment, and program level; present insights in monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Use data and experimentation to test, learn, and optimize ABM tactics, audiences, and messaging

Technology, Data & Operations

• Leverage ABM and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, intent platforms, personalization tools, sales engagement platforms) to orchestrate and scale programs
• Maintain clean account lists, segments, and tags in CRM/marketing tools to enable accurate targeting and measurement
• Partner with Operations to document and improve ABM processes, SLAs, and workflows across Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, field/regional marketing, demand generation, or a related role; experience in SaaS/technology preferred
• Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many) in partnership with Sales or Customer Success
• Strong project management and organization skills; able to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot, ABM/intent platforms, sales engagement tools) and pulling basic performance reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for Sales, executives, and cross-functional partners
• A data-guided mindset and curiosity to understand what’s driving results and where to iterate

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience running account-based plays for strategic, enterprise, or key growth accounts spanning multiple personas
• Familiarity with developer and technical audiences (e.g., developers, architects, IT decision makers) and how to engage them alongside business stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with Sales Development / BDR teams on outbound and follow-up motions tied to ABM campaigns
• Background working with industry or vertical-focused programs (e.g., financial services, retail, healthcare, public sector)

Woolpert is hiring a Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of Ohio office. This position reports to the Roadway Engineer and is responsible for  projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. Given the wide range of projects and clients, our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in. While work is usually related to transportation, engineers regularly work in disciplines outside of the standard transportation roles. These can include work with aviation, military, private development as well as bikeways and trails.

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of our Ohio offices. This position reports to the Roadway Team Lead and is responsible for responsible for designs of roadway, bikeway, trail and pedestrian projects.

They are responsible for leading designs of roadway, bikeway, trail and pedestrian projects. Additionally, they assist in resource planning work for other staff on their projects as well as mentoring junior staff members. The Senior Project Engineer is looked to for design expertise and the ability to lead a project from concept to final design. This role will work on a variety of transportation projects spanning multiple clients, states and project types. They will be exposed to and work closely with other design teams in bridges, traffic, site development, planning amongst others. The Senior Roadway Engineer is also looked to for mentoring of less experienced staff as well as the allocation of work to other staff. Position Summary

We are looking for a collaborative, self-driven Senior Regional Business Manager to join our team. Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing, driving and executing the commercial strategy within the Midwest , US territory and supporting our global expansion. In this sales role you will develop deep customer relationships within academic, Biotech, Pharma and Government accounts, establish the Alamar technology as the market leader, support the build out of Alamar’s commercial organization and meet or exceed the commercial targets set for the company. This role will be field and home-office based.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a territory and account-based sales plan for the territory in the Midwest Region
• Execute the plan for the territory to meet or exceed company goals
• Deliver presentations on the Alamar technology to customers in seminars and meetings
• Consult customers on the value of Alamar technology for precision proteomics to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner across the company to communicate the needs of customers to drive future product developments and market expansion
• Manage and drive the sales process within a complex sales environment
• Utilize, update and manage the CRM system
• Effectively manage and deliver an accurate forecast for the sales territory
• Drive prospecting and develop new leads in the region to expand the pipeline, customer base and open up new markets
• Support the expansion of the commercial organization as needed to meet the company goals

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in the Life Sciences or related field
• 8+ years or equivalent of proven life science capital sales experience and success
• Deep knowledge of biomarker discovery and life science markets

The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About The Role:

Our Recruiters are accountable for leading efforts in sourcing, selecting, and hiring while providing consultation and recommendations based on business knowledge and strategies. The Regional Strategic Sales Director (RSD) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic expansion, and long-term adoption of Heartflow’s portfolio.The RSD will focus on high-level C-suite engagement, CV service line optimization, and scaling Heartflow’s full suite of solutions across the region. For FY26, the immediate priority is the successful launch of PCI Navigator — Heartflow’s new pre-procedural planning solution for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). 

Job Responsibilities: 

Strategic Account Leadership & Portfolio Growth

• Executive Partnership: Manage deep, consultative relationships with C-suite stakeholders, key clinical champions and CV Service Line leaders to align institutional priorities with Heartflow’s offering. 
• Portfolio Adoption: Develop regional plan for the expansion and differentiation of the Heartflow One Platform
• Establish Program Building Plans:  In partnership with CV service line leadership, drive the CCTA program goals and deliverables. Partnering with the local territory teams, lead Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs) to key stakeholders and decision makers at key accounts.

PCI Navigator Launch 

• Initial Clinical Adoption: In partnership with the TSM, lead the clinical introduction of PCI Navigator, identifying and activating Interventional Cardiology (IC) and key cath lab staff to establish CT-guided PCI as a new pre-procedural standard.
• Workflow: Partner with multi-disciplinary stakeholders (Radiology, Cardiology, and IT) to develop and integrate seamless clinical pathways.
• Long term Adoption: Ensure Cath Lab is set up for success for independent use of the PCI Navigator to ensure long-term account self-sufficiency.
• Medical Education: Drive system wide medical education programs across all appropriate stakeholders. 

Market Development & Influence

• KOL Identification: Work cross functionally in partnership with Medical Affairs to cultivate regional and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive support for the CCTA + Heartflow pathway and lead peer-to-peer educational initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate voice of customer input and competitive intelligence to guide future product development and market strategy.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 8+ years of healthcare sales experience; medical device or healthcare technology sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of navigating hospital executive leadership and the C-suite.
• Demonstrated ability to launch new categories or disruptive medical technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 70-80% within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves):

• Cath Lab Expertise: Deep understanding of Interventional Cardiology workflows; experience with PCI, TAVR, or EVAR is highly preferred.
• Clinical Proficiency: Technical aptitude to discuss complex coronary anatomy, plaque characteristics, and physiology with specialized physicians.
• Specialized Imaging Knowledge: Prior experience with CCTA, IVUS, or OCT imaging is a plus.

Advanced Degree: MBA or advanced clinical credentials (RN, RCIS, RT).

The base salary is $150,000 with the total target compensation for this role being $330,000.  Heartflow offers a robust benefits package. #LI-KS1
