Overview
We’re looking for an Account Director who thrives on growing existing relationships, expanding footprint within accounts, and driving long-term customer value. This role is built for someone who takes a thoughtful, consultative approach to sales—uncovering opportunities, navigating complex organizations, and turning satisfied customers into strategic partners.

What You’ll Do: 

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, focusing on expansion, upsell, and long-term value creation
• Overcome churn through helping the client see how the solution is solving business issues 
• Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across cybersecurity, IT, and procurement stakeholders
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through a consultative, insight-driven sales approach
• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, with typical deal cycles around 6 months
• Partner closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive deal progression
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer goals and align solutions to their evolving business needs

As an Account Director at Recorded Future, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and generating new business. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role ideal for a strategic, driven, and customer-obsessed sales leader.

What You'll Do:

New Business Acquisition

• Identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks
• Conduct strategic discovery to align cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s intelligence solutions
• Engage channel partners in joint go-to-market motions, leveraging their reach and relationships

Account Management

• Own and grow key enterprise accounts across multiple verticals

• Use Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to manage pipeline health, track activity, and maintain forecast accuracy
• Handle objections and pricing conversations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, competitive dynamics, and enterprise buying behavior
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to inform product, positioning, and roadmap priorities

Market Intelligence

What You'll Bring:

Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years in quota-carrying software sales experience 
• 4+ years selling experience in the SLED market and selling to the C-Suite
• Successful track record of achievement against assigned quotas

Job Description

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, partnering with Avant colleagues, and individual performance. 

What you’ll do:

• Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics that are led by both Avant and   external partners  

• Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers as it relates to project execution  

• Act as the in-house client at all times by communicating client expectations to the crossfunctional team  

• Act as the Customer Management Office (CMO) liaison within the respective   account (vertical)  

• Provide invoicing information and budget status updates to clients as requested

Your Responsibilities

Reporting

• Help to maintain the overall reporting process through use of automation, databasing, and business intelligence tools.

Research

• Perform special research, analysis, and ad hoc projects for a multitude of stakeholders on a frequent basis collaborating closely with all departments across the organization.
• Leverage executive communication skills to clearly explain analysis results to internal peers, senior management, external investors.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR 

Summary

The Scion Group is the leader in student living, and we’re seeking an experienced Benefits & Workers Comp Administrator to join our Total Rewards team in delivering exceptional benefits and leave programs for our team members. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic, hands-on professional who can partner effectively with stakeholders and provide expert guidance on all aspects of benefits, workers comp and leaves. The Benefits Administrator reports to the Sr Director Total Rewards. This is a five-day-per-week in-office opportunity.                 

Responsibilities

Employee Benefits & Retirement Plans

• Administer the design, administration, and evaluation of Scion’s employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA/FSA, workers compensation, etc.) to ensure they align with company objectives and meet employee needs.
• Serve as technical lead for UKG Benefits Admin/PlanSource, carrier feeds, and vendor systems—troubleshooting issues and driving resolution.
• Partner cross-functionally and with Scion’s benefits broker and plan providers to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient program delivery.
• Lead the annual benefits processes, including open enrollment, plan renewals, employee communications, wellness initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations with precision and urgency.
• Analyze program utilization and costs to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Administer Scion’s 401(k) retirement plan, ensuring compliance, oversight of operations, and participant education.
• Administer workers compensation ensuring compliance by state, paying invoices and validating accurate workers comp codes by state by job in HRIS.
• Resolve all benefit related tickets within 24 hours.

Leave of Absence Programs

• Administer all leave programs including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, short- and long-term disability, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves.
• Partner with the business to ensure consistent and compliant leave practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, updating policies and processes as needed.
• Support employees and managers throughout the leave process, including benefit coordination and return-to-work planning.

Compliance & Policy Development

• Ensure benefits and leave programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Create and maintain clear policies, procedures, and communications that support benefits and leave administration.
• Provide training and guidance to HR team members and leaders on benefits and leave topics.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and practices accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA requirements.
• Ensure preparation of benefit regulatory requirement files and submit timely.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with HRIS to ensure system accuracy and eligibility logic.
• Partners with vendors to resolve issues and maintain plan integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing benefits design, administration, and compliance at a national scale, including retirement plan and worker’s compensation management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing leave of absence programs.
• Prior experience with UKG Pro Benefits Administration/PlanSource, preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience pulling, analyzing, and visualizing data from UKG BI or similar platforms.

The Corporate Accountant will apply their dedication for accuracy to review preparation, verification, and presentation of financial data for our corporate entities. This position is accountable for all aspects of accounting efforts for our corporate entities including preparing journal entries, generating timely financial reports, and working with internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Accountant is accountable for delivering high-impact analytics, while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.

Your Responsibilities 

• Record journal entries for cash receipts and other cash activity.
• Apply cash receipts to open receivables and maintain the reconciliations for accounts receivable GL accounts.
• Record revenue for property management fees and asset management fees.
• Maintain the prepaid expenses reconciliation and record monthly amortization journal entries.
• Prepare files to load fixed assets to fixed asset software and record journal entries for depreciation.
• Ensure that all bank statements are reconciled on a timely basis and follow-up on old outstanding checks and reconciling items monthly. Reconcile components of ending cash balances monthly.
• Reconcile cash transfer account at least weekly and follow up on uncleared items.
• Maintain loan schedules as needed.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and workpapers, following up on aged, uncleared transactions.
• Accounting for payroll and employee benefits costs.
• Prepare variance analysis for corporate departments to ensure we understand what’s driving variances from budget or forecast.
• Assist with annual audit by providing account reconciliations and journal entry support to auditors.
• Assist with the annual budget and forecast processes.
• Ensures costs are allocated and billed to properties in accordance with management agreements and property budgets.
• Works with Treasury Analyst to monitor cash balances for Scion Group and properties managed, process cash transactions and other treasury responsibilities as needed.
